Hello, This is Paul Marra and I have been on eBay for ** years and NEVER seen anything like this. On Wednesday evening, this buyer purchased a sticker from our store and within ONE HOUR was able to somehow leave negative feedback when I have not even had a chance to ship the item. ISN'T EBAY POLICY THAT I MUST BE GIVEN TIME TO SHIP? Additionally, READ THEIR E-MAILS TO ME. They admit the ONLY REASON they left me an instant negative feedback (which they are not supposed to be able to do) is because I left them a POSITIVE FEEDBACK. This is absolutely insane. How can ebay allow this? They left a negative feedback within an hour and THEIR OWN MESSAGES TO ME openly admit they only left the negative because the ebay system left them a great comment on my behalf? HOW IS THIS ALOWABLE? Please REMOVE THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK as this most certainly qualifies as egregious and MALICIOUS USE IOF THE FEEDBACK SYSTEM. I have never, as a long-time Power Seller, felt so abused and betrayed. This is NOT how the feedback system is supposed to work. I was not even given the chance to ship! This is crazy. PLEASE REMOVE THE COMMENT. Thank you.
