We are booked at Hotel Saratoga , Palma **th April to *th May through ebookers and can’t travel because of Covid **. Hotel say the refund should come from ebookers but we can’t get through. How do we get a refund please - room was non-refundable but that should not matter in these exceptional circumstances as there are no flights and the hotel will be closed. Please help , many thanks

Rang the hotel, referred to ebookers so sent two emails through their contact an agent prompt. Received email today confirming refund . Thank you
