I bought products from boutique529 and my order number is 21-06[redacted]1, processed through PayPal. I was informed of possible delays due to Covid-19. Despite waiting, the seller has not shipped my items, and all attempts to communicate have failed. I received a partial refund through eBay for one out of six $8.22 items. However, when trying to claim the remaining five, I was notified a claim is already open. Assistance in obtaining refunds for the outstanding items would be appreciated. Thank you for addressing this issue.

Hello, I am Paul Marra. I have been an eBay member for 25 years and have encountered something unprecedented. A buyer recently purchased a sticker from our store and left negative feedback within an hour, even though I hadn't shipped the item yet as per eBay policies. The buyer's emails to me reveal they did so because I left them positive feedback first. I request that the negative feedback be removed as this goes against the purpose of the feedback system. This misuse is distressing as an experienced Power Seller and I urge eBay to address this issue promptly. Thank you.

I attempted to purchase a truck on eBay Motors as instructed by a lady claiming to be from eBay. She directed me to buy eBay gift cards, scratch them, and provide her with the numbers. After paying $1,[redacted] for the truck, they demanded an additional $[redacted]. Unable to pay, I requested a refund, which they attempted through the Zelle app. Despite being assured no money would be deducted, $1,[redacted] was taken from my account. I am still without my refund, and each time I speak to them, the callers, who sound Indian, leave me feeling uneasy. I am hoping for an explanation and guidance on how to secure a refund directly into my bank account from a trustworthy American representative.

I recently received a message stating that my order on eBay was canceled. I am confused as to why this happened, as I did not request to cancel it. The message stated concerns about the item and provided a link for more information. The order number was 14-06[redacted]7 and the item was a GIGABYTE NVIDIA GeForce RTX [redacted] 6GB GDDR6 Graphics Card (GV-N2060OC-6GDREV2.0). The message assured me that this cancellation would not affect my order and I could request a refund if needed. I appreciate the information but I am unsure why the order was canceled without a specific reason given.

I have been waiting for my items to be delivered. According to the tracking information, they should have arrived on 3/20/21. USPS delivered my items to another person at my address, not to me. I contacted the seller on Monday after waiting over the weekend to address the issue. They told me to contact USPS. I received a text message from USPS a few days later stating my items were delivered to the wrong address. I have evidence showing USPS made a mistake. I spent my money on these items and now I find out they were delivered incorrectly. I am requesting a refund as the seller has not been helpful even after providing all the necessary information regarding the delivery error. Please assist me in resolving this matter.

I purchased a 3-bay gift card on December 4th, [redacted]. After realizing I was being scammed, I contacted eBay for assistance. They advised me on how to proceed, and I provided them with my receipt and scratched-off eBay card to prove my purchase date before the scammers could use it. eBay assured me it was safe to use. However, when I attempted to use the card, it showed no balance and was frozen. I was told I would be able to use it eventually. I made a purchase of a kayak on eBay from seller rerost-9 on March 18th (item: [redacted]69). I contacted the seller when I did not receive the item, and on March 28th, they provided a tracking number (1Z8FY[redacted][redacted]) for a package that UPS confirmed was not sent to me. The weight listed on the tracking information was 0.10 pounds, while my kayak weighs 37 pounds, clearly indicating an issue. UPS mentioned that this tracking number is associated with an Amazon order delivered to a different address in my area, not to me. It seems the seller, based in Indonesia, intentionally misled me by providing false shipping details. I urge eBay to investigate and take action before more buyers are affected. I have verified with UPS that the package was not intended for me. This situation is concerning, and I am seeking a refund as the seller misrepresented the shipping and the item.

