For the past six months, I have been attempting to return an item purchased through eBay. Despite my efforts via PayPal, I am encountering difficulties reaching eBay for assistance. The seller, who has removed the listing, has not made the return process feasible. I am unable to ship the item back as I lack the necessary shipping information. Hello, I'm Daryl Knowles. I bought a clutch Pusher pancake bearing for a Yamaha Banshee. The seller said I would get it by December 9, [redacted]. I haven't received it yet. I talked to him last week; he mentioned the post office has it and will send it as soon as they have a shipping number. I'm still waiting for it. Could you please check on this for me? I've attempted to resolve my issue by phone but have been unable to speak with a real person. This lack of customer support is frustrating. The problem I am encountering involves a return. The purchaser received a Nikko casserole dish with a broken lid. The return number is 03-06[redacted]1. I have reached out to the buyer three times, instructing them to return the item via the insured post office, but I have not received a response. Today, on December 16, [redacted], since I could not find assistance to address this issue, I accepted the return. I am now required to refund $[redacted] to the buyer and cover the return shipping, presenting another challenge. I intended to inform the buyer that they could keep the casserole dish without returning it, but I could not find a way to do so. I would appreciate it if someone could investigate this matter and provide a response.

I recently made a purchase of a cell phone, accessories, and insurance. Unfortunately, the items were sent to the wrong address twice. Even after providing the correct address associated with my debit card, the seller still sent the items to the old address on my PayPal account. This caused a significant inconvenience as I had not used my PayPal account for this purchase, and the address should have been taken from the billing information linked to my debit card. eBay closed the case, which was distressing as I am on a fixed income and losing over a hundred dollars is a significant loss for me. This has greatly impacted my trust in eBay, and I will not be purchasing from them in the future unless this issue is resolved. It is essential for a company to uphold the guarantees they offer their customers, and in this situation, eBay fell short of this expectation.

I have been charged $45 by my eBay account for an item that did not sell last month. Despite this, your records indicate that I sold a piece of luggage to Mark O. This individual has been problematic, and I previously reported him to eBay. I reposted my luggage six days ago, but there is uncertainty about its current status. I purchased a leather jacket online in November, but it arrived different from the product description. I immediately requested a refund and stated I would return the coat as per the seller's money-back guarantee. The seller, "Leather Skin," declined and offered a $30 credit on the $[redacted] payment. I would appreciate it if we could address the current VERO restriction on my account. After reaching out to NBC Universal, I was initially informed that they could contact you to lift the restriction. However, I am now being instructed to wait the full 7 days, just before the holidays and during a peak sales period. Had I known the item was not compliant, I would have promptly removed it, especially considering its low value. It's crucial for both of us to resume normal operations and generate revenue.

I received the wrong product in my order. I requested calcium but received glucosamine instead. I contacted Jayden via live chat, who informed me that the seller required me to return the product. He assured me that I would receive a return label within 3 business days, but it has been 12 days and I have yet to receive it. Unfortunately, I will be admitted to the hospital soon and will be unable to send back the item, even if the label arrives. Dealing with these issues with sellers has been costly for me, and I am seeking a refund for the incorrect product.

I returned an item to the seller, covering the shipping costs myself. I shipped it back on time, but I've been struggling to reach the seller for reimbursement. I recently sold an item on eBay, but the listing, messages, and payment have all vanished. Additionally, I was expecting a refund of $10 for a damaged GoPro case which I have not received. While selling an iPhone, I noticed a discrepancy in the final sale reduction percentage which was not what I had anticipated. This is frustrating as I was assured it would be in line with previous charges, not at a 13% rate. I am considering opening a dispute and contacting the Better Business Bureau if these issues are not resolved. Despite being promised a callback, I have yet to receive one, and the lack of communication channels available is very concerning. Hello, I'm having an issue with my account being suspended on eBay. The reason given is misuse of the return process, but I believe this is a mistake. Recently, I received two items that did not match their descriptions - one was damaged and the other was not the correct item. These are genuine problems, and I feel unfairly penalized for them. I have encountered a problem with a return. I purchased a phone that was not as described in the item listing due to an undisclosed charging port issue. When I tried to process the return through the eBay app, I noticed that the available return reasons did not fully align with my situation. Unfortunately, I selected "Doesn't fit," which led to the seller declining the return request. My account was suspended indefinitely by ebay. I have contacted them multiple times, but they seem unwilling to investigate my situation. There is a seller named kalakauagold who falsely accused me of wrongdoing as a buyer, and ebay is not listening to my side. I have had issues with glass items I purchased where the condition and packaging were not as described, leading to several returns. Sometimes I delay payment for a few days to combine shipping on multiple items from the same seller, even though I communicate this arrangement. Despite my good track record of quick payment and positive feedback from most sellers, ebay is focused on the returns and delayed payments. The seller kalakauagold made false claims against me regarding damaged goods and non-delivery, causing disputes. I feel misunderstood by ebay as they mentioned multiple unpaid cases, but in reality, all items were paid for except one due to my account being blocked. I am struggling to get anyone to understand my situation. Thank you for your help.

I reached out to eBay regarding a seller complaint on November 18th, but have only received an auto acknowledgement. Despite following up on December 2nd, there has been no resolution. The item number in question is [redacted]25, sold by seller duke_trading. On eBay, I go by the username billyandjilly. Reviewing the messages exchanged between myself and the seller will shed light on the issue. I strongly feel sellers shouldn't misrepresent parts as non-working when they are actually new reproduction parts. In my case, the parts failed quickly after installation, and the seller, duke_trading, refused a refund or to acknowledge the issue. On December 14, [redacted], I placed an order for a Philips Sonicare ProtectiveClean [redacted] Sonic electric toothbrush through usa_greatdeal, with the order number 01-06[redacted]9 and a total of $55.39. Although the item was marked as delivered on December 15, I noticed some discrepancies. The tracking number provided led me to East Setauket, NY, delivered to PRIMARY MEDICAL, signed by M Adams, none of which relate to me. I suspect I was given the incorrect tracking number. Despite reaching out to the seller on eBay, usa_greatdeal, and receiving an initial response mentioning contacting the carrier and promising to update me, I have not heard back since. I have been requesting the correct tracking number and more information about my order daily, but have not received any further communication from usa_greatdeal. I am hoping to either receive the item promptly or get a refund through PayPal.

I bought an item and the seller shipped it via USPS. Once it was marked as delivered, I went to my mailbox but found it empty. Upon contacting USPS to inquire if they had mistakenly placed it in the wrong box, they revisited the location and suspected theft as several complaints had been reported from the shared mailbox. USPS mentioned their partnership with eBay and suggested reaching out to my local post office to verify the theft. They advised that eBay should file an insurance claim since the transaction was through them.

I am having a problem that needs to be resolved. I purchased an item with order number 06-06[redacted]2. The item was supposed to arrive today, but it hasn't even been shipped yet. I have tried to contact customer service multiple times with no response. The online service for eBay is not working, and I was only able to get through to chat support or contact the seller for undelivered items. I found an alternative phone number for eBay customer service, but I'm not sure if it's legitimate. They mentioned that my item hasn't been shipped due to a recent update on eBay, and the seller doesn't have my information. This is frustrating, and I shouldn't have to go through all these steps. eBay should ensure that sellers have the necessary information. Since the seller doesn't have my details but has taken my payment, I would like a refund. I have been a loyal eBay customer, but this experience has made me reconsider future purchases. I request a refund as I no longer wish to shop on eBay.
