Hello, I recently encountered an issue with a new coat I sold that was allegedly damaged during shipment, even though I had insured the item before sending it. The buyer complained about a tear in the neck and demanded a return. I provided all relevant details from Royal Mail to assist with any claims made. However, the buyer rushed to return the item while I was away on vacation. I explained the situation and the importance of having proper proof for insurance purposes. I have done everything within my means to resolve this matter, but without the item in my possession, I cannot validate the buyer's claims. I hope this can be resolved amicably. Thank you, Filipe Guerra

Order Number: [redacted] Last August, I combined orders for a customer who purchased multiple items. With global shipping, I split the merchandise into two boxes for weight considerations. I obtained two shipping labels via Ebay's global shipping program. One package was successfully delivered, but the second one was not. Despite being marked for return to sender, it never made it back. Tracking details from Ebay's website show this incident: Apple Express tracking #[redacted]5, USPS tracking #[redacted][redacted]71, Global tracking #UPAAB[redacted][redacted]. After speaking with an Ebay staff member via chat, I followed their advice to refund the customer due to the missing package. I was assured I'd be compensated for the loss. However, after refunding the customer, I have yet to receive the promised compensation from Ebay. Despite saving all communication logs with the staff, I now find myself in a situation where Ebay claims I owe them money instead of being compensated as initially agreed. The missing package contains $[redacted] worth of merchandise, and despite reaching out to five staff members, no resolution has been provided. Seeking assistance to rectify this issue promptly as it's impacting my ability to continue selling on Ebay.

I have canceled orders and processed refunds for customers, but funds were put on hold. However, I noticed that money has been withdrawn from my bank account by eBay without authorization. This has resulted in $90 of insufficient fund fees, which is causing issues with my bank and eBay processing. I initially refunded a customer for a book "The Blueprint to an Escort Business" that was never sent. There was also a sale of brass lamps with fees deducted before the sale was canceled, which should be refunded along with the canceled sale. Additionally, there was a pair of cups sold where the customer attempted a scam, leading to a refund and a subsequent re-purchase that should have balanced out. Despite this, there have been unauthorized withdrawals totaling $90 from my bank account for funds that should not have been taken as they were never mine. I request resolution as this impacts my ability to continue using eBay for transactions.

I purchased pink spaghetti poodle salt and pepper shakers, but they arrived broken due to poor packing. The seller accused me of causing the damage, even though the inadequate packaging was evident. I asked for a discount or refund, which the seller refused by implying it was my fault and stating it had been more than three weeks since the delivery, which is incorrect. As a senior citizen, I value honesty and feel frustrated with the situation. I have photos of the broken items and poor packing as evidence. I am requesting a refund for the shipping cost and an additional $15 due to the damaged items being unsellable. Could you please advise me on where to send the pictures for further assistance?

I bought a used Sony camcorder AC Power Adapter Charger AC-V35 from "indyretrosupply." However, my package delivered on January 3 turned out to be a Pilates Rowing Action Exerciser instead of the charger I ordered. The seller declined a refund, citing the delivery date. I visited the post office with the tracking number, confirming the mix-up with a photo of the exercise item at my door. They mistakenly used the Sony charger's tracking number for the wrong item. Unfortunately, I can't reach the seller to resolve this issue. I do not own a mobile phone; you can contact me at 1-[redacted].

I did not receive my package, despite the delivery status showing that it was left in my mailbox. The mailbox is too small for the shoes I ordered, and the timestamp of 10:30 PM seems unlikely. I suspect the package was left in front of the complex and taken. eBay's [redacted]% Guarantee stipulates that the package should be delivered to the specified address (Unit [redacted] in this case), which did not occur. Therefore, I am requesting a refund in accordance with the eBay Guarantee Policy.

