I sold an item to user ID #[redacted]98. I shipped it from New Hampshire on the 19th, but it hadn't reached Tennessee by the 23rd. The buyer opened a claim against me. I asked them to wait a few extra days due to postal delays. After the buyer left feedback, I assumed the case was closed. However, eBay asked me to resolve the issue. I provided screenshots of the feedback, hoping it would resolve things, but eBay still refunded the buyer. Now, I am owed the money that was refunded to them. This is the second time eBay has mistakenly refunded a buyer without considering my side of the story.

Order Number: 11-07[redacted]1 My merchandise hasn't arrived, and the seller is uncooperative. I may resort to Small Claims Court if I'm not refunded. They only provided a bill with no delivery address as proof. Even FedEx can't track the package (Tracking number: [redacted]27). It's been three weeks, and my item hasn't shown up. The charge is still on my card, and Black Box EBay is not helping at all. The phone number on your website is missing a digit. In the U.S., phone numbers have seven digits, not six. I require human assistance. Please provide a working phone number for direct contact. eBay seems more concerned about profit than customer service, unlike Amazon. The seller's financial situation doesn't excuse their lack of responsibility. I demand a refund promptly.

I recently made a purchase of two items on Ebay, and unfortunately, I accidentally placed a second order. I realized later that I was double charged for different amounts when the items arrived. I contacted Ebay and was instructed to return the items. However, I mistakenly sent them back to the wrong address, leading to some communication issues with the seller and Ebay. Hello, I am reaching out from Mexico City feeling sad and frustrated as I have not yet received a proper solution. I need your assistance with an issue. I purchased two suits with the order numbers [redacted]46 and [redacted]19, under the order number 21-07[redacted]4. Unfortunately, the suits I received were in much larger sizes with overlapping seams on the blouses, indicating poor quality. Upon contacting the sellers, I was advised to get the suits tailored, with them covering the costs. After having them altered at a high price even exceeding the original cost of the suits, I informed the sellers, but they never responded. I tried to request a refund through eBay, but the return was closed. Despite multiple messages to eBay, I was told once was enough. I hope you can assist me in resolving this frustrating situation.

I purchased a barber chair on October 21 with an expected delivery date of October 25, but it has not arrived. The seller advised me to contact eBay since they claim to have sent the item. I placed an order for rims on November 20th with a delivery window between the 26th and the 30th. However, the delivery timeframe has passed, and the rims have not arrived. FedEx has only received the shipping label, but not the actual items from eBay. There seems to be a delay either with eBay shipping the rims to FedEx or FedEx picking them up from eBay. I am still waiting for my order to arrive. I would appreciate any assistance or updates on the situation.

I recently purchased two Square Trade protection plans believing they covered accidental damage. However, when I had an accident resulting in damage to my Nikon D750 and Tokina Opera lens, Square Trade informed me that accidental damage was not covered. They offered a refund for the plan, which I declined. I am willing to pay more to have the coverage I thought I purchased initially. Square Trade suggested I contact you for assistance as they cannot help further. This situation is urgent for me as I use the camera for my church duties and cannot afford to replace it.

I purchased a Serta electric blanket on eBay on November 23. The blanket is lovely, but unfortunately, I am unable to use it due to the positioning of the electrical outlets in my room. The bed cannot be moved because of the room's layout. I would like to return the item as it is still in its original packaging. I have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone over the phone to inquire about the return process. Although one person did pick up, they quickly disconnected the call. I am disappointed with eBay's customer service. I overlooked this issue when making a purchase from them again.

Before making a purchase on eBay, I inquired with the seller about using DHL for shipping, to which they agreed and gave me a quote. However, after paying, communication from the seller ceased. They eventually claimed to have shipped the item via DHL without a tracking number due to increased costs. Now, over three weeks have passed, and after reaching out to the seller, they mentioned they cannot track the package and suggested it might be lost or returned to them. I regret to report that I am no longer covered by eBay's guarantee, and the seller has been uncooperative. Hello, I would like to return a purchased item that arrived incomplete. I requested the missing parts, but no action was taken. The seller refuses to take responsibility for the issue, and I am frustrated. I simply want a refund and to return the item. I purchased an outdoor camping two-burner propane stove from Ebay, and it arrived in a plain cardboard box without any manufacturer information or instructions. The package included the stove, legs, two burners with the knob bar, and some loose screws, but unfortunately, some are missing. It seems like I received a returned shipment without proper inspection.
