I recently transitioned to eBay's "Managed Payments" as required by eBay to continue listing items. However, the two transactions I've had since signing up have been labeled as "Denied. Waiting for Retry." Despite triple-checking my bank account information, including multiple updates, I'm still facing this issue. I've scoured eBay's help section for answers, only to find repeated messages about needing more information and checking notifications in "My eBay." Unfortunately, there's no notification visible, and I haven't received any emails regarding this matter. I feel frustrated with these funds being inaccessible. I question the necessity of moving to Managed Payments as I was content with PayPal. I'm seeking assistance urgently; otherwise, I may consider moving away from eBay. Please reach out to me promptly. Reported fraudulent car sale on Ebay on December 21, [redacted] under username "barceloyachtservice". Vehicle was delivered to me on December 21, [redacted]. It was advertised as accident-free, but actually had at least two accidents. The seller's account was deleted by Ebay. The seller has a contact address in Spain and has not responded to my multiple contact attempts. The purchase price was transferred to an Austrian bank under the name Marcus Peter Neumann. The seller seems to be Austrian as he speaks perfect German. He is clearly a commercial car dealer and also operates another Ebay account "at-marcu", where he sells under the same misleading method as a "private seller" with no return policy. My Ebay request for a return expires on January 27, [redacted]. How can you assist me, or what should I do next? Seeking a prompt response. Sincerely, Franz Brack, Ebay nickname "3radpembi".

I have filed a case against a fraudulent seller on eBay for sending me a 1ct cubic zirconium ring instead of the 4ct diamond solitaire ring I ordered. The seller is aware of the fraud and is now trying to bribe me with other items to drop the case. I require a full refund, and if he wants the fake ring back, he must provide prepaid, insured, traceable packaging. I suspect the seller has multiple stores on various platforms to deceive more people. Despite my health condition and the pandemic restrictions, I am determined to resolve this issue and prevent others from falling victim to his scams. I have noticed discrepancies in the item description and am working with PayPal to address this matter. I will not engage with the seller any further and request his communication be handled through the appropriate channels. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this situation promptly.

When my husband searches for Pete Fountain on eBay, it only displays the first 12 or 13 pages, with the borders but no actual listings. Clearing the cache temporarily fixes it for one page but the issue persists. My IT person suspects a "rogue cache" on eBay and suggested contacting customer support. I shouldn't have to clear the cache every 12 or 13 pages. Geek Squad and others couldn't resolve it, yet the problem doesn't occur on other computers with Pete Fountain or Beatles searches.

There is a known issue where some buyers are not receiving refunds for cancelled transactions. Hello, I am Frank from eBay account "nuus6348." I recently received a message informing me that my account has been suspended due to concerns about my account activity. I am confused as to why this happened, as I was simply trying to sell some pre-owned auto parts on eBay, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. I successfully sold one item, which was a small auto part valued at under $10, before my account got suspended. I did not have any intention to scam or defraud anyone. I would like to verify my account and eBay activity to resolve this issue and continue using my account. I am willing to provide any necessary documents to prove my identity and legitimacy. Order number 19-06[redacted]6. I received three oil filters instead of the correct item. Upon contacting the seller, [happyguy*11], he quickly responded and mentioned sending my order to someone else. He offered a refund without trying to rectify the mistake. Despite expressing my willingness to wait for the correct item, the seller canceled my order, leaving me with the wrong product and no guidance on what to do with it. I informed the seller that I preferred receiving the correct item instead of a refund, but he proceeded to cancel my order. The explanation given for the cancellation, claiming the product was out of stock or damaged, seems inaccurate as the seller has the same item available on their store page. I suspect the seller may have mistakenly sold the regulator at a different price and I now find myself in this predicament.

