On the fifth, I submitted a bid for a [redacted] Silverado crew cab. By the seventh, I was notified that I had won the truck. This was my first time participating in this type of transaction, and I informed the seller. He assured me he would assist me with the process. However, after encountering some delays, I only managed to reach out to Jrthecarguy yesterday. He advised me to deposit $[redacted] through QuickBooks and mentioned that I could pick up the truck today. Due to a transportation issue, we rescheduled for Sunday, and he also suggested shipping the vehicle, which I later decided against. Concerns regarding payment policies arose, and despite attempts to contact him, I have not received a response today. I fear I may be late with the final payment and am uncertain about the next steps. I had allocated $[redacted] for land but now require a reliable truck due to personal circumstances. This experience has left me in a difficult financial situation. I seek advice on how to recover my funds, prevent this from happening to others, and address potential fraudulent activities on the platform. I hope for prompt assistance as I urgently need guidance.

I purchased an outdated Norton Security package that would not load, as it was deemed invalid. I requested a return shipping label for a refund, but the one sent by the seller was only partially visible and unusable. Despite multiple attempts, I encountered the same issue each time. Hello, I have been a loyal eBay customer for many years and have made numerous purchases on your platform. However, I have encountered an issue regarding the origin of items being purchased. It has become frustrating to realize after payment that items are being dispatched from China. I kindly request that eBay makes the dispatch location more transparent before the purchase is made. I am experiencing difficulties contacting eBay regarding several issues within their system. The phone number provided is unhelpful, directing me to resolve problems online without offering chat support or assistance for sellers. Despite buyers being allowed to change their minds after auctions without notifying sellers, eBay has not addressed unpaid items or cases I opened with them. Buyers are not paying, and my items remain on hold as eBay limits my listings and requests fees beyond sales revenue. Additionally, eBay unexpectedly canceled my PayPal account and is withholding funds from previous sales, causing further frustration. Although I recently spoke to an operator named Kate, who promptly addressed a fee discrepancy, my account remains blocked from listing items and accessing funds. I have tried to reach eBay multiple times through email and phone with no success. Any advice or support regarding these ongoing challenges would be greatly appreciated. I need to address that I lost access to my phone along with forgetting my email password. I recently bought three products on eBay, specifically two pairs of black high-top men's basketball sneakers that have turned out to be defective. Within just two days of use, the first pair started cracking at the toe area and the sole at the back came apart. The same issue occurred with the second pair. In my experience, Nike basketball sneakers should not fall apart like this, especially when only used for walking purposes.

Dear eBay, I am having an issue with a refund from a seller who is no longer registered. The seller, claudfrit_36, is inaccessible, and their claim of a refund issue on my end (credit card, paypal) is false. I have checked all my accounts diligently. I have never encountered refund problems since [redacted]. It appears the seller has absconded with the money for order #21-06[redacted]7, item #[redacted]74 (kitchen knife set). I haven't received the product or a refund. Since the seller is no longer active, I urge eBay to intervene and assist in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

Buenas noches, deseo apelar la resolución ya que considero que hubo un abuso por parte del vendedor. Mi compra del telescopio Celestron no fue entregada en la dirección correcta. Adjunto el número de rastreo [redacted]63 y un correo de la empresa Jetbox que confirma que el paquete nunca fue recibido en sus instalaciones y que la persona que firmó la recepción en FedEx NO trabaja para Jetbox. Además, el peso indicado en la boleta de FedEx es sospechosamente bajo, ya que este telescopio suele pesar 5 kilos, pero en la boleta solo aparece 1lb/0.45kg, lo cual me hace sospechar de un fraude. Este telescopio era un regalo de Navidad para mi hijo y, debido a este problema, tuve que realizar una nueva compra de un telescopio marca Bushnell con un peso real de 5 kilos. Por favor, solicito el reembolso del dinero por un producto que jamás recibí. Adjuntaré fotos para respaldar mi reclamo y señalar que el vendedor en eBay no está registrado y tiene opiniones negativas por no entregar productos. I recently received return labels from eBay. However, my bank account was charged for them along with the USPS informing me on the 29th that four E4 tires need to be returned to Sparta, North Carolina, which I didn't order from eBay. The USPS said it was first-class mail with a voucher that cost $3.50 each, totaling $14 for the four tires. Despite me not ordering the tires, eBay's system claimed twice that FedEx was paid to deliver them to me. This was not requested and seems to be a glitch in your system, which has caused a lot of confusion and frustration. The situation has become even more complicated as FedEx is quoting $[redacted] for the return, which I am not willing to pay. If eBay doesn't resolve this issue by noon today, I will seek legal advice.

