I purchased a bulk deal of [redacted] decision cards from skeeter9999 which included a stamp and a quarter. I paid after receiving the invoice and items, but I'm unable to leave positive feedback for her. Additionally, there is a problem with deleting purchases on the site. When I try to edit and select the check box/es for deletion, it just spins and nothing happens. I strongly disagree with having to pay for assistance with site issues, as it feels like a scam to be charged $56 for a year of help when I didn't opt for it initially. I believe Amazon's services are more cost-effective with their yearly fee providing benefits like free shipping, shows, and cheaper items. I've been a member for a long time and never encountered this issue before, highlighting the frustration of being charged for help on a problem that stems from the website itself.

I have encountered two issues recently. Firstly, I purchased a bulk deal on [redacted] decision cards from skeeter9999, paid the invoice, received the items but am unable to leave the positive feedback she deserves. Secondly, previously, I was able to delete items from my purchase history, but for the past four days, despite selecting and attempting to delete, the items are not removed. I refuse to pay for assistance with what seems to be a site issue. It is disheartening that a fee is required after forgetting to pay $1 and then $56 annually for assistance. I have been a long-time member and had no prior need for help, unaware of these charges. In comparison, Amazon's services are compelling with $[redacted] a year, including free shipping, TV shows, movies, and assistance, ultimately being more cost-effective. For instance, vitamins are cheaper through Amazon than even when buying one and getting one free from major pharmacies. I came across a Montana Silversmith watch on swiftthriftshop via eBay. The seller suddenly reduced the price by 10%. I messaged them to inquire about the watch's functionality as it wasn't mentioned in the listing. However, I didn't express interest in purchasing it. Now, the seller opened a non-payment case against me, which is unfair. Case #[redacted]67. This shouldn't affect my standing as a loyal eBay customer. I've tried contacting eBay but received no response. I hope this matter can be resolved as I value being a good customer.

I received an item that was not what I ordered. I purchased a SodaStream but received a completely different brand. While trying to explain why I wanted to return it, my computer froze. The item was defective and cost over $50. I contacted the seller for a refund, but they are not cooperating. Even after eBay closed my case, I am left without a resolution. I require a free return label to send back this item. I am frustrated with eBay's lack of response and difficulty in reaching them. I have decided to shop on Amazon due to better prices and more responsive customer service. eBay seems unhelpful, and I am dissatisfied with this entire experience. Despite my attempts, I have not received any assistance from eBay. I placed a bid on a purse without knowing the measurements because there was no description provided. I tried to retract the bid, but couldn't, so I contacted the seller for the measurements. Despite not receiving a response, she accepted the bid. I informed her of my mistake and lack of interest in buying without the measurements, requesting to cancel the transaction. After winning a bid on eBay, their system displayed a lower amount than expected, shortchanging the Seller. I wrote a detailed comment to rectify this, which mysteriously disappeared upon sending. Subsequently, I received two new invoices with varying amounts, both still too low for the Seller. Despite my efforts to pay the correct, higher amount, eBay's payment process malfunctioned, not allowing the transaction to go through. I tried multiple times, but each attempt was unsuccessful due to an error prompt asking for non-existent information. Communication with eBay and the Seller regarding the issue yielded no results, leaving me frustrated and concerned about potential consequences for my bank account. The fear of triggering alarms at the bank led me to halt further payment attempts until this issue is resolved.