Since the payment method transition with Ebay, my main concern has unfortunately materialized. The account designated for Ebay payments was targeted by scammers. Despite having set up a separate account at my financial institution, I lost $[redacted] from it. The situation worsened when an additional $[redacted] was taken from another linked account through internet banking, totaling $[redacted]. I've been attempting to reach out to a representative in Australia to report this, but I've only encountered automated responses from Ebay. It is frustrating that there are no actual individuals available to assist. Even when I managed to locate a request for a callback option, I discovered it was no longer operational. It feels like customer care is severely lacking. I can't help but wonder how many others might be or have already been impacted by entrusting their bank accounts to your platform.

I received an email from eBay this morning informing me that my account has been permanently suspended. I am unable to access the site to understand the situation. It would have been appreciated if eBay had contacted me earlier to explain the issue. I do not understand how selling an art print that I own could be considered a threat to the community. As a long-time member with a history of purchases, particularly of Melissa Fox postal cachet items, this suspension is surprising and frustrating. I have purchased over [redacted] items on eBay, indicating a significant investment. I am eager to resolve this matter and request clarity on why my account has been suspended. Kindly contact me at your earliest convenience to provide an explanation.

On December 27th, I made a purchase from username alexis.thompson3232 for a frying pan, but I received a bicycle seat instead on January 3, [redacted]. I immediately contacted the seller, who acknowledged the mistake and mentioned that the correct item was being returned by another customer. Despite sending back the item at my expense on January 10th for $10.70, I did not hear anything until I reached out on January 18 to find out that the seller had received the item six days prior and issued a refund. However, I feel frustrated that I am out of pocket for the return shipping and still do not have the frying pan. The seller's unprofessional behavior is concerning, and I would appreciate if eBay could review our communication. The mix-up was on the seller's end, and I simply wanted the correct item I purchased.

I recently bought a piano on eBay, but it arrived damaged. Despite the seller promising a full refund, it has been over five days and I haven't received it yet. I've reached out multiple times and still no response. I'm frustrated as I had to involve my bank to dispute the charge. The piano was poorly packaged, causing this inconvenience. I'm disappointed and need this resolved promptly. My son, who has used eBay for over 20 years, has never experienced such an issue. I just want my refund of over $[redacted] back. I hope for a quick resolution. Thank you.

I visited the wkckcoffee.com website and purchased a washing machine for $89. I suspect this company might be a scam and I intend to dispute the transaction to claim a refund. The issue arises when I am charged for the items but my orders seem to vanish when I check the website. Reading other customers' complaints about this company, it seems they are experiencing the same problem where orders disappear after payment. The company seems to have multiple website links that they use to receive orders but then remove them after payment is made. Unfortunately, I now understand the complaints mentioned and wish I had known about them before making any purchases. The washing machine I ordered on 1/14/22 showed as 'awaiting shipment', but now it has been removed from the site entirely. The behavior of this company suggests fraudulent activity where they take money without fulfilling orders.

This is my first time ordering items on eBay, and I have encountered various issues. I bought an Air Horn Boating on 1/5/[redacted], Order #24-08[redacted]5 for $23.78. The item arrived on 1/10/[redacted], but I discovered the release button was missing, rendering it unusable. I promptly requested a return and a refund. On January 20, [redacted], the seller agreed to my return request via email and requested me to print the shipping label. The item must be returned by February 4, [redacted], to receive my refund. However, I have been unable to print the shipping label due to a technical issue. I've attempted multiple times without success. I am unable to contact the seller, and they need to reach out to me or resend the email with the shipping label. I am considering putting a stop on my credit account if this is not resolved promptly.

I sold Item ID #: [redacted]83, the Tommy Hilfiger Riani Navy duck boots. The buyer received the wrong tie-up boots instead of the zip-up boots. I asked for the wrong boots back and have now sent the correct pair using a new mailing label. I received an email from eBay requesting a refund by today, Jan. 24, but the buyer prefers to keep it simple. The right boots are on the way, tracking number [redacted][redacted]03, due to arrive today or tomorrow.

