I recently sold an item on eBay, and the customer messaged me claiming the dish arrived with the beak broken and possibly glued. However, upon reviewing the pictures on my eBay listing, it is evident that the fish's beak was intact when shipped without any damage. The customer later sent pictures showing the beak seemingly glued back on. I responded, clarifying that I had not glued the beak and shipped the item without any issues. Despite their insistence, I maintain that they are responsible for the damage as the beak was not broken when sent. I requested further evidence of the supposed damage and upon receiving the pictures, it is clear that the beak has been glued back on, but not by me.

I have been trying various phone numbers for days without any luck. Can someone please provide me with the best phone number to reach eBay customer service? I finally found an online form on gethuman.com. I took advantage of the 5% bonus eBay Points promotion that was valid until midnight. However, my order was split into two parts, and I encountered issues with the second part due to PayPal locking up. I contacted PayPal for support, which unfortunately resulted in the disappearance of the bonus eBay Points. PayPal advised me to reach out to eBay to have the points returned. Hello eBay, Regarding Order No: 23-06[redacted]7, Item ID: [redacted]69, and Return ID: [redacted] from Seller dasaita-official store-au. I received this item in December [redacted] and installed it a week later. It was working fine until January 3, [redacted], when less than a month of use, the unit suddenly stopped responding and went blank. I had a technician troubleshoot the issue last weekend. He confirmed that the power connections were okay, but the unit wouldn't power up. He didn't attempt to fix the issue since it's still covered under warranty. I have reached out to the seller through the "contact seller" link but have not received a response yet. Please advise me as soon as possible. I ordered 2 KETO cookbooks on 4/27//21 but never received them. I tried to cancel the order, but the seller did not respond. I am now trying to request a return via Ebay, but they're asking me to return the items I never got in order to get a refund. I have been waiting for 27 days now. Hello, I am encountering a critical issue with my eBay account and I have not received any assistance from their support team. When I try to log in, I am unable to access my account. The account belongs to PEZET Piotr Zarzycki, and we are looking to resume sales on eBay. Unfortunately, our account was blocked by eBay last week, even though we had made changes to update our professional information such as emails and logins. We typically sell products on Allegro and our online shop xoxoxo.pl, and we are interested in expanding our sales to other European countries. The recent changes we made include updating our login from z beauty_and_sexy to xoxoxo.pl and changing the login email from [redacted] to kontakt@xoxoxo. Despite our attempts to reset the password and follow the verification process, we have been unable to regain access. eBay has requested additional documents, but as we are unable to log in, we are unable to provide them. Seller: karen_avi, Item Number: [redacted]94, Order Number: 05-07[redacted]1 I suspected it was a scam, but I decided to make the purchase just to confirm my doubts. It's frustrating that eBay doesn't seem to detect when new sellers offer brand new items at unrealistically low prices. The adage "if it's too good to be true, it probably is" certainly applies here. I was looking for a Netgear Nighthawk MR1100 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot Router (AT&T GSM Unlock) and came across karen_avi's listing, which seemed too good to pass up. Despite being cautious, I fell for it. The seller claimed fast delivery with no tracking information, and when I inquired about it, the seller vanished along with their listings. I've been a loyal customer since the late 90s, and it's disheartening to see eBay unable to prevent such scams. Despite the setbacks, I'll be purchasing the same item from a different seller. I recently had an issue with a seller over some fancy tights I purchased. Despite mentioning they were well packaged, the tights did not meet my expectations, and my honest review seemed to upset the seller. They have since blocked me, removed my review, and sent me unpleasant messages. I find it unfair that they want me to change my feedback just because it was negative. I disposed of the tights, so a refund is not possible. I believe I should be able to share my experience without fear of intimidation. I would like assistance with an open case involving a buyer who falsely claimed they did not receive the suspension struts I sent to Illinois and refused to pay the $[redacted]. I have evidence of shipping the item with a tracking number on the label. Unfortunately, I was unable to respond promptly due to being hospitalized and the money was deducted from my account. I request a refund or the return of the item. I possess supporting documentation for this issue. Today marks the 30th day since the buyer's request, and I must submit my appeal following eBay's guidelines.

The buyer breached several policy guidelines: 1. They transported the item without immediate inspection. 2. Made false claims of damage without prior inspection. 3. Transferred the item into a different case. 4. Delayed returning the item even though there was time to do so. 5. Failed to include original packaging and shipping label as per return guidelines. 6. The card is damaged, reducing its value by 50%. 7. Ebay is requesting a refund despite already deducting the funds from my PayPal account.

I am unsure about the product ordered, but I am Traci Walker, the cardholder. A charge of [redacted] appeared on my debit card without my authorization. I would never approve such a costly transaction, as my disability check is only [redacted].00. I do not have the funds to spare, nor did I permit anyone else to use my card. I urgently need my money refunded as it's essential for my living expenses. If the issue is not resolved, I will take legal action against the person responsible for unauthorized use. Not receiving the refund could leave me homeless, as I struggle to afford even a month's stay in a motel. Title: Formatting Issue with Saved Searches Page A while back, I noticed a significant problem with my saved searches page on eBay. The formatting seems to be malfunctioning, making the page appear much wider than usual, making it challenging to navigate as the "view items" button is out of reach without scrolling excessively. The left half of the page is also just blank space, which is frustrating. It seems like an isolated issue only affecting the "saved searches" page. On the forum, the suggested solution involves a risky registry modification that most users, including myself, are not comfortable attempting without clear, step-by-step instructions. The lack of a simple fix for this issue is disappointing, and it's been ongoing for over six months, showing a lack of responsibility from the eBay programming team. I bought an iPad on eBay for $[redacted].74, including tax and handling, on May 7. According to UPS, it was delivered on May 24, but I did not receive it. I reached out to the seller last week with no response. UPS claims they delivered it, but I never got the iPad. I need this resolved as soon as possible so that I can purchase another iPad. I wanted to purchase a Husqvarna grass bagger from seller WILDCATS46. The ad stated FREE shipping with a 3-day delivery. After ordering, the seller informed me that delivery is by an 18-wheeler to a business, not a home. This is misleading, and I wish for a clear shipping policy disclaimer. I placed an order for sandals from sry_32 on 4/14/21 with order number 11-06[redacted]7. I followed the instructions on the invoice and canceled the order within an hour of purchase. Despite my timely cancellation, the seller informed me on 4/18 that it was too late and that the order had been shipped. The estimated latest arrival date was 5/25/[redacted]. I recently purchased a motor home, a [redacted] Fleetwood Tioga 23E, by making a payment of $[redacted] through multiple eBay cards. The transaction number is [redacted][redacted]. I contacted eBay Motor Financial Department Customer Service at [redacted], operating from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Mountain Time. I've been in communication since last April, making payments of $[redacted] in gifts cards until my final payment on May 28. Despite this, I haven't received a confirmation receipt via email. When I called on June 2, the operator disconnected after checking the transaction ID. Subsequent attempts to call were met with the phone suddenly being out of service. I have all the payment information, including the eBay cards' pin numbers, purchase receipts, and photos of the purchase location. Desperate for assistance as I find myself homeless in Compton. Your help is greatly appreciated.
