Upon attempting to sign in to my newly created eBay account, I received a notification stating that my account has been permanently suspended due to activity deemed risky by the platform. Despite my lack of outstanding fees, I am unable to buy or sell on eBay going forward. Unfortunately, this decision is final, and any associated accounts have also been suspended. My account is currently suspended due to an outstanding balance of $24.41, which I've been trying to pay for weeks. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this through text chats with eBay representatives, my account remains suspended. The inconsistency of my owed amount displayed on the platform is confusing and frustrating. I have tried using PayPal, my bank account, and credit card to settle the payment with no success. I request eBay to lift the suspension on my account and allow me to make the payment over the phone. I have been a loyal customer and seller for over 21 years, and the extensive time I've already spent on this issue warrants a resolution. It would be appreciated if eBay could consider waiving the disputed $24.41 and reinstate my account as a gesture of goodwill.

There seems to be an issue with accessibility to the money back guarantee form on eBay's site. I received an email from someone claiming to be Susan Evans regarding a vehicle she was selling, mentioning eBay's money back guarantee and providing a form to fill out. Following the steps, I purchased 12 eBay refillable cards totaling $2,[redacted]. I am seeking compensation as eBay's name was on the email and form. I have the cards and receipts as proof. I am interested in purchasing a red [redacted] GMC Sierra [redacted] Z71 from [redacted] After paying $[redacted].00 in eBay gift cards, I was then asked to pay an additional $[redacted].00 for insurance. Following this, eBay requested another $[redacted].00 for taxes and fees transferring from Georgia borders authorities to Kissimmee, FL [redacted]. I refused this request and asked to cancel the order due to the increasing costs. I have emailed eBay twice today, August 5, [redacted], to cancel the order. My name is Ivan Rios-Mirabal, and I have 8 eBay gift cards totaling $1,[redacted]. I am concerned about receiving a refund for the total amount. I'm interested in the Alexandretta Hatay stamp collection listed on Scott International pages with the item number [redacted] from Stampsweis in Riverside, CA. I received a second chance offer for this collection, but when I tried to accept it, I encountered an error stating that the seller does not ship to New Jersey. My shipping address is correct, but the geographical restriction seems unreasonable as I have successfully received offers from this dealer in the past. Despite multiple attempts between Stampsweis and myself to address this issue, we have not been able to resolve it. I am very keen on acquiring this collection and would rate its desirability as a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. Any assistance in finding a solution would be greatly appreciated.

Despite reaching out to the seller multiple times, I have not received any response or updates on my order. I'm concerned this might be a scam. The messages I sent are not appearing in my eBay inbox but are instead going to my personal email because I checked the box to receive a copy. I would like a refund as I have no information on the order, no tracking number, or estimated delivery date - just a notification that the item has been shipped. I am experiencing issues with a seller who refused to cancel my order. I reached out to the seller before the item was shipped, providing evidence that the tracking information was not available at 6:38 AM his time due to the post office opening at 8 AM. Despite this, he proceeded with the order knowingly, as I requested a cancellation. Moreover, the shipping cost advertised was $20, but I was charged $51.90. I am in urgent need of assistance regarding this matter.

I was expecting a refund for a LCD screen I purchased for my style 6, but unfortunately, it was stolen. Ecco Tech claimed to have refunded the amount to my Bluebird American Express card ending in [redacted]. However, after checking, the refund never appeared on that card, leading me to believe there was an issue. I have since closed my Bluebird account. I urge for a prompt resolution as it has been a while, and I want my money back immediately. If not resolved soon, I will escalate this matter to the BBB. I have arranged for the refund to be sent to my Visa card (ending in [redacted]) instead. Thank you.

Item number [redacted]05 was won in an auction on Sunday, August 8, [redacted]. The seller is insisting on local pickup but has been unhelpful in answering questions before and after the auction. Due to this, I am hesitant to make the payment. The seller, despite having "16" Stars, has not been cooperative and even sent a note with a demanding tone for payment without clarifying anything. I recently purchased a phone on eBay through the bidding process. I used my ANZ Visa card, which I have used on eBay before, to pay for the phone. The seller has informed me that they refunded me and provided bank details for me to send money back. The seller's name is cic1426, regarding item no. [redacted], a Samsung S21 5G 256GB. I purchased a stereo on eBay a month ago, but it was sent to the wrong address by USPS and subsequently returned. I never received the package and would like a refund as I believe it was not my error that led to the misdelivery. I have ordered from eBay previously, so my information should be on file. I purchased a Paladin Pneumatic Snap Cutter, and initially, it seemed to work fine. However, soon after, I noticed an unexpected oil leak, which was not mentioned in the item description. Despite the leak stopping after the second day, the blade head stopped functioning. Despite trying to have it repaired at different places, I have had no success. The seller is requesting me to cover the return shipping costs, promising a refund after they inspect the cutter. I believe the seller should upfront provide the return shipping label as they sent me a faulty item without disclosing the oil leak and a malfunctioning cutter. I am apprehensive about sending it back and then potentially not receiving a refund or being asked to pay for shipping for a defective product.

I fell victim to a scam involving an Aquafina Water wrap for my car. The scammers sent me a fraudulent check and asked me to buy $[redacted] worth of eBay gift cards with it. Upon realizing this was a scam, I reported it to my bank, and now I have $[redacted] in unused eBay gift cards. I need advice on deactivating these cards and getting my money back since I have no use for them as I have never shopped on eBay before.

I placed an order for face cream on July 23. It has been more than 19 days, and I have yet to receive it. I'm frustrated because eBay has extended the delivery time twice, first to August 17 and now to August 20, without any valid reason. The item is only one state away from Texas, where I am located. It has been in transit for weeks according to the tracking information, but it has not arrived. I don't understand why eBay is giving the seller more time when I paid for the item on July 23 and still have not received it.
