I ordered the book "Reframing Organizations by: Bolman, Lee G.* Deal" (ISBN - *************) through Knetbook. My credit card got charged for a binding broke fee as I return my book through UPS. On *********, I wrote an email to request a clear picture of the damaged book, so that I can be sure that the book that I return was damaged by me. When I returned the book, I had used bubble wrap to wrap the book and the book wasn't damaged before I sent it to UPS. It seem there is an error to charge my card for damage, as I did not know any damage when I returned the book. However, on *********, I received a reply from Ann (one of your agent) stating that your company's warehouse only keeps damaged items for about a week after the check in process is completed. Please see the copy of the detailed reply from below:**Hi,**Our warehouse only keeps damaged items for about a week after the check in process is completed. Due to the amount of time that has passed, I am unable to request pictures from the warehouse because it has already been recycled. I apologize for the inconvenience. *If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know!**Thank You,**Ann*A Book Company LLC**-***-***-******This is not my first time to rent a book from your company, I am always a good renter and never had any experience like this. I am disappointed that your company just charge my credit card without any notification and proof. Also, I am dissatisfied to write this e-mail my third time to settle this situation and this is not acceptable to charge me for $**.** when the damage is caused by unknown reason.**I need a fair settlement otherwise I need to call my credit card company to hold the payment until this matter is fixed. Your early reply is required.
