i have been trying to sent ye an email with information about a refund that aer lingus has agree to. I made a phone call to your help center they forwarded me an email when i sent my reply i keep on getting an answer in Chinese or Japaneese i am totally frustrated can you send me a proper email please.**margaret

How GetHuman-marfla fixed the problem
I phoned emailed messenger you just have to keep at it. If they say they are sending you a form stay on the phone until you receive the correct one or else your back to phoning again and telling your story once more. Aer Lingus should not allow them to sell there product. They caught me sister twice early this month. They will take booking at a low price then cancel saying your bank wouldn’t approve the money then offer same flight at a much dearer price
