I haven't used eBay much, but recently I made three small purchases. I'm confused about how Smartyplus.NET at phone number [redacted] is adding extra charges to my purchases. Two charges were posted to my Mastercard account on December 16th and December 23rd that I don't see on my eBay purchase confirmation. I'm worried about making more purchases on eBay now. I reached out to the company, and they made one adjustment, but I still have more charges showing up. There was a $3.00 charge on 12/16 and another on 12/23/[redacted]. Despite them making a $19.00 adjustment, I still have two $3.00 charges that I don't understand. What's happening with this company?

On 10/20/21, I made a purchase on eBay from judybsattic for an SSD (Item No. [redacted]99/Order No.: 18-07[redacted]4) for $92.38 through Paypal. The item arrived on 10/27/21. After requesting a return label on 11/16/21, I had limited communication with the seller. Despite mailing back the unopened SSD on 11/22/21, I received it again recently. The vendor refuses to accept a return, leading to my frustration with this eBay transaction. I seek your assistance in facilitating the return process and obtaining a refund for the SSD. I have a Samsung Galaxy A51 6.5" S515DL in black, only compatible with Tracfone. The phone is in very good condition, but currently locked, preventing the use of a sim card. I did some research and found that unlocking TF-branded phones is challenging, and there are no eBay sellers providing this service. Consequently, I decided to list it on eBay, making sure buyers are aware that the phone cannot be used. It's misleading to label it as "Very Good" if it's unusable, and I believe this seller should be prevented from selling such items to avoid misleading people. Thank you.

Regarding item #[redacted]28 (Antique Smith Premier No.2 Typewriter [redacted]), I am experiencing difficulties reaching out to the seller, Bluthoth. Despite sending multiple inquiries and offers, there has been no response. After unsuccessfully making several offers, I last offered $[redacted], which was sent to Bluthoth. I then matched the full "buy it now" price of $[redacted] but still have not heard back. Noticing Bluthoth's [redacted]% positive feedback with no recent activity in the last 12 months, I am unsure if I am being ignored or if the item listing is inactive. I am on disability and closely monitor my card, so I am unsure how someone obtained my card details. I have only a few trusted individuals who could have accessed my card. I recently purchased the Sudotack ST-[redacted] Professional 192kHz/24bit Studio Cardioid Condenser Mic Kit ([redacted]95) on eBay under Order # 14-08[redacted]8. The vendor offered me a 10% discount, so I decided to buy the item. However, the Squaretrade 2-year warranty for $3.99 that was initially available disappeared when the discount was applied. I messaged the seller immediately after the purchase to inquire about adding the warranty, but the seller stated they were a private seller and did not offer a warranty. I have all the message interactions stored in my account on the eBay website. I am feeling increasingly frustrated trying to resolve this issue. I ordered a Golf Digest magazine subscription at the end of December. Discovering that my existing subscription is not due to expire until the end of [redacted], I have been attempting to cancel the new order. The seller informed me that they have no record of the new subscription, making it impossible for them to cancel it. I have spent over an hour on both the computer and phone trying to reach someone at eBay, navigating through multiple websites and chats to establish direct contact. I ordered an RF detector that never arrived. It was supposedly left at 34 Nelson St, Lake George, instead of 34 Norman St, where I live. The carrier claims it was there for a few days and then disappeared. I have been trying for months to resolve this issue, but it's not right. The package cost $[redacted] and was charged to my card fraudulently. I have two small children and really need help to get the funds credited back to me. The seller has GPS, and it should show that the package was not delivered to my address. I have been an EMT-i for 15 years, currently unable to work due to PTSD and other issues. Recently, on Jan. 3rd, [redacted], my incoming funds were unexpectedly suspended by your service. Despite 30 days of trouble-free product sales on your platform, I faced issues. After contacting eBay on Jan. 4th, I was informed that a portion of my funds, around $[redacted], was on hold and the remaining $[redacted] would be released on Jan. 5th, which did not happen. Subsequent attempts to reach a supervisor were met with resistance from customer service representatives, causing frustration and wasting my time. The unsatisfactory handling of my case has led me to request the immediate release of my funds related to item number [redacted]71 and a formal apology. The lack of transparency and unprofessional conduct during this ordeal has soured my experience with eBay, prompting me to explore alternative platforms for future sales.

I bought item # [redacted]05 (Dewalt Alt 12V/20V Max Car Battery Charger DCB119) on 12/26. The seller said it was shipped via USPS First Class on 12/31, but when I asked for a tracking number, they just replied with "Your item is being delivered. It will arrive soon." I'm upset about this. As a long-time member, I shouldn't have to deal with sellers like this. Not providing a tracking number right away raises red flags. I fear I might have been scammed. I purchased a long black winter coat on eBay, described as "faux wool" which should be acrylic or polyester according to American standards. I have a wool allergy and experienced some allergic reactions when wearing it. Despite verifying with customer service that it was not a scam, I now have these eBay cards that I can't use for purchasing a car, and eBay doesn't offer refunds on them.