Hello, Thank you for getting back to me. I recently secured a new job and have relocated to my hometown of Helena, Montana. Given the current virus situation, I have decided to utilize eBay's services. To proceed with purchasing the car, eBay requires payment from you. Rest assured, eBay will hold the funds until you have received and tested the car for 5 days. The car is currently with the shipping company, prepared for delivery. Enjoy the benefit of free shipping, allowing the car to reach your address within 3 days. Once it arrives, you will have 5 days to inspect and evaluate it. Kindly share your information (full name, complete address, and phone number) for the buyer registration process. Following this, eBay will email you the terms and conditions. This step incurs no obligation to buy, and it serves to confirm that the transaction is valid, with me as the legitimate seller. I eagerly await your response with the required details. Thank you for your cooperation.

I made a purchase for shoes on eBay using a different credit card, but eBay charged my card automatically. I canceled the transaction and contacted the seller, who is refusing to send the shoes because of the refund issue. eBay, please contact me to refund the $95 back to my credit card as I did not authorize the automatic charge. My name is Willie Guy, and I can be reached at [redacted]. I need the refund since I canceled the transaction due to using a different card and the seller not sending the shoes. Please call me soon.

I recently tried to purchase shoes on eBay, but they charged my credit card without my permission. I contacted the seller to cancel the order, but they are unable to send the shoes due to an issue with eBay. I am frustrated by this situation and need to contact eBay for a refund. This experience is unprecedented for me on eBay, and I am upset about the automatic charge on my card. I demand a prompt refund to my credit card. My name is Willie G. and you can reach me at [redacted]. I have faced difficulty finding a customer service number for eBay, and this lack of support is unacceptable. I urge eBay to rectify this error promptly.

I recently tried to purchase a pair of shoes on eBay using a different credit card, only to have eBay automatically charge the wrong card without my permission. After canceling my order and reaching out to the seller, I discovered that it was eBay, not the seller, who charged my card. The seller mentioned they couldn't ship the item, advising me to contact eBay directly. Frustratingly, eBay doesn't provide a direct phone number for customer support, making it challenging to resolve the issue. This incident has left me very upset, and I insist on getting my money refunded to my card promptly. In the future, I will be cautious and use a different payment method when shopping on eBay to avoid unauthorized charges.

Yesterday, I contacted eBay customer support regarding an issue with my credit card during a purchase. My bank explained that there was a system glitch preventing credit card transactions. The representative advised me to purchase eBay gift cards from a local pharmacy, but we mistakenly bought Google gift cards. After providing the card numbers to the person, they advised us to get more cards from another store, which raised suspicions. I did not proceed with this request. However, I am now missing $[redacted] as a result of this interaction under the name of eBay. The person identified themselves as Justin Davis and provided an employee number, which I will share later. I am seeking a resolution and reimbursement, as this fraudulent activity occurred in eBay's name. Thank you for your assistance.

I have been a top-rated seller for 19 years. Recently, when we opened our store on eBay, we encountered an issue with duplicate listings appearing despite eBay's policy against duplicates. It was a lengthy process to remove these duplicates, some of which were repeated 3 or 4 times. Unfortunately, eBay did not assist us in resolving this matter. Regrettably, when we marked orders for items that were no longer available as such, eBay counted these as defects, leading to account restrictions. This has prevented us from listing new items, and existing listings become inactive after 30 days, moving to an unsold status. We have been advised to increase our listing limits, but the restrictions hinder us from doing so. It seems our only option may be to close the store and revert to using a regular eBay account. We have around [redacted] items we would like to list but are currently unable to do so. Despite our otherwise positive selling record, the situation has become challenging. Despite repeated attempts to contact eBay, the promised follow-up within 24 hours has not materialized. I am seeking a resolution to lift the restrictions and address the defects on my account. Please reach out to me regarding this matter. Thank you, Arlene.

I've been an active eBay seller and buyer for many years without any issues. Recently, after fixing my computer, I faced trouble accessing my eBay account despite entering the correct password. The system repeatedly prompted me to reset my password and send a verification code to my non-cellular landline, which is impossible to receive texts on. I've tried reaching out via messages to request contact through email or my landline, but have not received a response. Unfortunately, I'm unable to find a phone number to reach eBay for assistance. Any help with this frustrating situation would be greatly valued.
