On January 11th, I made a purchase on eBay. The seller asked to bring the item to my house instead of mailing it, but I declined. After several days passed without any shipping confirmation, I inquired about the status of my order. The seller mentioned an emergency and a delay in sending the item. Eventually, they proposed sending a friend to deliver it, but nothing arrived. I contacted eBay customer service and spoke with a helpful representative named Chase. He advised waiting until January 20th per eBay's policy, but as of January 25th, I have not received any updates from the seller and have not been able to reach them for a refund. The seller's changing explanations have left me frustrated, especially considering the significant charge of $[redacted]. I am perplexed by the seller's actions and their insistence on a home delivery. This experience has been particularly unsettling given the seller's questionable behavior and lack of communication. I hope to resolve this issue promptly as I have never encountered such problems on eBay before.

On January 16th, [redacted], I placed an order on eBay for two flashlights. My order number is 04-09[redacted]5, item number XHP90-2*[redacted], totaling $50.42 paid with my Visa debit card. Today, January 24th, [redacted], I received my order from USPS, but unfortunately, I got two cheaper flashlights, item number XYP70, instead of what I ordered. The flashlights I received have only three functions, whereas the ones I ordered had five functions, including an SOS function, which is crucial for my ocean activities. I have tried to reach out for assistance but was unsuccessful in speaking to a representative. I am really disappointed and just want to receive the correct flashlights that I originally ordered and paid for.

I have purchased a 2-year warranty for a camera, but I accidentally ordered two instead of one. Allstateus charged my credit card for both warranties, but I have not received either. Their no return policy is causing issues as I cannot return something I never got. I want to cancel both orders and receive a refund for the charges on my two cards. The Barclay Juniper card ending in [redacted] was charged $31.91, and the PNC bank card ending in [redacted] was also charged $31.91. Despite my attempts to contact the company, I am getting no resolution.

I purchased two Allstateus warranties for a camera, but accidentally ordered a second one. I have not received any confirmation of the order status. The only email I got was about the tracking number for delivery on 01/23/[redacted], which does not contain the tracking number. They do not accept returns for this item and charged me for both orders. I want to cancel both orders and receive credits on my Barclay Juniper card ending in [redacted] and my PNC Bank card ending in [redacted]. I have tried to reach out to the company but faced difficulties and received no help. The code provided is not working after several attempts. I need a functioning code to proceed with eBay's assistance in canceling the two orders and receiving credits on my bank cards.

I bought a Lenovo laptop certified refurbished from the seller Retail-King on EBAY.com on November 21, [redacted]. The purchase came with a 2-year warranty through Allstate. It was delivered on November 28, [redacted], and I opened it on Christmas Day. Unfortunately, it's defective, constantly shutting down with blue screens and error messages making it unusable. I contacted the seller on January 2, [redacted], and after some emails, they asked me to initiate an EBAY return. The next day, the seller rejected the return. Allstate also denied the warranty claim citing that the item was initially faulty, rendering the warranty invalid. After numerous emails with Retail-King and waiting two weeks, they offered a 50% refund. EBAY was unhelpful because once the retailer turned down the return, they wouldn't entertain an appeal. I had to pay $[redacted].38 (half of the purchase price) along with a $23.58 UPS return fee for an EBAY deal that was promoted as secure and backed by a warranty. Sadly, Retail-King turned out to be a deceitful seller evading responsibility for defective products, while EBAY's lack of intervention enabled such unethical behavior.

Hello, I am currently living in France and using a French ebay account. Ebay France is facing issues sending SMS verification codes. As a longstanding ebay user, I am familiar with their security procedures. Despite not receiving the SMS code for verification, I managed to find a temporary solution through email. However, the system still prompts me for an SMS code when I attempt to log in, creating a frustrating loop. I recently purchased an item from Wholesale Parts Store for my 80-82 Chevy Corvette. However, upon inspection, I noticed that the bearings in the kit were larger than the ones in my car, indicating the item was incorrectly described. I requested a return, but they are trying to charge me $72.61 for return shipping via USPS, which seems excessive. The dimensions of the package are approximately 12x12x2 and it weighs around 4lbs. I believe I can return the item myself for under $20.00. I have tried to resolve this with their customer service team via email, but they are not willing to consider my suggestion. I am experiencing an issue with a seller by the name of libratrailerparts. I purchased motorcycle tires and encountered a problem with delivery. The shipment number is [redacted]56. Despite my attempts to seek help, the seller claims the order was delivered when I have not received it. The shipping status indicates the product cannot be exported, leaving me concerned. The seller's response has been unhelpful, stating he is not responsible and refusing further assistance. Moreover, he mistakenly shipped my order to the wrong location, sending it to the United Kingdom instead of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where I reside. I am encountering issues activating my selling account as I struggle to link my credit card to Payoneer through eBay. Initially, my American Express card was not supported, and when I attempted to use my Visa card, I received a message about mismatched billing addresses. Despite subsequent attempts and discussions with both my bank and eBay chat, the rejections persisted against my American Express card instead of the intended Visa card. Despite diligently entering and double-checking the Visa card details, the rejections continued to be logged against the American Express card. I suspect a buyer is attempting to defraud me. He purchased a watch repair service, sent the watch, I fixed it, and even provided proof with photos. He claims the watch broke while in his possession and blames me. Upon receiving the watch for inspection, it was evident someone tampered with it, damaging the hairspring. After fixing it again, he now requests a refund and is returning something to me by mail. I doubt he can return a service rendered. His actions seem suspicious as there is no valid reason for a refund.