Hello, I am seeking a refund for the tripod I purchased, which broke on the second day of use. The seller has been unhelpful, responding with generic messages and not committing to a refund. I have provided photos showing the defects. Not only does the initial malfunction affect the tripod's stability, but now one of the legs has fallen off, rendering it useless. I recently received a rejection for a refund that the seller submitted. I insist on a full refund due to the flawed product. I have been trying to work with the seller for over a month, hoping they would honor their commitment, but they are now refusing the refund. The seller's emails have been confusing and misleading. Good evening, I am an eBay user (ines4576), and on 10/09/[redacted], I won an auction for 9 bottles of wine from a seller named Filipe Ferreira ([redacted]), who also had a shipping office under [redacted] I made the payment via bank transfer and waited for the bottles to be shipped. The seller mentioned shipping issues due to the courier, and since then, I have only received 3 bottles. It has been a while since I last heard from the seller, and I have taken legal action. I wanted to ask if there is a way to either get a refund or receive the remaining bottles. I waited, believing the seller would eventually send something, possibly due to shipping delays caused by COVID-19. Is there any course of action I can take? Thank you Daniel G.

Our insurance company claims adjuster is helping replace our totaled enclosed utility trailer. We found a seller on Craigslist in Tucson, Arizona, advertising a trailer for sale. After contacting the seller via email and providing our information, the seller claimed they would arrange shipping through eBay. However, our insurance company flagged the Craigslist posting as suspicious. The seller identified herself as National Guard Lt. Rose Avery stationed in Maryland at Andrews Base. The claims adjuster couldn't locate any matching trailer listings on eBay and is concerned it might be a scam. They asked us to confirm if there is an account for Lt. Rose Avery. I believe there has been a significant misunderstanding and would like the opportunity to clarify the situation. Due to the current restrictions from covid, I, as a photographer, have lost my job as there is no longer a demand for photography services. With the rise in online sales, particularly on platforms like Shopify, I decided to sell high-quality, digitally optimized photos of trending products like graphics cards, with plans to expand to monitors. My aim was to provide customized digital images for websites, all taken by me. I realize my listings may not have been clear enough, but I am willing to provide detailed and prominent information if given a second chance. The permanent suspension without prior warning seems excessive, especially for new sellers like myself who may not be aware of all potential issues stemming from small errors and misunderstandings. I recently sold an item on eBay and encountered an issue with the shipping label when I went to the post office. The label was deemed invalid, and the staff created a new one to send out the package. Unfortunately, the post office employee was not very helpful and did not provide further details. Despite this, I am aware that my package is with the postal service. The buyer has opened an Item Not Received (INR) case and requested a refund. Although I have shipped the package, the original tracking number (from the first eBay label) still shows that the item has not been received by USPS. I am unsure of the next steps to take in this situation.

I recently purchased a 91 replica Ferrari Testarossa, which I feel was greatly misrepresented by the seller. The car was stored in the USA after being bought on eBay.ca through eBay Motors about a month ago. Due to Covid restrictions and crossing the border, it remained in storage until yesterday when I finally saw it. Upon trying to start the vehicle, I noticed a strong smell of stale fuel, and it's only running on 6 out of 8 cylinders. There are clear signs that the seller knowingly sold me a car requiring expensive repairs. Despite the seller claiming that "everything works," the car clearly needs significant work, including addressing engine issues, interior damage, and handling problems. I paid $25,[redacted] CAD ($20,[redacted] USD) for this car, but it needs at least $9,[redacted] to become roadworthy.

There were still fluids inside despite a tag claiming it was drained, and I found metal shavings indicating internal damage. When attempting to unpack the poorly secured pallet, the transmission fell on my husband. After informing the seller, they agreed to send a replacement. However, we were not provided with a return address. Additionally, we would like to return the table free of charge as it seems to be a rejected item. I won an auction for a collectible Magic the Gathering card nearly a month ago for approximately $3,[redacted]. Upon arrival, the card was a noticeable, low-cost counterfeit. The seller contended that it was authentic and purchased it locally (living in Pennsylvania). However, in pre-auction communications, he stated he bought it from a store in Germany. He also mentioned having it certified by several Level 3 judges, which is highly unlikely as these judges are rare, and the card was clearly fake. His story and listing had other discrepancies. I sent back the fake card with full tracking and required a signature. He received it over a week ago, but I have not yet received my refund. Just wondering when to expect my money back from this evidently deceptive seller.

My account got suspended without any clear reason, just a mention of violating policy without specifics. I recently had an issue with a seller regarding undelivered earbuds, which led to a request for a refund or replacement. Eventually, I received what seemed like a new pair, followed by another shipment initiated by the seller. I informed them of the situation and my willingness to pay for the additional pair if the original was found.
