I received an email today from the seller regarding a price mix-up on eBay. The seller mentioned that the calendar was mistakenly listed at a lower price than intended and that eBay should issue a refund. The item was originally priced at £60, reduced to £40. The seller apologized and mentioned that only purchases made through eBay are covered by their protection programs. They provided an order number and reiterated not to reply to the message directly. The email referenced the account holder as Rebecca Davies (bexdubai) and included information on privacy practices. eBay's contact details were also mentioned at the end of the email.

I recently purchased a 3.3-ounce bottle of Alex or Hermie Marvelous Women's Cologne for $58.85. Unfortunately, upon receiving the package today from UPS, I noticed that the perfume had leaked, leaving me with less than half an ounce in the bottle. The UPS packaging was greasy and the scent was noticeable even before opening it. I would appreciate receiving a replacement item as soon as possible. For a year now, I've been trying to resolve my business profile issue with eBay. Over the past four days, I have called daily, hoping for a solution. Each day, I was assured that someone from the appropriate department would reach out to me, but unfortunately, no one did. On the first day, I was told that Managed Payments would call back in 30 minutes, but they never did. The next day, IT was blamed, and I was promised contact within 24 to 72 hours, which never happened. Following up on day three, eBay claimed it would be escalated to IT with contact that day, yet once again, no one reached out. Today, on day four, after requesting a supervisor, I was transferred to Managed Payments but still haven't received assistance despite being told I would be contacted within 30 minutes - it's been an hour with no call.

I recently received a damaged antique mirror that was shipped on November 8. UPS picked it up for inspection, and the seller claims they cannot proceed without photographs, which they have. UPS has the mirror since November 10 at their Swansea depot. Despite reaching out to eBay for assistance, they have not been helpful at all. It is frustrating to realize that buyers do not have as many legal rights as commonly believed. I am currently out of £[redacted].79, which includes import duties, and it seems unlikely that I will be able to recover my money. The order number is 18-07[redacted]6, and the seller is antiquesvintagegallaecia. This situation is incredibly disappointing from the buyer's perspective.

I purchased two bikes more than a month ago, and I have yet to receive them. They seem to be delayed either by the company or FedEx. I contacted the company, and they assured me that the bikes were paid for. This has been a frustrating situation for me over the last 12 to 13 days. I have had to stay at home for 12 hours each day, waiting for these bikes as they require a signature upon delivery. I am completely fed up and tired of this ordeal. I just want my bikes.

Order Number: 19-07[redacted]1 Set of Three Tables | Order Date: 25/11/[redacted] I recently received my order, but unfortunately, the small table arrived scratched. After contacting the seller and providing photos as requested, they offered a choice between a 20% partial refund if I were to keep the item in its current condition or to decide how I'd like the issue resolved. On the 1st of December, I replied indicating that the table was not usable and my preference would be to have the glass replaced. Alternatively, I agreed to accept the 20% partial refund if a replacement was not feasible. However, I have not received a response to my last message, and it seems the communication has stopped. I recently published a book through Tellwell Publishing in British Columbia on July 21, [redacted]. The company used IngramSpark for hardcover and softcover versions, but initially mentioned Kindle through Amazon as well. Unfortunately, my book ended up being sold on eBay through Amazon and other suppliers without acknowledgment from Tellwell. I've spoken to the manager at Tellwell twice, but they refuse to address this issue. Can I receive royalties from eBay sales directly to my bank account? My eBay username is KEN5276.

I found a car on Facebook Marketplace, a '97 Chevy Silverado, and wanted to buy it. I had to buy $1,[redacted] in eBay gift cards for shipping. I already gave the codes from 5 cards to a support person. Now they want $[redacted] for insurance to cover test driving for 5 days, promising a refund in cash when the truck is delivered. I've been scammed in the past, so I'm anxious. Can anyone confirm if this is a legitimate and standard process for buying a car?

Some time ago, I reported an issue with an item I purchased. The seller stated they would refund me if I sent the item back. I thought I was speaking with eBay, but it seems it was actually the bank PayPal partners with. Over a month back, I spoke to Jason who assured me I would receive a full refund, mentioning not to return the item. Now, I'm facing a new problem with another incomplete item. The seller wants me to send it back for a complete refund. I still await resolution on the first problem involving a defective gas motor and need assistance with this current incomplete purchase. A buyer has filed a complaint regarding an item I sold a few weeks ago. I provided her with a tracking number, which shows the item was delivered on Friday, November 17 at 10:17 am, just three days after payment. Ebay suspended my selling and buying privileges related to item # [redacted]52, a vehicle sold to a customer. After discovering a transmission issue during detailing before pickup, both parties agreed to cancel the sale. When I finally reached an agent after a long wait, they provided instructions for canceling the transaction. Unfortunately, my honesty led to losing my Ebay privileges and receiving negative feedback right before Christmas. eBay's poor customer service, compounded by language barriers, made the whole experience frustrating.

Hello, Today, as I was trying to purchase an item on eBay, my account was unexpectedly suspended permanently with no specific reason provided. The email I received stated the following: "Hello, Your eBay account has been permanently suspended because we noticed activity that we believe is a risk to our community. This means: - You are unable to buy or sell on eBay. Any associated accounts have also been suspended. - Outstanding selling fees must be paid immediately, with any undisputed fees charged to the payment method on file." Despite maintaining a long-standing account with [redacted]% positive feedback and timely payments, my account was suspended suddenly and irrevocably. I do not understand the basis for this decision. I value the community's safety, but I am certain there is no legitimate reason for this action. I kindly request prompt assistance to address this matter.

I received a message stating that my eBay account was suspended due to activity that was deemed risky for the community, without mentioning specifics. An agent informed me that eBay policy prevents them from sharing further details. They mentioned that the decision is final and cannot be reversed. I am eager to understand the violation that led to the suspension and I am hoping to have my account reinstated.

I was recently suspended from Ebay for selling an antique dental tool, which I didn't realize could be against the rules. I am a retired dentist and I believe this item is harmless. I would like to be reinstated on Ebay without limitations. I won't sell any medical or dental equipment in the future. I have sold similar items before without issues. I have been a loyal member for many years and I think the punishment for this one mistake is too severe.

I believe my account was mistakenly suspended, as I have not violated any eBay rules and have not been active on the platform. Seller HATA-[redacted] hasn't replied to my request to ship the Dewalt 20 Volt Max XR 1/2 inch Impact Wrench that I purchased. I would like an update on the shipment. Please contact them. I purchased a light beige Gucci Backpack from eBay for $[redacted] on Oct. 18, [redacted]. When I received it on Dec. 1 after eBay's authentication process, it was a dark brown color instead of the one shown in the pictures. I immediately contacted the seller about the error and requested a return. The response I received from the seller was quite rude, implying that I didn't understand Gucci products. I informed them that I do own Gucci items and have bought them in Milan, Italy. As the item is supposed to be covered by eBay's money-back policy, I have reached out to eBay for assistance with returning the bag.