I am attempting to address a request regarding a problematic purchase I made on E-bay with the vendor "easybuying368". I ordered a set of BT 5.0 Earphones Headphones which turned out to be defective. Despite the vendor's promise to send a replacement, it never arrived. The vendor claims it is at the post office, but my inquiries there yielded no results. I requested a refund after allowing sufficient time for the replacement to arrive. However, the vendor just keeps sending the same message through your platform. Unfortunately, my attempts to reach E-bay via the mobile app were unsuccessful, as it was not functional. I am now able to access the platform via PC. Although the amount in question is small ($6.00 USD), I am concerned that if this is happening to me, it could be happening to many others as well.

I sold a pair of cross-country ski boots on 1/3/21 for $43.00 plus $9.20 shipping. I received an email from PayPal stating they had received $55.07, which was more than the agreed-upon amount of $52.20. Despite shipping the item, my PayPal account does not reflect any payment. After contacting PayPal, they advised me to reach out to you regarding this eBay sale issue with the buyer. I suspect the buyer (Mark Castrodale, Zip [redacted]) may have been involved in some fraudulent activity. Why did I receive a notification from PayPal about receiving money that never showed up in my account? Could my eBay account have been hacked? I am seeking guidance on how to proceed with this buyer and what seller protections or reimbursement options are available for a potential eBay account hack.

Hello, my name is Wayne Watts, and I made a purchase on eBay for a Gelato Ice Cream Shop Display Freezer 7 Tub from Seller "brisban-98 (4)" two weeks ago, for AU $1,[redacted]. I had previously made a lower bid of $1,[redacted] which was rejected, and then I received an email prompting me to buy it now, which I did by paying through PayPal, my usual method for online purchases. Normally, eBay notifies me within a few days if an item I bid on has been sold to someone else and refunds my money, but in this case, I have not received any information regarding my purchase from "brisban-98 (4)" despite sending two inquiries. I am unsure if I have bought the item or if it was sold to another person. I would like to know if I will get a refund if it was sold to someone else so I can use the money for another purchase. I have been a loyal EBAY customer for years and have never encountered any issues. Recently, I purchased a NEW 5TB disk my passport from a seller named "dons_deals_usa" for $[redacted].45 including shipping. However, I received a USED disk labeled "Amazon - thanks to you, this product has a second life" that doesn't even work. When I tried to address the problem with the seller, dons_deals_usa, I was met with rudeness and no resolution. Despite my efforts, the seller refused a refund and accused me of dishonesty. I have reported the situation in a review, but I feel that more action needs to be taken to prevent this seller from defrauding others. Hello, my name is Gayle Wayne. I received a damaged Armani figurine last October from the seller, Tango. After seller Gina failed to provide the refund as promised, Ebay stepped in. I returned the figurine with the Ebay Label on January 13th and need to add the tracking number #[redacted][redacted]3 to the resolution page. I am unsure how to proceed with getting refunded by Ebay. I am concerned that the seller might claim she never received the item back despite being the one who sent the damaged item initially. I recently had a conversation with someone on Facebook regarding a vehicle they have for sale. They mentioned that they are using eBay Motors to facilitate the sale. I am interested in purchasing the vehicle, but I have some concerns. The email from eBay Motors instructed me to buy eBay gift cards at stores like CVS, Walgreens, Kroger, Dollar Tree, etc., and load the funds for the vehicle onto these cards. This method seems suspicious to me. I am requesting a refund for two items under eBay's money-back guarantee. The first item, the Obi-Wan Kenobi Master Replica Lightsaber, had undisclosed issues with the emitter and grip. The seller did not mention this in the description, and I only noticed it upon opening the package. The second item, the Mace Windu Master Replica Lightsaber, seems to be a different version than I intended, possibly the "Battle Damaged Version" which was not what I ordered. I tried to initiate return requests for both items, but the seller refused. I would appreciate speaking with a Customer Service Representative regarding these issues. Thank you.

I need assistance regarding transaction #[redacted]8N[redacted]A for Valerie Philmon. She asked for a refund for a coat that had already been shipped before changing her mind. I agreed to refund her once I receive the coat back. This morning on 1/16/21, she messaged thanking me for the refund, but I haven't processed any refund as I haven't received the coat. I checked my PayPal account and noticed $27.11 was deducted without showing up in the activity list. I contacted PayPal, and they advised me to reach out to Ebay. I am worried about a potential double refund as the case is not closed on Ebay and I still haven't received the coat. The system is prompting me to wait for 2 days after the coat arrives to issue a refund. This situation is new to me, and I fear losing money without proper documentation.

I have requested a refund multiple times from the seller, ferenccsik4, for the book "Patriarchs and Prophets" by Ellen G. White. My order number is 13-06[redacted]0. The seller has ignored my requests several times. He phoned me to convince me to cancel my refund request, but his verbal agreement did not match his written agreement. Upon my refusal, he almost pleaded for me to agree to his written terms, as he could not document the verbal agreement. I then received a message from eBay with his verbal agreement. I asked for a refund before he shipped the book, as I did not feel comfortable with the seller. Could you please assist me in obtaining a full refund? Thank you.
