I listed a dress online, and after accepting an offer, the buyer requested I call them for payment details. I explained everything should be done online, but now the buyer is not responding. I kindly asked for confirmation on the purchase so I can relist the dress. I would appreciate it if a note could be added to their account regarding this issue since I could have sold the dress to someone else.

I was charged for my eBay order, the Waboba Voli racquet set, but it was never delivered. The seller claims it was delivered by a service called Zinc on Dec 3, which doesn't exist in Georgia. I suspect this might be a scam as others have reported similar experiences with Zinc. I have yet to receive my order or a refund, and eBay has been unhelpful in resolving this issue.

Ich hatte ein privates eBay-Konto für persönliche Einkäufe und Verkäufe, aber kürzlich habe ich ein gewerbliches Konto eröffnet, um mehr Produkte zu verkaufen. Da mein gewerbliches Konto neu ist und ich die AGB und das Impressum noch aktualisieren muss, fehlt mir auch die E-Mail zur Übermittlung des Umsatzsteuer-Bescheids. Heute wollte ich über das gewerbliche Konto einige Artikel kaufen und mit PayPal bezahlen, das auch für mein privates Konto genutzt wird. Ich habe gerade eine E-Mail von eBay erhalten, dass mein Konto ohne erkennbaren Grund gesperrt wurde.

I purchased an item from Significant Services, order number 07-05[redacted]1, on Sep 23, [redacted]. Despite not remembering ordering it, I received an unused drill with no invoice, only a mention of MHI Distributors. I attempted to contact them multiple times but no success. I later discovered through CITI documentation that Significant Services was the actual seller. I wish to return the drill for a DeWalt 20V MAX* XR® Brushless Cordless Compact Router, priced around $[redacted]. Significant Services mentioned that MHI Distributors was the true seller, but I can't reach them. Assistance is needed with this eBay purchase. Thank you.

On October 29, 20, I created my eBay account. However, on December 18, 20, after listing an item, I received an email stating that my account had been suspended due to activity that eBay deemed risky for the community. The suspension is permanent with no option for appeal. The email listed the removed listing and mentioned that associated accounts would also be suspended. I attempted to contact eBay but was unable to log in to my account. I am unsure why my new account and listing were suspended and would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue.

I purchased a PS5 on November 26th and it was shipped on the 27th. According to USPS tracking, the item has been in transit since December 1st. I reached out to Ebay for assistance on December 15th, and they initially advised me to wait until December 20th. Following up today, they are now suggesting I wait until January 8, [redacted]. This delay is frustrating as the console was meant to be a Christmas gift. I would prefer a refund to purchase another one. It seems unreasonable to wait six weeks for delivery.

It seems that someone accessed our account as we noticed unfamiliar items in the cart. When attempting to log in with our password, we encountered an error and had to use a text code to gain access. While trying to change the password in the password management section, the process required the "current" password, then prompted for a new password and confirmation. Strangely, an error message occurred stating the new password did not match the current one. We are puzzled by this issue and seek guidance on successfully changing our password.

I bought the Apple AirPods 2nd Generation Wireless Earbuds & Charging Case MV7N2AM/A listed as New OEM. The order number is [redacted]73-0 and Item number: [redacted]73. The AirPods, advertised as new, did not work upon arrival. The seller has left eBay, preventing me from seeking a refund. After three months of troubleshooting with Apple, they confirmed the AirPods are defective and had been previously replaced. The mismatched serial numbers on the AirPods, charger, and box indicate they are used and defective. The charger also failed and had been replaced. I am disappointed with this experience. As the seller is no longer reachable, I am requesting a refund under eBay Guarantee. Thank you.

