As a conscientious buyer, it's essential to follow the seller's return policy outlined in the listing when requesting a return due to remorse. I have been a loyal customer on eBay, and recently I purchased an Apple iPhone 13 Pro - 256GB in Sierra Blue (AT&T) with listing number [redacted]98. I am experiencing buyer's remorse, and unfortunately, the seller is unwilling to accept the return. I am looking to return this phone and purchase the iPhone 13 Pro Max instead. It is disappointing that eBay has denied my attempt to return the item, as this is the second instance where eBay did not honor their return policy.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong flying fairy and tried to cancel it shortly after. The seller insisted it was already shipped, but I have evidence showing only a label was printed. Despite my attempts, the seller refused the return and canceled it. The item remains in its original packaging, as required for returns. I sold a laptop and the buyer used PayPal for payment. However, after sending the laptop and following instructions to send a postage receipt to PayPal, I received an email from PayPal indicating that the recipient's account was not a business one, so the money couldn't be transferred. The buyer then informed me he mistakenly sent me more money than intended due to a limit issue and requested a refund. Despite his assurance that I would receive the correct amount once I refunded the excess, I am hesitant to proceed due to trust issues. The buyer was aware of the limit problem but did not disclose it beforehand. I am unsure how to proceed in this situation.

I initiated a claim for a refund for an item, but the seller has not refunded me for over a month. I was even asked to cover the return shipping expenses. The item I bought was inaccurately described for my car, and after receiving it, the seller modified the description. Consequently, I mistakenly purchased the wrong part. I shipped the incorrect part back to the address provided, bearing the shipping costs, and according to the USPS, it was delivered successfully. However, the seller claims they have not received the returned item.

I believe my eBay account has been hacked. I entered a new address when I made a payment, but the seller has shipped the item to my old address, which is different. I contacted the seller, but they mentioned that the item was already shipped with the old address. I updated the address on my account before the shipment. It's concerning how my old address was still used.

The seller did not pay enough postage, causing USPS to ask for more money before delivering my package. I declined, as the seller should have covered the fee. USPS returned the package because I did not pay for the difference. Now the seller refuses to credit my account after receiving the package, even though it was their mistake. I am disappointed with the seller's service. I never received the package due to their error in postage. It is evident the seller made a mistake, not me. I am requesting a refund to my account.

My husband, R. L., placed an order for 2 Hefty Supreme Foam 3 compartment HLC ([redacted] ct.) from seller quick_more ([redacted]) at $38.91 each, with an estimated delivery date of 11/06/21. Unfortunately, the package never arrived. Our efforts with eBay customer service and USPS, who noted the package was delivered to a different address but couldn't provide details, have not been fruitful. USPS case # [redacted]5. eBay mentioned reaching out to the seller and advised us to wait 3 days for a response. We're still waiting on any updates. Any suggestions on our next steps would be appreciated.

I've been missing out on offers for items on eBay because I'm not receiving notifications unless I manually log in to the app each time. I'm also not getting emails about these offers. How can I resolve this issue? I don't want to miss a chance to sell something! Is there any way for me to reach out to the users who made offers that I missed? I am having trouble logging into my account as both my email and username seem to be nonexistent, and I am unsure why. I suspect it may have been hacked or deleted by eBay. When I contacted customer service, they were unable to locate my username and email in their system. I reached out to a team that handles hacked accounts, and they mentioned a wait time of 24 to 48 hours. However, it has been over 48 hours, and I have not received any updates via email. I was unaware that ending a sale would result in a penalty affecting my ability to increase my upload limit. Despite having a [redacted]% positive rating on my reviews, the system is not allowing me to upgrade due to ending a few sales, even ones with zero views. I find it puzzling that items unseen by anyone cannot be removed. Kindly investigate this issue as I seem to have reached my upload limit early in the month.

I am seeking help with an issue related to a battery order. The seller listed a battery that was supposed to fit a specific model, [redacted] Crosswave Cordless Wet Dry Vac. However, when I received the battery, it was not the one listed. My account got suspended, but I accidentally deleted the email explaining why. I now have a cancelled account without knowing the reason. I wish to reinstate it, but I am unsure how to proceed. I recently won a bid for a stained glass window. I've attempted to use the PAY NOW option several times but have encountered issues. Despite removing expired credit cards and adding a current one, I am unable to make the payment. I also tried using PayPal without success. The item remains stuck in my cart, and when I proceed to payment, I receive an error message in a pink window prompting me to review my items. Even after trying to check out with my Mastercard or PayPal selected, the system does not allow me to complete the transaction and keeps asking me to verify my payment method.
