A few days back, I contacted customer service regarding an issue with my order/account. The representative advised me to call back the next day to request unlocking my girlfriend's and my account linked to an eBay gift card. I'm unable to access the account to use the remaining funds from the gift card. Initially, I successfully linked the gift card, placed an order for tattoo guns, but couldn't complete the purchase for additional needles and ink as my account got locked or restricted. Unfortunately, I'm now unable to reach customer support as the automated system keeps directing me to online resources. I urgently need assistance in unlocking my account or gift card so I can utilize the remaining balance. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I relisted my item on eBay last night after receiving a message about a full refund for the buyer. I had been waiting for a month for the buyer to collect the bicycle. Despite packing it as requested, Hermes mentioned the item was too large for them to pick up. The buyer did not provide accurate dimensions, causing further delays and inconveniences. I even purchased special wrapping material and spent 4 weeks awaiting collection. Now, the buyer is seeking a refund while I have incurred costs and wasted time. I believe there should be compensation for all my efforts and expenses given the circumstances. Thank you.

I recently created a new business account on eBay. I have been an eBay member for many years and have transacted thousands of dollars buying and selling items. One of the products I offer is Oxalic Acid. It's a widely available organic material that I have often purchased on eBay myself. My company specializes in converting Oxalic Acid into convenient tablets. Currently, numerous eBay ads focus on Oxalic Acid for beekeeping purposes. As a beekeeper who uses this product to manage varroa mites, I have modified it for easier and safer application. A quick internet search for "oxalic acid vaporizing" yields plenty of instructional videos. While my product is also available on other online platforms, I decided to link my business to eBay, using the username ez-ox1. My business is officially registered and licensed in Ohio. On a personal note, my eBay handle is mike-vicki. I am open to any feedback or suggestions for improving my ad. Thank you.

After spending almost 3 hours on a call with eBay's billing department to reverse funds taken from my husband's account for a purchase, the call got disconnected. We haven't been able to reconnect with the person we were speaking to. There is $[redacted] in my Venmo account that we can't withdraw and $[redacted] that hasn't been returned. Our aim was to buy a catalytic converter for a [redacted] Honda Accord, but we're now facing a loss of over $[redacted]. Requesting a prompt call back from eBay to resolve this stressful situation as soon as possible. My husband is the account holder, and his number is [redacted]. Hoping for a swift resolution without further inconvenience.

Over two weeks ago, I posted an ad to sell my motorcycle tank bag. It was sold a few days ago after being listed for a second week. In my initial ad, I clearly indicated that the fixing straps were missing. However, upon selling it in the second week, the buyer mentioned there were no straps. Surprisingly, my ad no longer reflected this information when I checked. It only briefly mentioned a BMW GS [redacted] tank bag for sale. This oversight is truly embarrassing for me, especially considering my [redacted]% buyer satisfaction score. I am worried about this mistake and would appreciate assistance urgently. I have been unsuccessful in getting in touch with eBay to address my issue. After spending over an hour trying various phone numbers listed online, I have been disconnected multiple times by your customer service team. Regrettably, this poor experience has led me to decide to discontinue using eBay for both personal and company purchases. I will also be advising my [redacted] associates to cease doing business with eBay as well. My phone number is [redacted]. I expect a call back from one of your associates within 5 minutes; otherwise, I will escalate this matter further. If no callback is received, I will involve the DOJ. Hi, unfortunately, I have yet to resolve the issue I am facing. Despite reaching out for assistance, I have found no help. I contacted eBay, where I was informed that if the buyer had not received the item, I should provide a refund. While I understand this policy, it was agreed the buyer would collect the item in person, which did not occur. I am puzzled and disappointed as there seems to be a lack of attention to important details in this matter. The focus remains on the item not being received without considering the circumstances, even though I lack a tracking number due to the item awaiting collection. My frustration stems from the four weeks I have invested in waiting for Hermes daily, only to be hindered by the buyer's failure to provide the correct dimensions. The buyer now demands a refund, leaving me with only £4 in my account. As a parent of two children, this situation has been incredibly stressful and time-consuming. I seek compensation for the emotional strain caused by this ordeal and the patience I have exhibited. It is disheartening to be taken advantage of in this manner, and I hope for a resolution soon.

My eBay account has been permanently suspended due to activity that eBay claims is risky to the community. I only purchased items from various sellers, and all payments were cleared and recorded in my bank account. I've received emails about Bid Cancellation Notices for past purchases, which were already delivered to my home and paid for. I need to speak with an eBay customer service representative to resolve these issues promptly. Thank you.

My eBay account has been permanently suspended, and I received an email stating that my account was involved in risky activity without specifying details. I believe this is a mistake as I only used the account to make purchases where all transactions were completed successfully. Recently, I received Bid Cancellation Notices for items I bought using the "Buy Now" option, which doesn't involve bidding. The items have also been delivered to me. I suspect the suspension may be due to my VPN, which previously caused a temporary suspension for security reasons, resolved by customer service. I recently bought a power steering gearbox for a right-hand-drive Jeep Cherokee from a vendor I've used before. Despite it being listed as new, it appeared to be rebuilt. Hello, I'm a seller on eBay facing an issue with two shipments. I utilize eBay's global shipping service and had two orders bound for Canada from different buyers. Despite the packages passing through the global shipping center successfully, the buyers received the incorrect items. I communicated with the first buyer, who reported the mix-up. Together, we examined the labels, comparing what I had originally prepared with what was in the package, confirming no error on my part. The same situation occurred with the second buyer. I purchased a PC online, but the seller sent the wrong item. After returning it and having numerous exchanges with them, I am still waiting for a refund of $[redacted].49 to be credited back to my credit card. I reached out to Ebay, and they closed the case after initiating the refund. Although my credit union account showed the pending amount yesterday, it has since disappeared and I haven't received the refund. I saw a [redacted] white Nissan Altima on Facebook Marketplace and inquired about it. The seller, Clara Brown, provided her email, [redacted], for further communication. I corresponded with her via email and received instructions from eBay Payments Protection on the payment process, mentioning free shipping and the inclusion of the title and receipt with the car. I sent photos of the receipts and eBay card numbers as requested, but have not received any response since. Upon seeking advice, I was informed that it may be a scam. The post was taken down and the car model changed to a [redacted] Nissan Altima by the same person with multiple listings in various states on Marketplace. Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased a [redacted] Chevy SS pickup truck on eBay from a seller in Montana named Anna Martinez. I paid $[redacted] using five eBay gift cards for the truck and shipping, but the next day I was asked for an additional $[redacted] for insurance. I'm frustrated as my sale was canceled by eBay just before the bidding began without any explanation or reason given. After going through all the necessary steps, I received a disrespectful email accusing me of fraudulent activity. Despite my efforts to seek clarification via Help links for four days, I was only contacted by an eBay representative who couldn't provide any answers. They informed me that someone would call back soon and advised me to keep my line open. I find it shocking how inadequate and practically nonexistent their support is. It's disappointing that there's no direct email contact and the phone number seems useless. It's disheartening that eBay seems to go to great lengths to avoid being reached or contacted. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unsatisfactory.

I recently sold an item and did not receive payment through my usual method on Paypal. eBay is now requesting my bank account details instead of sending it to my Paypal account. I am uncomfortable providing this information and do not see the need for eBay to have my social security number for verification. Due to past experiences with identity theft, I am hesitant to share such sensitive information. If I had known about these requirements earlier, I would have reconsidered posting the products. I am now seeking advice on canceling my current auction if eBay continues to withhold payment for items I have already sold.
