In August, I bought a camera system for my vehicle worth $30.44, but I haven't received it yet. The seller mentioned they would send a replacement because the initial purchase never left the shipping location. They assured me it was sent via regular mail without a tracking number. It's been 7 weeks now, and they claim it was shipped, but I have yet to receive anything. I believe I have been deceived. Their website shows that several others also faced issues with undelivered purchases. I request a prompt refund of $30.44 considering the circumstances.

I purchased 2 doTerra Oils on December 14, [redacted]. Upon receiving my package on December 21, [redacted], I discovered it was merely a ripped paper envelope with no oils inside. The packaging was damaged, and the bottles were missing. I received an empty package and did not get what I paid for. I am frustrated that eBay closed my case without offering a refund of $36.37. My account was suspended after my first time selling an item due to a scam attempt. I received an offer which I accepted, but upon further research on Google, I discovered it was a scam involving an eBay gift card. The scammer insisted I buy a gift card along with the item. When I realized it was fraudulent, I relisted the item on the site. Despite sending an invoice, eBay mistakenly flagged me as the scammer. Three agents informed me that nothing could be done, and my account was permanently banned. It's puzzling that I could relist the item even after sending an invoice. This situation has left me feeling unfairly penalized for being a victim of a scam.

I made a purchase but never got it. I reached out to the seller, who claimed it got lost in transit and reshipped it, but I still didn't receive anything. When I requested a refund, they explained they couldn't process it because the refund option was removed by eBay. I opened a case, but it was closed without explanation. The email I received stated: *Your eBay account has been permanently suspended due to activities that were deemed risky for the community. Although this is frustrating, we prioritize the safety of our marketplace. Refer to our policies on account suspension for more details.* The email offers no specific information about the reason for my suspension. I had only recently created the account to sell an item, and earlier today, I received an offer for the item that prompted me to check my account, where I discovered the suspension. I am uncertain of what led to this action as I believe I followed all site rules. How can I address this issue with eBay given the lack of details provided?

I won an auction for a wool hat, but there was a high shipping price attached. I asked the seller about it before I bid, and they said it was a mistake and there should be no shipping charge. However, after winning the auction, the seller couldn't remove the shipping fee. The listing somehow showed that I had paid for the item, even though I hadn't completed the checkout due to the shipping charge still being there. I am unsure if eBay has charged my credit card on file. It seems like there's no way to resolve this issue through the website's menus. I have tried to find an online chat or contact number without success. This has been frustrating, and I may avoid using eBay in the future unless this is resolved. My eBay name is cubahoy. I am having an issue with order #[redacted]77. I purchased it and made the payment immediately. After reviewing it further, I realized I had made a mistake and requested a cancellation within 5-10 minutes of placing the order. Despite this prompt cancellation request, it was denied a few days later. I find this situation frustrating as I tried to cancel the order promptly. I received a Whish Sound Machine, item number [redacted]27, which is defective and does not work as intended. The seller has a "no returns" policy, but I believe I am entitled to a full refund at the seller's expense for return shipping due to the product's malfunction. I have not received a response from the seller besides a USPS tracking number, which is [redacted][redacted]44. I feel this situation is bordering on fraudulent, which sadly is not my first encounter with sellers on eBay. After many years of membership and a [redacted]% score, I am considering canceling my account. My main objective is to get a refund of $27.90, not a large amount, but it's about the principle of the issue.

I purchased Photoshop [redacted], but the seller did not provide the license number for the disc. After reaching out to them, they insisted it should have been included and suggested I purchase one separately. When I brought this up with Adobe, they confirmed the seller's actions were dishonest. I am seeking to return the disc and receive a full refund. I understand that it may be past the typical refund period, but I lack knowledge about license keys. Hello, I recently received my order for Call of Duty Black Ops 2 from a purchase made on December 3, [redacted]. The item was supposed to have been tested, but unfortunately, the disc is not functioning. It is not an issue with my Xbox console, as I have encountered this problem with a second copy of this game before. I had also purchased Square Trade insurance for this product. I purchased red marking pens from eBay, and according to the tracking information, they were delivered yesterday. However, the pens did not arrive. I am frustrated because I have been unable to contact anyone for help. The emails have been unhelpful as well. I ordered the "Red Tire Permanent Paint Marker Pen Tyre Rubber Lettering Waterproof Oil Based" from eBay. The delivery was confirmed on Tue, Dec 28. Despite this, I have not received the package. I am seeking assistance to resolve this matter as I would like to either locate the package or cancel the order altogether.

I purchased a bundle deal consisting of a used cell phone and cell phone service for a year. However, the second vendor involved, Tracfone, has informed me that their service will not be compatible with my phone after February [redacted]. I spent approximately $[redacted] on the phone and around $40 on the service. I am seeking a refund for the unused service, but the phone vendor claims they have no affiliation with Tracfone. On December 14th, I purchased the Washington Redskins NFL The Redskins Football T-Shirt Sport Champs Vintage HOT for $35.42 as a gift for my son in Florida. The charge went through on December 15th. On December 24th, I received an email confirming the delivery, but when I checked with my son, he hadn't received it. After following the links in the email, I realized that Ebay had no record of the order and the tracking number was invalid. The purchase from tressama73 was a complete scam. Our account was incorrectly restricted for seven days. We have tried to seek help but have faced language barriers and short phone calls resulting in no solutions. Our suspension is due to listings categorized under "sexual health," specifically comic books featuring scantily clad figures. These comics are common and not explicit. Many similar items are available on eBay without issue. It appears to be an error as these comics are well within the rules and norms of the platform. We have reviewed eBay's guidelines thoroughly and received prior confirmation that our items comply. It seems unfair to be penalized for selling regular comic books, which are not sexually explicit. We urge eBay to reconsider the restriction, especially considering the financial impact on our sales during this period.

I recently had an issue with a seller on eBay who tried to extort $10 from me over a phone I purchased. Even after contacting eBay and providing evidence that the phone was in good condition, they did not remove the negative feedback left by the seller. This has affected my 21-year perfect feedback score on the platform. The phone I sold was used but well-maintained with no significant damage, and I even sent the buyer a new screen protector. I bought something from seller Blackberryprincess29. They messaged me to add another item with no extra postage, so I agreed on November 7. However, when I made the purchase, they charged me £6.60 instead of the agreed £3.30. I reached out to them, but have not received a response. Today, when I tried to report them on Ebay, I found out their ID is no longer active. I suspect they changed their seller ID to avoid issues. I hope Ebay will investigate this situation as it seems like they are deceiving buyers and damaging Ebay's reputation.
