My account was suspended indefinitely without warnings due to a VERO copyright issue. I unintentionally used a copyrighted picture to display an item I was selling, not realizing the specifications were also copyrighted. I acknowledge my mistake after reviewing eBay's TOS and commit to avoiding such errors in the future. Considering my Above Average rating and recent start on the platform, I hope my situation can be taken into account for the reinstatement of my account. Thank you for your attention.

To Whom It May Concern, I made a purchase from a seller specializing in car auto parts on September 12. The item was scheduled to arrive by September 16, but it did not. After contacting the seller, they offered to either send another item or issue a refund. I opted for a refund, but I have not received it yet. Despite reaching out to them twice, no refund has been credited to my account. I would like eBay to intervene and assist me in obtaining the refund for the undelivered item. Thank you, V. Ferral

The seller has received my return, which was shipped back in a box in an envelope to USPS within an hour. The seller messaged me last night with a picture of the ring, claiming it was smashed. It appears that they removed the stone from the setting to stage this and damaged a prong in the process. Please review all the messages from JimmyCollector. They initially said the ring was run over by a car, then smashed with something heavy. When I mentioned insurance, they insisted that eBay should refund me and that they are concerned about themselves. They plan to put the stone back in, which they initially removed, resell the ring, and keep the money. I hope eBay will refund me for this situation.

I recently sold an item on eBay to a friend and promptly marked it as sold on the platform. However, this morning, someone messaged me claiming to have bought the item on eBay and even made a payment despite it being marked as sold. The buyer mentioned a 14-day waiting period for the money transfer, which I find concerning as I would not have agreed to such terms. Now, the buyer is requesting a refund. While there is money in my eBay account, it has not been transferred to my bank yet as I haven't provided my bank information. The situation feels suspicious, but if the buyer indeed sent money for the already sold item, I am willing to refund it. The transaction took place a week ago, and I no longer have the item in question.

I placed an order with order number 25-07[redacted]1 for a cable for my television. However, I found out that it is not the right model number. I attempted to contact the seller on December 12th to cancel the order, but he informed me that it was too late as it had already entered the shipping process. As of today, December 15th, the item has not been shipped, and the seller has yet to cancel my order. I am still hoping to cancel the order before it is shipped out, but he has been uncooperative.

I have encountered an issue with a bidder on your platform who consistently overbids, refuses to pay, and interferes with my sales. This situation has been ongoing for over a year. I was owed $43.54, but never received payment. After settling a $14 bill you charged me incorrectly, my account was reopened, and the same individual resumed causing trouble. Despite not making any sales, you now claim I owe $70 due to this person's disruptive behavior. I have reported this user to you multiple times, yet no action has been taken. I refuse to conduct offline transactions with him as suggested. I urgently need to speak with a human representative as your automated systems have not resolved this issue. I ordered four happy nappers, but instead received four sleeping bags stuffed into one bag without tags or original packaging. Doubting their authenticity, I requested to return them. The seller provided an RA number, but UPS indicated that the address was bogus. I seek a prepaid shipping label for a timely resolution.

Hello, I made purchases on eBay back in July for some craft items. Unfortunately, I have not yet received four of the items I ordered even though the payment was taken. I have been trying to contact the sellers since August through emails and messages. Two of the sellers have not responded and the third one keeps telling me the item was resent without providing any details. They just keep saying to be patient, but I'm starting to lose my patience. I even went to the local post office despite being disabled, but there were no parcels for me. The tracking information on their websites only shows "not delivered." Can someone please help me resolve this issue? Thank you.

After canceling the order and receiving a refund due to delays, the refund was processed to a no longer active Visa ending in [redacted]. I need guidance on how to ensure the refund is sent to my current active card. The order return amount was $[redacted].79 with the order number 10-07[redacted]7. Hi eBay support team, I'm encountering an issue while trying to make a purchase on eBay. When I attempt to pay using PayPal, a screen with a browser icon (such as Google) pops up, preventing the payment from going through. PayPal has verified that my account is in good standing with sufficient funds. They suggest that the problem lies on eBay's end. Missing out on several purchase opportunities due to this recurring issue is frustrating. I've seen similar complaints on the eBay community forum as well. I purchased an item, but they sent me one that looks nothing like it. I consider this a fraud because I have been trying to return it for over 15 days without success. The purchase was from a seller that does not appear in the history, but I have the name or identification of the seller who is not responding. The deadline for the return is approaching, and it is difficult to contact you. That's why I don't like buying in this way.

I need help with my eBay order. My account has an outdated address from 15 years ago, and a recent order was delivered there. The seller was unhelpful and refused to issue a refund. I want to report an issue regarding sales tax on gold bullion items purchased on eBay. eBay has been charging 8% sales tax on these items, which is incorrect as Alabama does not tax bullion-related items like gold coins. I already contacted the state capital in Montgomery and need eBay to refund the taxes charged on my gold coin purchases. I will also be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau. It's frustrating to order tax-exempt items and end up being charged tax. I'm curious to know what steps eBay will take to address this ongoing problem.

I purchased a cooler on eBay as a Christmas gift on December 5th, but I have not received any updates from the seller despite sending multiple emails. The item has not been shipped yet, and I am frustrated with this experience as it reinforces why I try to avoid using eBay. eBay is asking me to wait until December 21st to give the seller more time to respond, but I need a refund to shop elsewhere. It is unreasonable to expect me to wait over half a month for a seller who is not communicating.

I purchased a pair of MootesTooties shoes in navy blue fabric size 7.5, but I received black fabric shoes in a larger size after waiting for weeks. I contacted the seller and explained the situation, but he was not helpful. He suggested I keep the shoes as a gift and did not provide return instructions. The seller even asked me to buy more shoes from him. I paid $27.99 and want a full refund, including shipping, as the shoes were sent in improper packaging. I purchased a guitar advertised as high quality, a Flying V. However, upon receiving it, I discovered issues with the pick up and pick guard being held together with masking tape. The pick ups lacked holes, drills, or braces, appearing to be made from scrap wood. Despite knowing it wasn't a Gibson, the quality was extremely disappointing. I am frustrated as I spent over three hundred on this purchase, including shipping. I am seeking a refund along with information on the seller for false advertising. Thank you.

They mentioned that the dispute is with the buyer's financial institution, not with eBay directly. They advised me to wait for the final outcome as the refund will be processed to the buyer by the financial institution.
