Hello, I am known as Afrad on eBay. After a recommendation from eBay chat, I changed my password, which I had been using for the past 10 years. The reason behind this change is that I was unable to access two specific functions on the platform. Firstly, I was unable to view the buyer's address as the buyer had already transferred the money. Secondly, I couldn't list a new item for sale under "Verkaufen". All other functions in my account were working fine, such as searching for items I bid on. However, now I have been completely locked out of my account. I am seeking assistance on how to resolve this issue. Best regards, Helmut Meyer.

I recently won a ruling from Ebay in my favor which directed me to return a defective item. The item was delivered to the seller on January 31, [redacted]. I have not yet received my refund of $[redacted].60 USD as promised. I have been a loyal Ebay customer since [redacted] and have always conducted myself with honesty and courtesy. I purchased a putter on eBay. The order number is 06-[redacted], the item number is 1-[redacted]. The packaging was poorly done, with a crinkled and bent box. Upon opening, I found a golf putter with the shaft slightly crooked, affecting the usability. I would appreciate a credit on my card to resolve this issue. I am having trouble updating my bank information for the payment account. Despite multiple attempts online, I have been unsuccessful. I reached out to customer service a few days ago to switch where my store fees are withdrawn from. If the payment goes through tomorrow as is, it will be declined unless the bank details are corrected to my Wells Fargo Account. The current On Point account does not receive any funds for personal use only. The store earnings were fine being deposited there, but the withdrawal of store fees is causing issues. I have already incurred NSF fees, and this will happen again if not resolved by 3/10/[redacted]. I have tried to be patient, but the ongoing fees are unacceptable. If the matter is not rectified soon, I will have to cancel my debit card with On Point. Please assist me in resolving this matter promptly.

I purchased item 09 06[redacted]8, but the payment has not reflected in my account yet. I shipped the item believing it was paid since it was marked as such. However, I later discovered the buyer had payment issues due to being in the hospital. I had to cancel the relisting, resend the item, and now the payment is nowhere to be seen in my account. I recently received a damaged Baccarat Decanter from France. The seller is requesting that I cover the shipping costs to return the broken glass, which requires detailed information for customs clearance through FedEx. The return shipping is estimated to cost $74. I have already provided photos of the broken glass as evidence when requesting a refund. I am hesitant to go through the hassle of returning the broken item to France and would prefer a refund. However, when I tried to place the order on Sunday, March 7th, I encountered an error while entering my credit card information. I later received an email notification stating that my account had been permanently suspended. As a customer who frequently shops on other platforms like Amazon, I turned to eBay for this specific item that was not available elsewhere. I successfully placed orders on Amazon using the same credit card just yesterday, so I'm unsure why eBay did not accept it on Sunday. I suspect that the transaction may have been challenging for my bank to recognize, especially since it was late at night on a Sunday. I canceled the item on February 19 before it was shipped, but the seller sent it out on February 20. The UPS tracking information shows the order was placed on February 16 and picked up by UPS for delivery to the seller on February 20. Despite informing UPS not to leave the package as it was canceled on February 26, UPS did not deliver and returned the item to the seller on March 5. I have not received the item, and the seller has not acknowledged receiving the return. I have been reaching out to the seller since the beginning, but have not received any response. It has been over a week since the return, and I am still waiting for my refund. The tracking information confirms that the item has been returned to the seller.