We placed an order for King in Black #2, order #09-06[redacted]8, on December 3, [redacted]. Despite contacting the seller multiple times regarding our undelivered order, we faced difficulties in resolving the issue. Subsequently, we initiated a case with eBay on January 22, [redacted]. Following this, the seller shipped us the incorrect comics. We promptly notified the seller once more, requesting a refund with shipping covered for the return of the wrong items or to receive the correct comics with return shipping catered for. eBay paused our case until February 2, [redacted], explaining that the seller was unable to address the matter until then due to their account restrictions. Our sole aim is to receive a refund with return shipping expenses covered to send back the incorrect items. We have documented all our communication with the seller on our eBay account. I am considering deleting my eBay account due to unresolved tax issues. I have been a loyal customer for years, using the platform to sell items from my antique booths. The introduction of taxes on purchases has made it difficult for me to continue buying and reselling items profitably. In November, I contacted eBay requesting information on how to become tax exempt, but only received an address for their legal department. After submitting my blanket certificate of resale, I was asked to add my business to my account and make some changes by Michelle from the legal department. Despite following these instructions and resubmitting the certificate on Dec 10th, I have not received any further communication or seen any changes regarding tax charges. Dear eBay, I am writing to address a peculiar issue with a seller. On Jan 2nd, I bought some Zodiac watch parts (item #[redacted]64) under the impression that I was getting the entire set: case, crystal, caseback, movement, and bezel ring. However, upon closer inspection, I discovered that the bezel was not actually a Zodiac part as advertised. On Jan 20th, I contacted the seller requesting a partial refund of $50 since I had already sold the other parts on eBay. The seller declined my request. On January 21, [redacted], I bought a [redacted] Nissan Murano through Facebook Marketplace via eBay Motors. I was directed to purchase 6 eBay gift cards worth $[redacted]. After the initial purchase, I received an invoice for the $[redacted] transaction. The next day, on January 22, [redacted], I got an email asking me to buy three more gift cards at $[redacted] for insurance during shipping, explained by a Mr. Henry Colman. I was informed that all gift cards needed to be from the same location. I was then asked to go and get additional gift cards. Today, January 25, [redacted], I requested a refund, but Mr. Henry Colman said I had to buy another eBay gift card for $[redacted] to release the hold on my account for the refund. I have already reached out to the BBB and was advised to file a complaint.

The item's condition was extremely unsatisfactory. Despite leaving a truthful negative review, the seller is attempting to influence me to revise it to positive. This seems unethical, doesn't it? Here is the message they sent me (repeatedly): "Hello, We regret learning about your negative feedback. Would you consider accepting a refund in exchange for updating your review to a positive one with 5 stars? We have already given you a positive review immediately upon receiving payment. We will address the issue with the supplier and assure you that we will enhance our service and product quality for your future satisfaction. What are your thoughts on this proposal? If you agree, we will process the refund and provide you with a link for revising the feedback. Looking forward to your response."

Another problem occurred when I canceled an order immediately after purchase, yet I received a message stating it was sent. I am facing issues with items not matching their descriptions, especially when they are shipped from China. Order Number 01-06[redacted]0- I recently purchased 2 phone cases for my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus, but the seller shipped me cases designed for the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge instead. He insists I ordered the incorrect items. Although I have returned the cases, he is deducting a 30% restocking fee. I am confident that I selected the right products. I believe the seller should stick to our agreement and refund me entirely. If I had foreseen this situation, I could have arranged to sell the cases independently instead of losing 30%. Upon reviewing my order, you will find that I indeed ordered 2 cases for the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus, not the S6 Edge as indicated. I appreciate your attention to this matter. Hello, I am having a major issue with one of my buyers (yvon2223) who has been giving me conflicting information about receiving a package. Initially, they claimed that there was foul play by Mondial Relay as the items had disappeared, but now they are saying they want to return it to me. I have already fully refunded this person via PayPal and told them to keep all the items. Despite this, they continue to harass me with multiple claims (Mondial Relay, Ebay) while asking for more money than the total amount they paid me, which I refunded in full. I bought a 26x4 inch electric wheel kit but received it without the control panel and brake levers. The seller asked for pictures, which I couldn't provide as the parts were missing. Despite contacting them in time, they claimed I took too long to respond. After several messages, they informed me my time was up due to not having pictures and then banned me from the site. The lack of instructions and poor performance compared to my previous purchase is disappointing. The seller's advice on battery usage did not improve the distance as promised. The advertised speed of 51 kilometers per hour (31 mph) did not match my actual measurement of 28 mph. With a [redacted] watt battery, the speed is now down to 18 mph. This seems like false advertising considering US laws cap speed at 25 mph.