I sold item [redacted]86 on eBay and shipped it after being prompted to do so. I added the Tracking Number as per the usual process, but this time, the funds were not released into my PayPal account as expected. Despite the buyer confirming payment, both eBay and PayPal do not reflect this transaction. I have reached out to the buyer through phone and email, and they assure me that the payment was made. However, the situation remains unresolved. I am unsure of the next steps after following eBay's shipping instructions and with the buyer in possession of the item claiming payment. I am a victim of a scam. The scammer pretended to be from Direct TV, offering a promotion with Ebay. They requested payment in Ebay cards, promising discounts on our Direct TV bill for 3 years. The scammers used American names like "William Brown" while speaking with Indian accents and pressured my husband to act quickly. When he refused to buy more cards, they threatened to involve the credit bureau and cut off the service, which never happened. We have unfortunately lost money to this scam. We have reported the incident to Direct TV, Ebay, the police, FBI, and our bank. Both companies advised us to verify promotions by contacting them directly. I updated my address on eBay on April 7. I purchased a wood crochet hook from Janel on April 8 and it was delivered to my new address on April 12. However, I bought a Panama hat from Im-equanatural-llc on April 9, and it was mistakenly sent to my old address even though my new address is correctly displayed on the receipt. Im-equanatural-llc informed me that eBay had not updated my address and suggested I have someone at my old address forward the item to me, which is not feasible for me. I am frustrated that eBay allowed this confusion to happen. Whether eBay failed to update my address or the seller overlooked it, I expect a resolution or a refund promptly. There should be a customer service phone line available instead of relying solely on a virtual assistant. This situation needs to be addressed promptly, and I expect either the item I purchased or a refund without delay.

I encountered an issue with a purchase I made on April 9th. On April 11th, the seller informed me via text that my item was delivered. Confused because the tracking still showed it was not shipped, I questioned if it was for me. The seller assured me it was on the way, even though I had not expected a delivery on that date. When I showed the seller the tracking information indicating a different shipping date, they changed the information after the fact. Despite this, the delivery status remained incorrect. I feel the seller's disorganization has caused this situation, and I would appreciate a resolution, possibly a refund. The eBay seller coleccuionco, who I purchased a Theory black wool skirt from, indicated in the item description that returns were accepted. However, after closing my return request without any communication, I escalated the issue with PayPal. After some back and forth, she agreed via message to refund 85% of the item's cost as per the listing. Despite sending the skirt back in good faith, she has not refunded me or replied to my messages since receiving the item. I am concerned about not having the skirt or the refund. Regarding my eBay listing item number: [redacted]44, there was a mistake made while listing the item. Initially, I intended to set the price as "BUY IT NOW" for £[redacted].00 or best offer on 4/17/[redacted]. However, on 4/18/[redacted], someone placed a bid of £31.00 on the item. I have attempted to edit this via the button provided, but it seems to be locked. Both the auction and buy it now buttons are highlighted, which was not my intention. I only wanted the buy it now button to be active. If the current bidder believes they will be getting a bargain for £31.00, when the listing clearly states "buy it now for £[redacted].00," I will not honor that low auction bid. This is a new account for me, and I failed to notice the auction button was active when it should have been inactive. Rest assured, I will not honor the exceptionally low auction bid. Joe D.

I want to report an issue I encountered with my payment. On March 19, [redacted], I used eBay cards to send $1,[redacted] for the purchase of a [redacted] Chevy Silverado. The seller later informed me that I needed to provide an additional $1,[redacted] for insurance, which I couldn't afford. When I requested a refund, they assured me I would receive it within 24 hours. Despite several follow-ups, I have yet to receive the refund almost a month later. Whenever I call the number [redacted], it is continuously busy. This delay is concerning, and I hope to resolve this matter promptly.

I purchased a refurbished printer from Comix 75 with buyer-paid return shipping. The seller requested payment via bank transfer or Poste Pay, and I chose the bank transfer option. Upon arrival, the printer showed cartridge errors. I contacted the seller and received this response: "Good evening, the cartridges I left inside were working until they ran out and are now empty. You have installed new cartridges. I bought the new ones for 38 euros, but the printer is faulty. The seller refuses to compensate me for the cartridges I bought based on their recommendation. I tried to claim through eBay, but they consider the case closed as I was reimbursed for the purchase cost. I am requesting a refund of 38 euros."

However, I have not received any shipping information or tracking number despite being notified that it was shipped. I have tried emailing the seller four times, but have not received a response. Recently, I was contacted by someone claiming to be USPS with a package from April 16th that requires a $1 redelivery fee, which I later realized was a scam. Now I am concerned about the seller not providing accurate information and whether my condo number was omitted from the address ([redacted] N. 49th Ave, #[redacted]). I am reaching out because I only have one more day to contact you within the 30-day window for assistance, and I am worried about the potential consequences of the scam.
