The buyer seems to have ordered an item either without reading the description properly or with the intention to resell a fan-made item as an original. The item in question is a fan-made trading card, and there is a video link provided in the description showing exactly what the card looks like. Despite this, the buyer claims the item is "not as described," even though there are both a video and multiple pictures of the item in the listing. The buyer has initiated a return request and is requesting a full refund of **$. An offer of **$ as a refund for the item has been made. It is worth noting that the buyer has a history of selling fake items as authentic ones.

A few weeks ago, I bought eBay gift cards. When I tried to use them, they were frozen. After they were eventually unfrozen, I created an eBay account. I've made several purchases and now have a small balance left on my cards. However, when I tried to buy something recently, I discovered that my account was suspended. Could you please explain why this happened? I am starting to feel frustrated with eBay.

I recently sold an item for $[redacted].50 on the 3rd of this month. Unfortunately, the buyer has not made payment even after receiving the item. Despite multiple weeks of communication with the buyer, they are now unresponsive. I would like either payment for the item or for it to be returned. The buyer goes by the username Chef4ut97. I have been ignored by eBay. I did not request a refund. The seller only sent $75 worth of my order and poorly shipped the plastic bottle neon paint in a plastic bag without proper insulation. Seven bottles leaked inside the package. Despite sending pictures, eBay has not taken any action. I am unable to print the prepaid return label as I do not have a printer. After speaking with an eBay employee in London who viewed the pictures and promised to update the information, no resolution has been reached. Despite being a loyal customer who has spent thousands of dollars on eBay, the seller's behavior is unacceptable. Following PayPal's advice, I am escalating the issue for their assistance. I do not shop on eBay to be taken advantage of and then have to deal with returns. I prefer to speak with a customer service representative rather than be contacted via email. I reported the item (order # 25-0[redacted]6 NOAC patch) as not received, but it eventually arrived causing the seller, ID # [redacted], to receive negative feedback on eBay. I am taking steps to make this right by issuing a refund and sending a check for $11.88 to the seller. Despite the initial delay, I am happy with the transaction as the item matched the description in the listing. In the future, I recommend adding 7 days to the estimated delivery date for December shipments to account for holiday delays and avoid unnecessary stress during the busy season.

I expect my package to arrive by December 23, but all deliveries have been halted in my area. The package is currently in another state, approximately six hours away. It seems unlikely that it will reach me by the promised date. Both the tracking information and the seller's messages on eBay suggest that the package has been stagnant at the same location for days. I am seeking an immediate full refund so I can buy my child a Christmas gift, as it appears the package may be lost in transit.

I placed two orders for the same item an hour ago, but I didn't receive any order numbers. I was charged for the first order without receiving an order number. Thinking it didn't go through, I placed another order for the same item, which showed a lower price. I was charged for this order too and still didn't receive an order number. A few months ago, I bought eBay gift cards and tried to use them, only to discover they were frozen. After sorting out the gift cards and setting up an account with eBay, I've been able to make purchases without any issues. However, a couple of days ago, my account was unexpectedly suspended when trying to buy a low-priced item due to a low account balance. I am bewildered by this suspension as I have followed eBay's guidelines and made all purchases with their gift cards. Despite numerous attempts to communicate via chat with representatives, I have not received a clear explanation for the suspension. My username on eBay is wilwalker77007. I find this treatment unfair and possibly a mistake. I still have a small balance on my gift cards and hope to use them as I've used them for all my purchases. These incidents have made me hesitant about continuing to do business with eBay in the future.

However, the seller corrected the mistake promptly and sent me the correct item. Please remove the negative mark registered against Amazon.no1 ("case closed without seller resolution"). I spoke with one of your representatives on the phone approximately a week ago, and he assured me that the seller would not face any negative consequences. Sadly, it seems the seller now has an unfavorable mark on their record. This situation is unjust to their business. This error was on my part, and I appreciate your assistance. Thank you, Greg Z.

I am experiencing difficulties with the checkout process when trying to purchase an item. Initially, the problem was related to my card being mistaken as having insufficient funds, causing a red warning at the checkout screen. Despite having enough money in my Visa card, I couldn't proceed with the purchase. Subsequently, after multiple attempts, I was consistently redirected to the checkout screen with a message prompting me to verify my payment details or try another payment method. I recently spoke with Joshua last night regarding my concerns about my name showing up alongside my password. I was hacked through my name, and even though Stacey helped me create a new account on Dec 23 and changed everything, my name still appears in front of the password field. Additionally, my old email, which includes my name, is linked to the new one. I need this issue resolved promptly for security reasons, as instructed when I closed my previous account on Dec 4, [redacted]. Stacey assured me I could sign in using the new details provided. I am uncomfortable with my name being displayed and would like it removed. Please address this matter promptly to avoid me leaving eBay permanently. I submitted a request regarding an item I received that was incorrect. It seems like my concern was not understood properly, as I was asked to return the items I never even received in the first place. Recently, I received an email stating that the items have not been returned yet. I chatted with a customer service representative who informed me I had $3.80 in eBay bucks expiring on 12/23/[redacted]. While waiting for my offer to be accepted by the seller, it was confirmed by 11:11 PM on the same day. Hoping to apply the eBay bucks, I decided to make the purchase. However, the $3.80 credit was not applied during the checkout process. I may have missed applying them due to tapping "buy now" or possibly the expiration of the 3-day window to use the eBay bucks. I wanted to utilize the credit to feel better about the unsuccessful offers. The item was priced at $10.99 plus tax, while my final offer was $9.00.

Good morning, Upon returning from my trip, I discovered that my eBay account has been suspended. The seller responsible for this unfair action has a history of sending abusive emails dating back to Nov 7. Surprisingly, it seems that these emails were not thoroughly reviewed. In one of her messages, she insisted that unless I accepted a package containing broken items, I wouldn't receive a refund. I promptly returned the package with the broken parts, and she acknowledged its receipt on 12-24-20 with tracking number EJ[redacted]39US. This seller is now trying to shift her responsibilities onto me. I kindly request a response regarding this matter. Michael F.

I received several emails from eBay stating that my bids were canceled, items were paid for and received, and then I was permanently suspended. Worried it was a scam, I visited the eBay website and updated my password. Now, I'm unable to access my account and upon login, I receive a message that I am permanently suspended with no way to resolve this issue. Viki W.

Hello, I made a purchase on 20/10 and the buyer wanted a transfer to the following account: IBAN Code RO06RNCB[redacted][redacted] SWIFT RNCBROBU I declined because the account was not French, and the seller then informed me not to send any money as their account had been hacked. eBay Message: From: biblionethe36 To: mikawel Sent: Oct 20, [redacted] 22:13 New message from: biblionethe36 Top Rated Seller(6,604Green Star) This listing was fraudulently made on my account. DO NOT PAY ANYTHING. REQUEST CANCELLATION. This OFFER FALSE was made by a hacker using my account. Ask for Cancellation. Ebay has not removed my warning for non-payment despite it not being my fault.
