Despite messaging multiple times and contacting our account manager, we have not been granted the free listings we need. We were given a link by the eBay team, but even after requesting free listings through that link, we have not received any. Hello, I need to address the issues with this order of the CLEARANCE Russian Virgin Human Hair Topper for Women in Blonde Brown. I initiated a return and requested a refund from the seller, hot.girls, for a total of $39.93. Despite not receiving a return label, I shipped the item to the provided return address at CODO(return), [redacted] Harbor Way, South San Francisco, CA 94[redacted]. I followed the instructions to print an eBay label and add tracking details, marking the item as shipped. However, the seller is claiming they did not receive the item and refused to issue a refund, citing a lack of tracking information. This situation is frustrating as I complied with the return process even without a label from the seller.

I purchased the "Call the Midwife" series from bestpriceseller2019, but had to return it due to skipping discs. I received an email from eBay on May 25th confirming a refund of $52.55. It's been 10 days and I haven't received the refund. I contacted the seller, but they advised me to reach out to eBay. I purchased a Nissan Altima on eBay and paid $1,[redacted] for the car and an additional $1,[redacted] for insurance for shipping. Subsequently, I received an email requesting another $1,[redacted] for Nevada taxes. After contacting eBay's support department, the individual I spoke with blocked my number. I am struggling to reach anyone, and all I want is a refund and to cancel the order, which was made through eBay Motors Buyer Protection with order number [redacted]69 for the vehicle purchase. I have sent several emails without receiving a response. I am considering reporting this as fraud. I have blocked the Vanilla Visa cards temporarily and feel exploited.

We recently had a case appealed and resolved in our favor, bringing us brief joy until an issue arose with PayPal. After attempting to seek assistance from PayPal, they only offered $30.00 to cover return shipping for an item we received in error, with the seller located in Vietnam. The local post office quoted $[redacted] for return shipping, prompting us to decline PayPal's offer. However, this seemingly affected our appeal with eBay. We thought eBay and PayPal were interconnected due to their website referrals, mistakenly assuming we could seek help from both. Despite eBay initially siding with us, it appears consulting PayPal hindered their decision. As a low-tech cancer patient, I seek fairness, not to exploit the system. I paid $[redacted] for a tool I didn't order and can't use, from the correct company but not the correct item. I feel penalized by eBay for turning to PayPal first, despite the link between the two companies. I have purchased gift cards from Slide regularly for over a year. This is the second time they have been mistakenly flagged as fraudulent. Despite being cleared by the gift card team, they were flagged again when I tried to use them. Consequently, I only had a short window of 72 hours to use them before they would be replaced. This led to a seller canceling my order and left me rushing to spend $[redacted] before items I wanted were no longer available. The same issue occurred with $[redacted] worth of auction wins on eBay. Despite explaining that it's not a gift card problem on my end, there seems to be no urgency from eBay to resolve the issue promptly. I have faced being disconnected on calls, received misleading information, and now have to endure a 5 to 7-day wait for a potential solution. This timeline risks automatic cancellation of my auction wins unless I pay another $[redacted] upfront. Additionally, once the gift card matter is resolved, I will be left with $[redacted] in unwanted gift cards. I am eager to speak with a competent manager at eBay who can rectify this situation sensibly, as it feels like eBay is manipulating me into spending more money while keeping my funds in limbo.

The seller has accused me of harassment because I requested to ship the screws via USPS flat rate box to Hawaii, which is the most cost-effective way. I have clearly communicated this in four emails referring to their ad stating USPS shipping. Despite my willingness to cover all shipping costs, the seller insists on USPS priority at $67 instead of utilizing the more economical $22 flat rate box option. I've tried to explain this but am met with accusations of dishonesty and attempts to cheat. Please review our correspondence to assess who is being untruthful or disreputable. I recently purchased an item on eBay that I believed to be an original GHD product, but it turns out it may be a counterfeit. I tried reaching out to both the seller and eBay for assistance without any luck. I received an email from GHD stating that my product is suspected to be counterfeit and they are investigating the issue. They advised me not to use the product due to safety concerns and asked for details about where I purchased it. They also recommended contacting my bank to discuss the payment and requested that I send the product for inspection. As a goodwill gesture, GHD offered me a trade-in deal and a discount on a new product once the counterfeit item is returned. If interested, I should contact them for further instructions. I received an order yesterday that was canceled, and upon arrival, the box was damaged. I would like to return it and have a refund issued to my credit card. Through Ebay, Splendormart instructed me to take the merchandise to a UPS store and show them my return code, which I did not receive. I have secured the box for return, but they now require pictures. I am unable to proceed as the system states there are technical issues. This is quite frustrating as I have not encountered these problems previously. I simply need the return code to send the items back for a refund to be credited to my account.

I am reaching out to eBay regarding Item# [redacted]26, which is a Men's Fashion Casual Cargo Shorts Pants Multi Pockets Chino Summer Beach Trousers sold by Seller Id: one-stop-shop-store. I bought two XXL cargo shorts from this seller, but unfortunately, they were too small as they are based on Asian sizes, not U.S. sizes. I tried to contact the seller to resolve this issue by exchanging for a proper size, but they did not respond. As a result, I am opening a case for a refund. The seller only provided a return label for one short instead of the two I purchased, and they are requesting that I pay $12.00 for the return label. I believe this is unfair since the seller is at fault, and they should cover the return label cost for their error.

On the 4th of June, a purchase transaction was made on eBay by the buyer ratina_ross for $72.50. After eBay notified me of the payment and shipping time, I prepared the package, logged the tracking number, but discovered a defect in the item. Consequently, I issued a refund of $81.45 to the buyer. eBay promptly deducted the refund amount from my personal account to process it. However, the funds from the original purchase have not been deposited into my account yet, despite eBay confirming the payment for the item. It has been eight days since the purchase, and I have not received the payment but have been debited for the refund. I am considering reinstating my eBay transactions through PayPal due to these ongoing delays with the new eBay account payment system.

I made a purchase on eBay, and unfortunately, the seller disappeared after receiving my payment. eBay promised to refund me $[redacted] as a goodwill gesture. They requested I buy an eBay gift card, but due to financial constraints, my card declined twice causing me embarrassment. I have been in constant contact with customer service to resolve the issue. Despite multiple calls, they haven't been able to refund my credit card as my card issuer doesn't allow it. I suggested transferring the funds to my PayPal account, and the representative said they would check and get back to me, which they haven't done yet. I recently got a notification about a purchase I didn't make. When I contacted eBay, I was connected to someone claiming to be Nick Wilson. He assured me he was from eBay and needed access to my bank account to remove my card details from their system. Good afternoon, I purchased the phone below from everythingforlesss on eBay for my mother in Brazil. The merchant claimed it was unlocked and new, but upon arrival, the phone was locked and used. I brought it to a Samsung store where they confirmed it was registered to an AT&T account. After contacting the seller and providing the IMEI number, they gave me a number to unlock the phone, but it was unsuccessful.
