I placed a bid on eBay for a Selmer Reference 54 tenor saxophone, item number [redacted]84, from seller Andrea Belloni in Italy. The eBay seller is Pamelapamela1990, a member since May 12, [redacted]. I paid [redacted].99 Euros for the item but have not received it. The seller has since suspended their account and canceled the item number. I am struggling to contact eBay as the item numbers seem to be missing, making it impossible to proceed with my claim before the case closes on April 5, [redacted]. I am going in circles with no phone numbers available for eBay customer support, and when I attempt to call, the response is that the item cannot be found. I recently bought a van from Just Donated. I have been a loyal customer since [redacted], so I was surprised when the van I purchased didn't start as described. Just Donated mentioned they could repair it or give me a discount if I fixed it myself, after I had already paid in full. I ended up purchasing various parts and after that, they impounded my van back to the donor. I contacted eBay, but my account got suspended. Despite leaving several messages, Just Donated hasn't emailed or called me back. I feel like I'm being given the runaround. If anyone can assist, please contact me at [redacted].

I purchased a [redacted] overstruck silver eagle that was not disclosed as a Fantasy coin, meaning it is not legal tender. The coin was produced by a private mint that over-stamped a different silver eagle to make it look like a [redacted] coin, which was never minted. As a novice collector, I was unaware of this practice. When I tried to request a refund, I realized the coin had disappeared from my eBay purchase history with CCN Coin & Collectibles. I attempted to contact CCN Company through their website, but my email was not accepted. I bought the coin on 2/3/21, it was shipped on 1/11/21 to the wrong address, and I received it from a neighbor on 3/16/21. I am struggling to reach them by phone. Appreciate any guidance. - D. Bailey

For the past 2 months, every time I attempt to log in to eBay, I receive a message that my password needs to be reset. After trying to reset the password unsuccessfully, I had to contact customer service multiple times. They informed me that there was a block on my account due to detection of unauthorized access attempts. After changing my email password as advised and reporting back, they sent me a new password link which was only valid for a day. This process repeated twice more despite requests to remove the block. Despite initiating conversations through their chat window and receiving prompt callbacks, the phone contacts did not resolve the issue. This cycle of password resets and blocks has become frustrating, and I am seeking assistance to resolve this ongoing problem.

I received my order, but it arrived incomplete. What was supposed to include 2 pairs of speakers with mounting base and harness only had 1 pair of each item. Despite reaching out to the seller multiple times, they only respond with my order number. I have tried to resolve this for three days and even opened a case. However, I have not received a satisfactory response. I would like to either receive the missing items or return the incomplete order for a full refund. The seller keeps providing a tracking number, but they fail to address the issue. I hope for a resolution soon. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

eBay's service has deteriorated over my 14 years with them. There is no phone support, and emails and chat messages go unanswered. I am frustrated with the repeated charges on my invoices for BOLD listings that I did not authorize. I have been a loyal seller with over [redacted] transactions totaling $4,[redacted], but the lack of customer care is driving me away. I have not used the BOLD feature for over a year, yet I am still charged monthly for it. I am requesting the removal of these unwarranted charges once and for all. I would like to thank you for the opportunity to explain my situation. I purchased an office chair that arrived damaged, with its lid torn open and items falling out of the box during delivery. The chair I ordered was mauve, but what was delivered was a very dark brown, which was not acceptable. Despite my numerous emails and calls to the seller, there has been minimal response. The seller even changed the listing color on eBay between the sale and delivery. I have requested for the damaged chair to be picked up and refunded, but there has been no resolution yet. I am left with a large, broken carton on my porch, which I have covered with a blanket to protect it from moisture, causing inconvenience and safety hazards. I missed seeing what I wanted due to stress. I am requesting a full refund and for the damaged carton to be removed, as it was marked at [redacted] lbs which an 81-year-old cannot lift. I was disappointed to find parts falling out due to the broken carton. The lack of response and assistance was unacceptable. Trying to reach eBay and sellers has been futile, but I managed to deposit the payment at the bank. As a disabled person affected by a rare disease, I cannot deal with returning the item as I cannot lift or move it. It is crucial for someone to resolve this issue with the seller to prevent further problems on eBay. Thank you.