I have initiated a return for an item I purchased with item number 18-09[redacted]6, which is a Chromecast 4th Gen device. However, I received a Mira Cast device made in China instead of the "Chromecast by Google" device. The seller initially accepted my return request on 2/4/[redacted] and mentioned that I would receive a return label. Later on 2/5/[redacted], I received another message stating the seller can't send a return shipping label. I am willing to cover the shipping costs by generating a return label from eBay, but I do not see that option available under the purchased item. It is crucial to address this issue promptly to prevent misrepresentation and fraud by suspending or blocking the seller's account.

This is my first time using eBay to sell. I listed controllers for Oculus Quest on auction, but the bids weren't updating. Someone offered to buy for the price I wanted, but I couldn't figure out how to proceed since it said to wait 6 days. I tried to modify it but couldn't, so I created a new listing. Someone bid on the new listing, and I have the tracking number. Later, someone bid on the original listing in error. It says the item was sold, but I only have one item. I need help understanding what to do next.

I recently purchased item number [redacted]19, only to realize after buying that it was for collection only, a detail not mentioned in the description. I promptly contacted the seller to explain that I am unable to collect the item as my driver's license was revoked following a heart attack. The seller kindly offered to deliver the item for an additional fee, but the distance made it unfeasible. I apologized for any inconvenience caused and the ensuing delay. After deducting £20.00 for EBay fees, the seller agreed to refund me £[redacted].00, to which I agreed considering the situation. However, I was informed last night that the cancellation was rejected, and repayment was denied. All our communication is documented within eBay messages. I had to escalate the issue under "goods not received" since no other category seemed appropriate. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. I'm having trouble tracking my order. The tracking number doesn't seem to work, showing there is no order despite the confirmation email. I've attempted to contact the seller, but each time I enter the order number to send a message, the continue button becomes inactive. It's frustrating not being able to get in touch. Perhaps I should have reviewed feedback before purchasing, as it appears others have experienced issues with orders not arriving, being incorrect, or of poor quality. The seller seems unreachable. I returned an item to Seller (santoru-1) which was delivered to their facility on 1/23/23 well within the 30-day period. However, you claim the Seller says they didn't receive it. Here is the PO tracking number for reference (9[redacted] 0[redacted] [redacted] 33). The Seller kept requesting me to cancel the return, but I refused because they had not confirmed receiving the item. I am frustrated that my side was not considered, and no investigation was done before denying my refund.

I am an employee at Sikorsky Aircraft in Stratford, Connecticut, USA. Occasionally, our purchasing department mistakenly assigns me an eBay package that is meant for another department, even though it has my phone number on it. The package contains two pieces of identifying information - my phone number and Sikorsky's street address. I would like to prevent this error from happening again. How can I ensure that my phone number is not mistakenly used on packages that are not meant for me?

I recently purchased the Dermalogica Reawaken serum for $68.99, but unfortunately, the product I received was defective. My order number is 20-09[redacted]6. After notifying the seller and returning the item at my expense, I have yet to receive a refund. Despite multiple email requests for a refund to my Paypal account, I have not received any response from the seller regarding the refund.

I purchased an item and reached out to the seller for a return, agreeing on the refund and return details outside of eBay's system. The seller's website stated they would cover the return shipping costs, but out of courtesy, I paid $84.70 for USPS shipping as the original item cost over $[redacted]. The package was successfully delivered to the seller on 02/07/23. However, when I contacted the seller for a refund update, they claimed they never received the package. eBay requested photos as evidence, but I struggle with computer downloads. I am only able to send photos via my cellphone. I am in need of assistance from eBay and have been unsuccessful in finding a phone number despite my efforts.

Case #[redacted] has been closed, but my item has not been received. I submitted a report from the post office but it seems like it wasn't seen. The post office report stated that the item was delivered to the wrong address. The seller hasn't responded, only eBay has, saying they think it was delivered to me.