Respected eBay Customer Services, Subject: Delivery Issue I made a purchase from missluluoutlet on eBay for 4 KONO Black Windproof Strong Umbrellas costing £35.96, which has not been delivered to me. When I contacted them, they changed the status to delivered without my confirmation. The courier left the umbrellas on my doorstep without my permission, breaching my rights as a consumer. I recently placed an order for item number 16-06[redacted]3 but immediately realized I selected the wrong part. I promptly emailed the seller and eBay to request a cancellation, but unfortunately, the order went through. I am certain that the item could not have been shipped within 5 to 10 minutes. I do not wish to receive the incorrect item and I intend to refuse delivery or return it at the seller's cost.

I purchased an item from a seller who provided tracking information, but the item was never delivered. I attempted to contact the seller with no response. I purchased a pair of PJ pants from NFL/Skins through your website. Initially, the delivery date was set for Dec. 9th. However, by Dec. 19th, the pants had not arrived, leading me to open a dispute with my bank, Bank of America. Coincidentally, two hours after initiating the dispute, the PJ Pants were delivered. Consequently, the dispute is now settled. NFL/Skins has advised me to reach out to eBay to officially close the case. I am satisfied with the purchase. Order number: 12-06[redacted]7.

Hi, I'm looking for assistance with recovering my eBay account. I've had it for about 6 years, and recently, all my favorite items seem to have disappeared, leaving my account empty. I encountered an individual claiming to be from eBay customer service. Although he seemed suspicious, he requested access to my computer to check my account. I am awaiting a refund of $[redacted].75 for seat covers for my truck, along with shipping fees. The seller refused to provide a return label. The person I spoke with, named David, provided me with the phone number [redacted]. He mentioned that the refund would be processed, but I can't locate it on PayPal. I mentioned Venmo and Zelle, but he was unfamiliar with them. Can you clarify the status of my refund and confirm if David is affiliated with eBay or possibly engaged in fraudulent activity? I am inquiring why my negative feedback cannot be removed. I am a seller who provided detailed item descriptions, including measurements. The buyer did not check the measurements and claimed the item was too small. Despite refunding the buyer and incurring shipping costs, the negative feedback remains. I believe the feedback should be removed as no error was made on my part. Thank you for your assistance. Hello, I am wondering why the feedback for my item cannot be removed. I have already refunded the buyer and incurred a loss on shipping. The item was described in detail along with all the measurements, and the variation in sizes between brands was also mentioned. I am requesting the removal of the feedback for the following item: French Connection Cropped Pant Wool Suit Women's Size 6, sold on October 29, [redacted], to buyer eastern260. The feedback mentions that the item may have shrunk and did not fit as expected, despite being a size 6. I believe this feedback should be removed as the issue was resolved between the buyer and myself. Eastern260 even left a follow-up comment stating that the problem was fixed by me and appreciated my kindness. Please assist me in getting this negative feedback removed. Thank you.

I recently bought an eBay gift card at the Keyport Post Office in New Jersey. It was a $25-$[redacted] card and I loaded $[redacted] in cash onto it. I sent it to my wife in Texas and when she tried to use it, the card showed no money on it. I advised her to wait for 4 hours as suggested by a post office supervisor. Even after waiting, the balance still showed as zero. I paid $[redacted] for this and it's vital for me to resolve this issue. When I returned to the post office, they refused to take responsibility. This is quite urgent for me as I've had a stroke and can't keep spending on cabs for this matter. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I have a question regarding deferred payments due to my family members falling ill with COVID-19. I recently had to cover their bills. Additionally, I have shipping labels that were just voided due to dealing with the sickness in my family. I currently have $[redacted].00 on hold in PayPal, and once released, I can use it to make payments towards my selling fees. I already made a payment of $[redacted].00 towards the selling fees. I am also planning to file an insurance claim with USPS for undelivered items, and I expect to get around $[redacted].00 back once the claim is processed. The buyer appears to have ordered an item without fully reviewing the description, or possibly with the intent to resell it as an original. They are disputing the item, a fan-made trading card, stating it is "not as described." I have provided a detailed video link and multiple images in the listing which clearly depict the item. The buyer has initiated a return request seeking a full refund of $45, but I have offered a partial refund of $25 for the item. It's worth noting that the buyer has a history of selling counterfeit items as authentic ones.
