Hello, I am currently deployed with my military medical team and coordinating the sale of a Chevrolet Silverado through eBay services. I can manage the delivery process to your home address within 2-3 working days. The truck will come with all necessary documents and you will have 7 days to inspect it. Payment will be held by eBay during this period. If you are interested, please provide me with your contact information (full name, shipping address, and phone number) so I can proceed with sending you the details. I have also attached some photos of the Chevrolet Silverado for your reference. Thank you.

Hello, I have been using my account to sell items for over 5 years, since [redacted]. However, since my last sale in December, I have encountered a serious glitch. In the past week, I have sold three items, but none of them have processed, and I have not received official payment from the buyers. I believe this issue is due to a glitch. I even tried to purchase an item from my seller account using my other eBay account, but I faced the same problem. After making a payment through PayPal, it initially shows as processed, but then it requests payment again. On my seller account, it shows that the buyer has not paid yet, causing a delay in shipping. I am aware that eBay recently updated their payout system, and I have linked my bank account to see if that resolves the problem, but it did not work. This technical issue needs to be addressed promptly as my buyers are becoming anxious about the delayed payments, putting my account at risk of negative reviews. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter quickly. Thank you, R. Sigurdson

I bought 42 Nexium pills from an American store. Unfortunately, they were delivered to an old address and were returned to the sender. The seller confirmed receiving the package on November 19th but has not refunded me the $[redacted].98 yet. eBay told me to contact the seller since it has been over 90 days. Can anyone provide assistance with this issue? Thanks, E. Parker

I am frustrated with this situation. I do not want to make any purchases. I am seeking a straightforward answer to my problem. I purchased an item on eBay and provided the correct address, but it was delivered to an old address. I am looking to retrieve my item and need guidance on how to proceed.

I listed five items yesterday, and three of them were sold today. The prices were £55.00 and £18.70 each. I received payment from one buyer, but the other buyer was supposed to pay tomorrow morning. However, when I checked my account, I found out it was suspended because of perceived risky activity, even though all I did was list my items and receive one payment. I was planning to ship the item to the buyer on Wednesday. I'm upset that eBay suspended my account and is asking for a £7.37 fee despite me not owing them anything. I clarified that I won't pay this fee as listing items is supposed to be free. I've refunded the buyer in full, although it's disappointing as I had already sold the items and had to retract the sale.

I purchased "Last Play at Shea" DVD from a seller on eBay who claimed it was brand new. As a new eBay user, I may have misunderstood the term "brand new." In my understanding, this should include an unopened, sealed item in its original packaging. However, the DVD I received had its seals broken, indicating previous use. This is not suitable for me to gift as intended, especially with my friend's birthday approaching this weekend. I am now pressed for time as I need to return it. I expect a full refund without any return shipping costs. In the future, I would appreciate clearer explanations of item conditions to avoid confusion and potential misunderstandings. Thank you. Best, Barry S.

Hello, I’m seeking assistance regarding my eBay account that was unexpectedly deactivated. The email linked to my account is [redacted] I created the eBay account last year to sell sports trading cards from my collection. When I attempted to list a hockey card for sale, my account was permanently suspended for alleged fraud, a claim I find baseless. I am willing to provide any necessary verification, including confirming the legitimacy of my email and identity. I have a clean record, am a dedicated family man, and have been with my employer for over 17 years. I value integrity and have never engaged in illegal activities. I would appreciate it if eBay could reach out to me to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you.

I recently attempted to access my eBay account, and it indicated that my password was incorrect. I changed my password using my Apple Keychain on June 22, [redacted], for a purchase. However, it now shows my password as incorrect. I attempted to reset the password through email, but I did not receive the email to change my password. Today, when I contacted customer support and provided my name and email, the representative informed me that my email was incorrect and that I would need to create a new account due to inactivity. He suggested that the issue was due to me typing my email address incorrectly, but I have past emails from the company in my archive. The representative, Darwin, closed the chat before I could respond. I request for my account to be restored.

I need assistance with my recent shopping experience. The product itself is not the problem, as it's excellent. Therefore, leaving neutral feedback for the seller seems unjust. However, my issue lies with the delivery service utilized. As a passionate collector who receives approximately 10 items weekly, I usually opt for standard or priority mail with tracking. The local postal workers are familiar with me and typically hand over registered or tracked items directly. Since Covid isn't prevalent in my area, physical mail delivery is smooth. Contrary to my usual routine, this seller chose the Global tracking system which incurred double the standard tracking cost ($48). Given the price, I anticipated a seamless delivery process. Upon receiving an email notification of the delivery around 5 pm on a Friday, I scoured my postbox but found only three unrelated letters. The following day, a neighbor provided a collection card mistakenly left in her postbox by the courier. Unfortunately, the designated branch was closed on Saturdays, forcing me to wait until Monday when I had to leave work early to retrieve my package, involving a 2 km trip to the post office. In essence, this ordeal resulted in a 3-day delay and inconvenienced me greatly, prompting me to reconsider using sellers who opt for the Global Tracking System in the future. Could we address this matter, possibly with a partial reimbursement of the costly postal fee? Thank you. Kristian

I recently sold a phone that was in perfect working condition to a buyer who had a different shipping address from their location. Upon researching the address, it turned out to be a package forwarder company. Even after shipping the item via Fed Ex Ground, the buyer claimed it wasn't working shortly after it reached the forwarder. This seems like a scam since it would take some time for the package to reach overseas. I replied to the buyer promptly, but they have been unresponsive. I believe this account should be identified as fraudulent to prevent a return and refund.

