I've been using my eBay account for just a week. I've been buying items for my new office, always being respectful and following the rules. However, out of the blue, my account got suspended indefinitely. I've only contacted one seller about an item I purchased that was delayed in shipping, and that was it. I'm shocked by this sudden suspension as I see no reason for it. I've always been polite and never violated any terms. I'm confused and upset about this situation. I hope someone can review my account, purchases, and messages to see that there's no justification for such a harsh action. This whole ordeal doesn't make sense to me, and I'm really disappointed.

I tried to purchase a vehicle for $1,[redacted] and had to buy two OneVanilla cards, each worth $[redacted]. After receiving an email requesting an additional $1,[redacted] for insurance, I bought two more OneVanilla cards for another $1,[redacted]. When my delivery was delayed, I contacted customer service and spoke to Brian, a junior representative, who attempted a refund using various methods but was unsuccessful. He provided a case ID of 973ERN. I followed up with a supervisor who also tried different payment methods unsuccessfully, eventually asking me to purchase Google Play and Apple cards totaling $1,[redacted]. After spending three hours on the phone, the supervisor promised to call back the next day, but I have not heard back. I am now seeking a $3,[redacted] refund and wish to escalate my issue to the supervisor's boss as my patience has worn thin and I am frustrated. Please contact me urgently.

While trying to buy some items, I made an offer to a seller who couldn't meet my offer but I still went ahead and bought the item. Later on, I received a message saying my 'bid on the item' was cancelled, followed by a notice that my account was suspended. I am unsure about any actions that may have breached eBay guidelines apart from asking to view an item up close due to concerns about counterfeit products. I am eager to have my account reinstated so I can reach out to the seller and ensure I get a refund.

Hello, I have been an eBay user since [redacted] and never encountered issues until now. On Sunday, 6/04, I won an auction where I was the only bidder for item #[redacted]92. My order number is 24-08[redacted]7, and the seller was supposed to ship the item within three days. However, on Sunday evening, I noticed the seller delisted the same item under a new number, [redacted]64, and two other bidders had already bid on it. I contacted the seller, who blamed technical issues and promised to send the item on Monday, 6/05, which did not happen. I have been in touch with them daily, but the item has not been shipped. I won the item fairly, paid promptly, and feel deceived by the seller's actions. What are my rights in this situation? Thank you, Joanne.

Hello eBay, I wanted to report a concerning incident that occurred on your platform recently. On May 8, [redacted], I purchased a GartenMöbel sofa set from a seller named fritchly_59. The checkout process went smoothly, and the expected delivery date was June 9, [redacted], with a product price of [redacted],99€. The listing mentioned that it was the last item available and that 6 had been sold. After I made the purchase, I received a DHL tracking number, "[redacted][redacted]," indicating that the shipment was ready. However, a few days later, the item was removed from eBay, and the DHL tracking status never updated beyond "we expect your shipment data shortly" until June 8, [redacted]. Despite my attempts to contact the seller, I received a message from eBay stating, "We did not find your time in our system (trading.[redacted])." On June 8, I opened a dispute on eBay indicating that I still wanted the item, but the seller initiated a refund without explanation. I believe the seller may not have had the product to sell and used a fake listing to collect money. It's concerning that users cannot provide feedback on a removed item due to an error message on eBay. What steps can be taken to avoid falling into such traps in the future?

Dear E_BAY support, I would like to share my recent experience with a seller named uk-toolbuy. I placed an order for a hard drive on December 4, [redacted], with Order Number 07-07[redacted]9 and paid via PayPal. After waiting and not receiving the item, I contacted uk-toolbuy who asked me to wait, mentioning it might be stuck at the postal warehouse. I requested a refund eventually, but the seller suggested a delay in shipping the item if I didn't file a dispute. I agreed and waited, but when nothing arrived, I asked for the refund. Despite multiple refund requests, the seller stopped responding, and I believe I was scammed by uk-toolbuy. I urge you to ban this individual from E_BAY for fraudulent behavior and mistreating a customer. I hope to hear about your decision soon. This situation can be validated through our official email exchanges. I understand the buyer protection period has lapsed, but I wish for this person to be removed from your platform.

I purchased two cylinder heads for my truck, paid in full, and a week later, the seller refunded my money, claiming a new system caused them to lose my mailing information. Upon reposting the items, they increased the price by $[redacted] per item. I find this unacceptable and would like to repurchase at the original price. There was no fault on my end, and if they could refund me and email me, they could have easily used the same email to request my address. I believe this was a deliberate attempt to raise prices after receiving full payment. I seek to have this rectified promptly.

I am really eager to receive the excavator I purchased. However, if it's not available, I would like a refund of $16,[redacted]. Frank in shipping assured me he would call me back but never does. Lately, when he sees my number, he hangs up. I received an email about an unhappy customer and filled out a form to voice my concerns. Shockingly, the response I got was extremely inappropriate, stating, "F*** you, you lying individual." I am truly upset by all that has happened.