I assumed you had received it by now..anyway, let's hope it arrives now!!! Sorry again maazz-33: Good morning. I'm the buyer of the two brass lampshades and I wanted to inform you that the package (shipped on September 22nd) has not arrived yet. Considering that the tracking code you provided is not active on the Post Office website, please give me information on where the package is. Thank you and best regards." I made a payment for an item that was never delivered to me or my address. After contacting UPS, they provided me with an address where the delivery was made - [redacted] Lakeshore Dr. Bonne Terre, MO. According to their automated system, it was signed for by a Mr. Underwood, although my last name is Hudgens. Upon visiting the address, I spoke with Mr. Underwood, who was a teacher at North County School and was disturbed by the situation. A UPS contact at the school mentioned that the tracking number wasn't assigned to me and explained that hackers might be misusing tracking numbers during the pandemic. I am deeply concerned for my family's safety, which is why I purchased the item using funds from my 401K. Despite following all the necessary steps, I find it unfair that I'm left without the item or a refund. I urge you to rectify this situation promptly by either arranging for the item to be resent or issuing a full refund. I am willing to cooperate by providing any details needed to resolve this issue. Losing $[redacted].90 is not an option for me, and I hope to have this matter resolved satisfactorily. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated as I am disheartened by the current outcome.

I sold an item "as is" and working perfectly, but the buyer claimed it was defective after two weeks. Despite the no return policy, the buyer insisted on a refund for a six-year-old phone sold for only $6, offering $25, and now I am left without the phone or the payment. What a disappointment.

I attempted to purchase an ATV on eBay and communicated with Maxwell Brown. He instructed me to buy eBay cards totaling $1,[redacted], along with $[redacted] for a protection package, promising a $[redacted] refund. Following his guidance, I sent pictures of the card numbers and receipt. Maxwell later asked for an additional $[redacted] due to a supposed server issue, requesting Google Play cards instead. This pattern continued until I realized it was suspicious. I have sent $1,[redacted] in eBay cards and $1,[redacted] in Google Play cards with no product. Maxwell is persistently asking for more money, but I refuse. I reported this to the police as fraud. I am seeking assistance in recovering my funds. Thank you.

I purchased item #[redacted]88, an Elgin Archexerciser, from an eBay seller named enrar7. Unfortunately, the item did not arrive within the expected timeframe. After contacting the seller, I was informed that there was an issue with the address and the item was returned to the US. I was never notified of this problem and would have arranged for alternative delivery if I had known. The seller now claims they are not responsible, and eBay suggests that the seller should handle the matter. Despite successfully paying for the item, I have not received it. I recently bought an item from one of your sellers, Enrar7, with item number [redacted]88. Unfortunately, the item didn't reach me. When I contacted them, they mentioned an issue with the address for delivery. They claimed their responsibility ended upon receiving payment, which they did. They suggested it's now eBay's responsibility. Both eBay and Enrar7 closed the case, leaving me frustrated. The payment for the item went smoothly, but now I'm out of over $[redacted] without the product. We obtained a number online and the individual is attempting fraud using your company's name. We have a voice recording of the scammer and their contact number. The person may be working in collaboration with someone else named Tim. The fake eBay ID numbers being used are [redacted]. This scam is causing distress, and I demand the cancellation of a crossbow order and the return of $[redacted].35 to my account or by sending a check to my address at 43 Rock Mountain Ln, Crimora, Virginia, [redacted]. Your assistance in resolving this issue is crucial, and I want to prevent further fraudulent actions.

I am having trouble receiving a refund from eBay after immediately canceling my order following the order confirmation. I found a number on Google that supposedly belonged to eBay customer services and called in to request my money back. Two individuals, Tim and John Barow, claiming to work for eBay, provided employee identification numbers. However, things took a bad turn when John accused me of taking money from my mother, which is untrue. I am concerned as they obtained my mother's banking information. We were also asked to download software, which we did out of curiosity.

I recently bought 2 bikes from this company and realized I was overcharged by $[redacted] based on the offer I received. I have reached out multiple times to the seller but haven't received any substantial responses besides being told they will look into the accounts and get back to me. I am looking to have the overpayment refunded promptly. Despite having confirmed payment, tracking information provided seems invalid as the tracking status has not changed since the message was sent. The system shows I purchased 2 bikes even though I only selected one initially. The payment was made via BPAY, which was successfully received, but I am facing difficulties getting in touch with the seller regarding the offer discrepancy.