I made a purchase on 2/1/21 with order number 11-06[redacted]7. Despite the item being marked as "delivered" on Feb 16, I have not actually received it as of Feb 23. Despite multiple attempts to communicate with my local USPS office at [redacted], they have no record of the package being delivered and cannot use the speedPAK tracking number provided by the seller. Despite reaching out to the seller for a USPS tracking number, they were unable to provide one. My request to open a case with eBay customer service (Case ID: [redacted]) was denied based on the tracking information provided by the seller, which I cannot utilize. I am frustrated by the lack of assistance from the seller, USPS, and eBay, as I am out $22 with no resolution in sight.

I shipped an item to a buyer using priority shipping with $50 insurance included in the fee. The item was sold for $30, but unfortunately, it arrived damaged. There was no evidence of damage to the box, but upon inspection, I realized the item was not the one I had sent. My eBay account has been frozen, even though I have been a member for 20 years with a [redacted]% feedback rating. I feel frustrated that eBay seems to be siding with the buyer without sufficient evidence. Please review the listing photos compared to the ones the buyer sent me through eBay messages. I am considering leaving eBay and advising others to do the same if this issue is not resolved fairly. Thank you, Ron Lewis (ginkhsif04).

I recently placed an order for books but realized I had accidentally ordered duplicates which I didn't need. I contacted the seller to cancel the duplicates, but they ended up canceling the entire order and mentioned they refunded it back to my card. Since I used multiple prepaid credit cards, it's a bit confusing to track how much money went to each card. I attempted to reorder the books using the credit card history, but the transactions weren't going through. I decided to give it some time to see if the refund would reflect on the cards. Today, an order finally went through for only one book, but I noticed the prices had been increased from the original order. I'm looking to get clarification on whether the refund was processed correctly and would like to either receive my money back or the books from my original order.

I recently won a Baccarat cut glass bowl on eBay after days of bidding. As soon as the bid ended, I paid for it promptly. However, I started receiving emails from eBay indicating unauthorized access to my account. Despite changing passwords and attempting two-step verification, I couldn't regain access. eBay's notification system seemed faulty as the promised emails did not arrive. I have saved these notifications and plan to gather evidence for my eBay and legal consultations. To complicate matters, the seller accused me of attempted theft, resulting in the cancellation of the sale. I am frustrated by this situation and the inability to address it due to being locked out of my eBay account.

Hello, I would like to request the complete cancellation of my eBay account. It seems that eBay's website has reached a breaking point, and legal actions may be necessary to support customers. Unfortunately, eBay's customer service has become non-existent, and the recent changes to the online shopping features have become chaotic. The simplification of processes has backfired, making it an incredibly frustrating experience. The new changes have even limited buying options on Internet Explorer. As a result, as a longtime customer, I am disappointed and can no longer access a bid I won due to these confusing modifications. Thank you. I recently made a purchase on eBay for a Felco F8 Pruner High Performance Pruning Shear from a seller, phymo-[redacted], for $38.05. Shortly after, eBay notified me that the seller was unregistered due to suspicious activities. I promptly contacted PayPal to cancel the payment, but they closed the case too quickly, leaving me concerned about fraud. I have escalated the issue to PayPal and also informed my credit card company. Despite eBay acknowledging the situation, the process to resolve this issue has been challenging, as their customer service is difficult to reach. I am eagerly waiting for a resolution to this matter as I suspect fraudulent behavior on the part of the seller.

I have been faced with a frustrating situation involving a seller who misled me with a defective item and excessive postage charges. Upon initiating a return, I was disappointed to find that the refunded amount did not cover the $19.15 postage due upon receipt of the item, nor the $20.95 I had to pay for return shipping due to an incorrect label provided by the seller. The seller misrepresented the weight of the laptop on the shipping label, resulting in the package being postage due upon arrival. Despite these challenges, I proceeded with the return process, encountering issues with the postage label provided by the seller. In the end, I still find myself out of pocket by $40.10 in excess postage fees. I have diligently documented all interactions and transactions with the seller, hoping to receive the full refund amount of $[redacted].55 that I believe I am owed. I am seeking guidance on how to escalate this issue with eBay to ensure I am reimbursed appropriately.

I recently made a purchase for a Disneyland research chemical priced at $[redacted]. I have been trying to resolve this issue, but it has been challenging to speak with a real person. Finally, when I did get through, the lady I spoke with agreed with me. She reviewed our correspondence and confirmed that the seller violated eBay guidelines and had no intention of sending the item or providing a refund. Despite this, my hard-earned money was not refunded promptly, and later the refund was reversed. I do not understand how this could happen when no item was shipped. If I do not receive a quick response, I will involve the fraud department of my bank. Thank you.

A seller on your app provided me with a misleading tracking number showing that my package was delivered to my post office on April 12. After visiting the post office and discussing it with them, they informed me that packages are not scanned in this manner and that such tracking numbers often indicate a possible scam. Despite contacting the seller prior to the purchase and being assured of a maximum of 20 days for delivery, they later claimed to need more time to communicate with the post office, which appeared to be untrue according to the post office staff. It seems the seller intentionally delayed providing accurate tracking information to deceive customers. I am requesting a refund as the tracking information provided was false, and I am willing to provide the post office manager's name for further verification if necessary.