I received an email notification stating that a package was delivered to my mailbox on 6/9/[redacted]. However, upon checking, the package was not there. I visited the Post Office today, and they informed me that it was a scam since the tracking information did not match my address. Despite reaching out to the seller about the shipment status, they only responded later confirming it would be shipped on 6/8/[redacted], four days after I placed the order on 6/4/[redacted]. The tracking details seemed suspicious after they shared it. I am hesitant to contact the seller further and unable to provide negative feedback. At this point, I just want a refund. This experience has left me disappointed, both in myself and with eBay. As a loyal eBay customer, I have noticed an increasing number of sellers fulfilling orders through Amazon, prompting me to consider ordering directly from Amazon to avoid such issues.

I purchased a Kitchen Blind Corner Carousel from Home Garden Harmony through eBay as a guest. Unfortunately, the item arrived with missing fixtures, and after multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact the seller, I had to buy a replacement locally due to my builder's deadline. The seller finally responded, offering refunds if I return the item but continuously trying to convince me to keep it with various discount offers. I have declined the discounts and requested a return form through email attachments. Despite their efforts, they sent an illegible picture of the DPD returns label, making it impossible to scan at the pick-up point. I reached out to eBay early on, informing them of the communication issues with the seller, and they mentioned providing a return form if needed. Could you assist in sending a DPD return form for the item?

I lodged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and after prompting from the Seller, I reached out to Fluridra. Unfortunately, I am dissatisfied with having to deal with a company in Spain, especially when discomforted by the idea of calling internationally. The timing of the purchase in September, after the pool season, coupled with the explanation about the 30-day return policy seemed unreasonable. My reluctance to leave negative feedback or pursue legal action is substantial, but I feel compelled to address the issue. I hope for a prompt resolution, as the expensive robotic pool cleaner has only been used twice, translating to a high cost per use. While contemplating further steps to resolve this matter, I'm adamant about seeking redress directly from the Seller. Thank you for your attention to this matter. The seller initially promised a 50% refund, which I accepted. Following this, they have stopped responding to my emails and failed to issue the refund as agreed. It has been one week since I accepted the partial refund, and after reaching out to the seller for clarification on the delays, I have received no response. I am at a loss for what to do next and would appreciate if someone could help resolve this issue. I am unable to easily visit the post office, which is why I opted for a refund. I simply want the seller to fulfill their commitment and refund the agreed 50% of the purchase price. It is disappointing that this seller does not uphold the standard expected on eBay, especially for older customers. In contrast, my previous experiences with other eBay sellers have been positive, making this particular situation even more disheartening.

However, I have not made any transactions with Ebay recently, and I did not receive the usual email confirmation from them. To secure my account, I have blocked my card. I am concerned about how my account and credit card were compromised and request an investigation into this matter. I am experiencing issues with a seller and need to close my account. I had ordered a display case from the seller Titan_Store3, but when it arrived, it was not suitable for displaying my doll as it was supposed to be. The case was opaque and did not meet my expectations. Despite my request for a refund and attempts to return it, I encountered difficulties as the shipping cost exceeded the item's price, and the seller provided no US return address. After prolonged discussions, the seller agreed to refund only half of the amount paid. Feeling disappointed, I accepted the partial refund and requested my account to be closed. I, Jackie Bowman (14-08[redacted]0), did not make a purchase worth $42.80 and am concerned about potential scams. I have requested to close my Ebay account due to unauthorized access multiple times. Even after closing my PayPal account and changing my bank card, there have been further unauthorized logins. I have kept records of all related emails and interactions. If my account is not closed promptly, I will seek legal counsel. An agent's abrupt disconnection during a previous call has added to my frustration. I am a new eBay seller and started about a month ago. I listed around [redacted] items in 15 days and had some successful sales. I produce the products I sell, so I have good knowledge about them and took high-quality pictures. However, I made a mistake by listing some items that are not my own production, using pictures from the web. I suspect this led to my account suspension. I have since removed all those listings and now understand the policies better. I sincerely apologize for my errors. How can I regain access to my account and start anew with a better understanding of the rules? I am willing to provide any necessary proof to reactivate my account. Hello, I placed an order on E-Bay about 2 to 3 weeks ago for a SSCO Black Wrinkled Shift Knob that weighs [redacted] grams and has a width of 55mm. The Order # was 13-08[redacted]8 and the Item ID# is [redacted]23. The total cost was $86.64, which includes the price, shipping, and import charges. I based my purchase decision on the photo on the E-Bay website, which showed a circular shift sphere with a shaft below it. I own a [redacted] Mazda Miata with a 1.6-liter engine and a 5-speed manual transmission. I am uncertain if the black shaft below the sphere is included in my order, as I have received conflicting information from E-Bay staff. I hope to receive clarification before my expected delivery in mid-July [redacted]. I have also updated my postal code to V9T5X1 with E-Bay. If the black shaft is not included, I would like to know if E-Bay stocks it, the cost, delivery time, and if it fits my Miata by screwing into the short shifter. I am eager to hear back from you.

Please review the cases with numbers [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]. I had to return an order with three items due to two of them being broken. The seller was unhelpful, so I turned to eBay for help. Thankfully, all three cases were resolved in my favor. I returned the items together in one box using the original packaging and shipping label. However, I received only a partial refund of $45 out of the $[redacted] I am owed. Dialogue with eBay's automated assistants has not been helpful, and the suggestion to call the vendor is not appealing after being mistreated. I was informed yesterday that consolidating the items in one box for return was acceptable. I am requesting a review of the conversation transcript with Adrian or Adian for clarity.
