I sell earbuds, drones, smartwatches on eBay. My listings were removed for "Counterfeit" items, although I never sold fake products. I buy items from AliExpress to resell, like many other sellers with the same products. Even after changing titles and descriptions, I kept receiving warnings from eBay. Unable to speak to anyone, I relisted the items, assuming an error in their system. Today, I found out my account was suspended. The phone number provided for help seems to have technical issues. I am having trouble redeeming my eBay gift card. A while ago, I tried to use the $50 gift card, but it said it can only be used in Canada. I checked the balance, which still shows $50. Now, when trying to make a purchase in Canada, eBay says the gift card is linked to a different account. However, I am certain it is only linked to my account. I can see the full balance, but I am unable to use it.

I have reached out multiple times and spoken to two representatives regarding the issue with a defective item that I want to return. I was initially told I could return it, but now I am being told otherwise. There seems to be confusion as the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 cell phone is not in my order history, while a Bose system I never ordered appears. I received an item from the seller, but it arrived with damaged packaging. I asked for a refund, and after some resistance, they agreed. They claim they can't provide a return label. The seller, located in China despite the auction stating CA, is unwilling to cover return shipping. As they accepted the return, I'm stuck without eBay's support in returning the $13 item. I just want my refund and to return the product as agreed, but I won't bear the cost, especially not double what I paid. This seller seems to have exploited a loophole in the return process by avoiding the label responsibility. Frustrating situation!

I am facing an issue with missing items from my orders. I have not received several products, and I am struggling to get assistance from USPS or the sellers. The tracking shows they were delivered, but nothing has arrived. I have contacted USPS without any response. Some sellers are unresponsive, except for two who claim they shipped the items. I have one seller who took my money but never shipped the item after winning the bid. I urgently need to speak with a live customer service representative. Two items require me to send them back for a refund, but I never received them in the first place. This situation is affecting my body shop business as customers' cars are waiting for parts, leading to frustration and negative reviews.

I am experiencing issues with a missing package. The seller has declined to file a claim, and I am unaware of the package's whereabouts as it was not delivered to my address. I am seeking a refund of $[redacted].00 for the missing items from the four orders that were all included in one package without requiring a signature. The lack of a signature complicates the verification of delivery. In similar instances, signatures should be necessary, especially for orders over $50, to aid in resolution. Each item from my four orders is missing, exacerbated by the improper substitution of items in the second shipment. I reached out to eBay and the seller regarding an issue with my order. Despite receiving an Amazon tracking number that matched my order on eBay, I never received the Corn Grinder I purchased. Amazon confirmed the tracking number was for a gift and advised me to keep it. I reported this to eBay, but they wrongly assumed I had received the item. Instead, I got a $3.00 Flag Pole. After discussing with the seller, I returned the flag pole for a refund, but eBay and the credit card company have retained my $39.09. I feel this is unjust and unlawful. I am compelled to take legal action against eBay, the seller, and my credit card company in small claims court for their actions. I have evidence, including photos of the Amazon box and communication with the seller, to support my case. I am disappointed in the lack of attention given to my situation and the poor customer service from eBay. I will be closing my accounts with eBay and PayPal once this matter is resolved through the legal system.

I was initially informed by a Direct TV representative about a program that could potentially save me money monthly for two years. They required an upfront payment of $[redacted].00 for the first two months. The payment method they specified was purchasing 3 $[redacted].00 eBay cards, which I obtained from Target as Kroger did not carry them. Upon contacting the representative at 1-[redacted], they advised me to get a new set of 3 cards from Lowes instead. I have the Lowes cards but need assistance. A few weeks ago, I purchased a pair of sleep masks from wanyuu. They were delivered in packaging that made it difficult to remove them without causing damage. I contacted the seller requesting a replacement or a refund, but received no response. After reaching out again and not hearing back, I left a negative review. Following this, the seller bombarded me with emails offering a refund in exchange for changing my rating. I want to file a complaint about the purchase of a phone. The seller is scamming me and I cannot allow it. To start, the photo of the phones for sale is not accurate. The descriptions do not mention the actual condition of the item, only that it is in excellent condition. When I received the phone, the screen was completely scratched. I took more than 6 photos immediately, contacted eBay and the seller expressing my dissatisfaction, and filed a claim for a refund. I never used the phone and sent it back the next day. Today, the seller contacted me saying the phone is destroyed and insinuating it happened in my possession, offering only a 50% refund. This is a total lie, and I feel like I'm being scammed. I won't stand for it and will take this as far as necessary. It's not fair! I have been a customer for many years and never had any issues as a buyer. Cataloguedirect claims I did not respond to their requests despite me informing them of a cracked screen on the 40-inch TV. I was promised a refund within 3 days, which was more than 10 days ago. After contacting eBay 5 days ago, I was assured that the refund would arrive in 5 days. However, today I received an email stating that I need to follow up on this matter 30 days later. Despite my attempts to reach the seller, they keep delaying the process by claiming to be out of the office. The order number for the returned item is 20-07[redacted]1, and for the item not returned is 07-07[redacted]7. I was asked to return both items using the label for 20-07[redacted]1, but I only received a refund for one. Despite contacting support three times, the promised refund has not been issued yet.

I bought a kitchen island for $[redacted], and during the purchase, the form indicated no shipping charge. The seller later messaged me, stating that I was supposed to pick it up. After discussing, she mentioned refunding me. She claims eBay is withholding the money and won't release it. I have yet to receive the product and am only seeking a refund. I rely on Social Security and really need the refund.

I have issues with the eBay participant "rotcom-onlineshop" who refuses to fully refund me within the warranty. Here is what happened: In May [redacted], I bought a washing machine with insurance. It broke down, so I contacted the insurance company, who in turn contacted the manufacturer. The manufacturer informed me that they couldn't repair the machine due to a lack of available spare parts because of the current situation with the pandemic. I was advised to contact the seller to return the machine and get my full refund of €[redacted]. I reached out to the company, and after 2 months, they initiated the pickup process. However, they only refunded me €[redacted].90, claiming it was the current value. I wanted the machine fixed, not to throw my money away. Despite my efforts, I could not get a full refund. I believe this company is engaging in fraudulent activities. I need their address and the names of individuals for legal action. Alternatively, please assist me in resolving this matter. I am a camera lens seller who accepted a return from a buyer after 20 days. The buyer claimed the lens was defective. I provided a prepaid label via eBay for the return and have not received the lens back yet. I planned to inspect the lens upon return as it was not defective when I shipped it. eBay policy allows me two days upon receipt of the item to make a decision. However, I am hesitant as the lens was in the buyer's possession for 20 days. While eBay offers a money-back guarantee, I suspect the buyer may have caused damage, like during a firmware update. I would like to explore my options in this situation.

I received an invalid eBay Sales No. ([redacted]) from seller ElectroParts. Unfortunately, the Sales No. does not appear in my eBay order history, so I am unable to process a return. The seller insists I use eBay for a return shipping label, but without the accurate Sales No., it is impossible. Regrettably, I fell victim to a scam when trying to contact eBay via phone at [redacted], believing it was their customer service line. The phony representative attempted a fraudulent $[redacted] purchase with an American Express card I provided during the call.