Hello, I have not heard back from you, and I am very disappointed and angry. I confirm that the buyer has just received their package. It took a long time, but it was not my fault at all! I immediately provided you with the tracking number, proving that I sent the item on time. The postal service won't refund me because the package reached the buyer. You took my money to refund the buyer who, as a result, received the product for free! You owe me 68 euros. Furthermore, you did not hesitate to charge me fees related to this sale. It is shameful! If I do not hear back from you, I will remove all my listings, stop selling with you, and give you bad publicity, especially compared to sites like Vinted, which handle buyer-seller conflicts, such as lost packages, very well. Additionally, the buyer was very rude and impolite. When I informed him that the parcel was finally arriving, he dismissed me, as he has done several times before. My son accidentally purchased the wrong vitamins for his dad on eBay using my account. I requested a refund from the seller, who declined, stating they are not Walmart. Upon checking the seller's page, I found the correct vitamins and requested an exchange, offering to pay for the shipping and the price difference. The correct vitamins are more expensive than the ones received, which are unopened and can be resold. The seller removed the item from my purchase history, possibly to avoid complaints to eBay. Hello, my name is Gavin Wilson, and my eBay screen name is gwilly101. I am experiencing significant difficulties with the new seller account payout system. I have been waiting for numerous payouts for over a week now, and it has become a major issue for me. Despite opening a new bank account specifically to receive payouts, I am encountering errors when trying to add it to the system while unable to delete my Chase account or add my BBVA account. This situation has resulted in me incurring hundreds of dollars in overdraft fees. Previously, eBay payouts would reach my account within 1-2 days, so this delay has caught me off guard. I am requesting an alternative method to receive my funds, with a preference for a PayPal deposit. I have made multiple calls over the past 5 days seeking assistance but have not received any helpful responses. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. I am still waiting to hear back from the fraud department that I spoke with on 3/10/[redacted]. I was told I would receive a call back as I requested, but I have not heard from anyone yet. I am getting really tired of this situation. I just want my $[redacted].00 back from a fraudulent activity that occurred on a fake eBay site. It is frustrating that there is no customer service number provided, and when the number is called, it directs you to request a call back online. This is not how a professional company should be run. I would like a representative to call me back today to resolve this issue. I have requested a call back four times now and I am very unhappy with the lack of response. I recently faced my first suspension on eBay for selling Amazon Prime. After reaching out to customer service through live chat, my account was reinstated. I proceeded to sell 10 items before receiving a sudden permanent suspension notice without a clear explanation. Despite contacting eBay again, I have been unable to get a satisfactory answer or resolution regarding the suspension. The message I received upon suspension stated that my account was permanently banned due to activities deemed risky for the community, including selling Amazon Prime. The email stated that the decision is final, and I am unable to appeal. It also mentioned outstanding fees and provided a list of removed listings. The lack of transparency from eBay regarding the suspension is frustrating, leaving me with unresolved questions and concerns.

On March 11, [redacted], at 3:53am, I placed an order for the UHD 4K Predator 4 movie collection, accidentally using the wrong debit card. I canceled the order promptly, only to have the cancellation rejected later. Despite canceling within 5 minutes of ordering, the seller claimed they couldn't cancel. After some investigation, I realized I had one hour to cancel. I contacted the seller multiple times explaining the error. The next day, the seller confirmed the cancellation and promised a refund of $48.89. It has been over three days, and the purchase page still shows the item as canceled. I bought a [redacted] Dodge Caravan (Item number [redacted]43) from Just Donated eBay under the description that it was running. After purchasing it, I discovered it did not run at all. I also had to buy various parts for it, like a fuel pump, brake rotors, brake pads, and tires. Additionally, the van was missing backseats, so I bought those too. The company that donated the van took it back without notifying me, and my account was suspended when I contacted eBay customer service. On top of this, I bought a [redacted] Volkswagen Passat that was supposed to be in working condition but had a faulty transmission. I had to retrieve parts from it at the donation lot. I feel mistreated by eBay and Just Donate, and I'm considering legal action unless this is resolved.

I accidentally placed two orders for the Motor Trend Flextough 3 pc automotive rubber floor mats and successfully cancelled one. However, both sets were delivered, and I am unsure which one to return as there are no order numbers on the boxes. I want to return the unopened package with tracking number 7[redacted] [redacted]. I'm really disappointed with Ebay customer support and how sellers are allowed to cancel orders after they've been paid for. Recently, I ordered a Playstation 4, but after 2 days, I found out it hadn't shipped because the seller decided not to sell it anymore. The seller should have notified us beforehand. It's unfair that we had to reach out to them. It's concerning that they had already taken our money without any intention of fulfilling the order. Once a customer pays for an item, the seller shouldn't be able to back out. They should be responsible for the hassle of requesting a return, not the buyer. It's frustrating that I'm now dealing with this situation because of the seller's decision. Ebay needs to review and change this policy. It's unacceptable that sellers can get away with cancelling orders multiple times without consequences. This experience has made me lose trust in Ebay, and I won't be shopping on their site again.
