I recently received my order of 3 eyeshadows from Urban Decay, expecting the "Smokeout" shade, but instead, I received "Mushroom". I was disappointed as I was excited about the Smokeout shades. I haven't received my last two purchased and shipped items from eBay. My mailing/shipping address has remained unchanged for over three years, and I have successfully received many purchases from eBay in the past without any issues, normally giving them five-star ratings. The address is [redacted] (1/2) K St. Bakersfield, CA [redacted], and I suspect the problem might be related to the fractional address (1/2) which caused a delivery issue previously with another company. I purchased a replacement screen for my G8 ThinQ assuming it was the correct one, but later found out it was actually for a G7. Now that I need to fix my G8, I am struggling to line up the connections due to the incorrect screen. My daughter informed me of the mistake and now I'm worried about not being able to access important files and pictures and my husband's email account, which is on my G8. As I am about to lose access to the phone number associated with the device, I need assistance in getting the correct replacement screen/digitizer for my G8 ThinQ. I appreciate any help with this issue during this difficult time.

I purchased what was advertised as a Right-Handed/passenger side mirror for a Cadillac CTS from the seller billb412 on eBay (item #[redacted]27). However, I received a Left-Handed/driver side mirror, contrary to the description. After communicating with the seller via eBay messages and sending supporting photos, he acknowledged his error. I initiated the return process and shipped back the incorrect item. Strangely, he has another listing for a Right-Handed/passenger side mirror for a Cadillac CTS under item #[redacted]33. I emphasized to him that I prefer the correct part as per the original eBay item description, rather than a refund. I worry he may repeat the same mistake unless eBay takes action. I recently purchased a snatch block on eBay as a guest using my account. The order number is 03-07[redacted]0. Unfortunately, when the item arrived, the package was open and empty. The USPS confirmed that the box was unsealed, missing its contents, and in damaged condition. The seller, Zoe Zhou, claimed it was reported delivered. I am seeking assistance to resolve this matter or obtain a phone number to contact the company directly for a resolution. I bought a Technics amplifier on eBay, but realized later that it's for collection only. I'm disabled, living in a care home without a car. I tried to cancel within the three-day grace period, but the seller refused and is now unresponsive to my calls and texts. I was willing to offer more than half the price, but I feel like I'm being scammed. This is not how a reputable dealer should behave. I've reached my limit. Can anyone assist me with this situation?

I have been trying to communicate with the seller and eBay regarding the undelivered daybed. They claim it was delivered on the 3rd, even though the expected delivery date was the 8th. The tracking numbers provided were incorrect, and I have not received any reimbursement for the item. Unfortunately, my nephew has started using my bed and couch as a toilet, which is quite unfair as I purchased the daybed in good faith. This was my first online purchase, and everything else I bought arrived except for the daybed. I urgently need the daybed delivered or a refund. Thank you.

I have already informed you that I bought a daybed online and have not received it yet. I have been in constant communication with the seller, but suddenly they stopped responding and have not refunded my money. I have reached out to eBay and the seller, but no one is getting back to me. I really need the daybed as my nephew is still having accidents on the couch and my bed. He is unwell and I cannot keep reprimanding him. I was counting on the daybed to have a plastic covering on the mattress so I could easily clean it. Unfortunately, I had to remove the plastic from the mattress, so I am unable to let my nephew use it. Please get in touch with me regarding this matter. Thank you.

I've encountered this problem before, and when I contacted customer service in the past, they were able to resolve it. I have had an eBay account for nearly 25 years and have been a reliable seller with a good rating. Due to my illness, I was unable to respond to eBay messages sent on June 21, [redacted]. Although my wife usually manages the business, she has been out of the country since [redacted], and I had been handling everything. eBay restricted my selling privileges due to my inability to respond during my illness. However, my wife is back now and ready to take over, but we are still unable to sell. I spoke with eBay over the phone, and they promised to resolve the issue within 7 days, but it has been over 24 days, and I have not heard back. This business is essential to me, and I am seeking guidance on how to proceed.

I purchased a thumb drive from California to back up my photos but encountered issues. The return process surprised me, as it requires sending it back to China instead of California. Despite my attempts to contact the seller for a U.S. return address, I haven't received a response yet. The post office provided a Customs Declaration form, which needs the seller's full name. Unfortunately, I don't have this information. I have made efforts to return the item, but the seller's lack of cooperation is concerning. I'm unsure how to proceed since contacting eBay directly hasn't been successful.

I bought a pair of AirPods Pro from an eBay seller who claimed they were "authentic." Despite this, their reviews suggest otherwise. Additionally, the seller changed their location from Carolina to China. When I tried to message the seller about the item, it was marked as "no longer available," and I can't contact them. I'm seeking a refund promptly as I don't want to wait three days to involve eBay, considering the seller appears to be fraudulent. I also have an ongoing issue with four animated hats that should have arrived over two weeks ago. Although I opened a dispute the day after they were due, I closed it two days later when the seller was unavailable, planning to wait. However, I discovered the seller is in Clarksville, Tennessee, just three hours away from me, while a product I ordered from California three days ago is arriving tomorrow. This situation doesn't add up.

I purchased a canopy replacement on 6/9/[redacted] but need to return it as it was not what I expected. I have tried following eBay's online instructions to start the return process through "My Account" Purchase History, but my purchase is not showing up there. Despite many attempts to contact eBay by phone, I have been unable to reach a representative to help resolve this issue. Since eBay does not acknowledge my purchase, I am considering disputing the charge on my credit card. I returned an order for a handset on January 12, [redacted], with tracking number #9[redacted] 6[redacted] [redacted] 45 because it wouldn't charge. I was told return postage would be covered, and if I didn't return the item by a specific date, my account might be charged. Despite reaching out via email and phone, I didn't receive a printable label, and customer service was unhelpful. Therefore, I returned the item at my own expense and requested reimbursement of $8.25 but haven't heard back from ebay or received a refund. I'm disappointed with ebay's lack of communication and failure to adhere to their policies. I urge ebay to refund my out-of-pocket expense promptly, as promised.

Good morning, Two days ago, I contacted a seller regarding two items I wished to purchase. I explained that I would make payment on July 14, [redacted], as I had other bidding commitments due on the same day. The seller agreed. This morning, to my surprise, both items were canceled. After contacting the seller via email, they relisted the items and I have now made the purchases. Please ensure I am not marked as a cancellation, as I have several other bids in progress. One of the sellers is leaving for vacation today and mentioned planning to visit the post office before departing. On 5/3/[redacted], I saw an ad in the local paper placed by Linda H. from Port Orange, FL, selling a 16ft. Lund boat for $1,[redacted]. After transferring communication to eBay, I ended up paying $4,[redacted]. Unfortunately, my computer might have been infected, hindering communication. The seller repeatedly asked for processing and licensing fees via email cards in increments of $1,[redacted], and provided a potentially false eBay account number 7[redacted]. Despite sending the codes as instructed, communication ceased. I haven't received the boat and am left with the gift cards and receipts. I'm currently using a friend's computer to communicate. My partner purchased tailpipes from Housetronics using my email. When the items arrived and did not fit, I returned them as per the provided address. The seller received the return but is refusing to issue a refund, claiming he cannot locate my partner's information. eBay assisted and provided me with an ID case number, [redacted], for the seller to process the refund. After selling an item on eBay, a family emergency stalled my ability to ship it, resulting in unpaid fees and account suspension. I paid the fees promptly, but upon contacting live chat support, I was informed my account was permanently banned from selling.
