I recently purchased an alternator on eBay that was advertised as being taken apart and redone. Upon receiving it, I discovered that it was broken, full of grass, dirt, and looked like a pile of junk parts. The seller acknowledged the mistake, offered a refund, but then claimed they couldn't provide a replacement as initially agreed. Communication with them has been difficult, dragging on for over a week. I just want my money back to purchase a functioning alternator elsewhere since the broken one cannot be repaired, as confirmed by a repair shop. Checking the seller's feedback revealed that similar issues have occurred before. This experience is frustrating, and I am eager to resolve it promptly to get my car back on the road. I bought two Dachshund Christmas sweaters from an eBay seller (go1868) with order # 13-06[redacted]2 and listing number [redacted]86. The estimated delivery was 8th December, but when I tracked the package (tracking number [redacted][redacted]38), it didn't show up at the post office in Strongsville, Ohio. After contacting the post office, who couldn't locate the item, I reached out to eBay. They issued a partial refund of $42.00, which is unacceptable, as these sweaters are Christmas gifts. I insist on receiving the sweaters, not a cash refund. eBay needs to make sure the seller delivers what I paid for. I am disappointed and want answers. I recently received an invoice from what claims to be eBay for a car purchase. The invoice states that payments over $[redacted] must be made using a prepaid Visa or MasterCard. I am unsure if this is standard eBay policy or a potential scam. The invoice references order number [redacted]54. Could eBay please verify if this invoice is legitimate or if it is a fraudulent attempt?

I am facing an issue where a customer claims they did not receive part of their order, and instead of returning the items, they requested a partial refund which we agreed on for $25. However, the customer contacted eBay later stating they did not receive a refund and demanded a full reimbursement. I was surprised to receive a message from eBay informing me that a case was decided in the customer's favor without me being involved. Now, a new case has been opened, and I am confused how this could happen in just one day without me being given a chance to provide my side of the story.

I recently opened an account on your website and purchased three sets of coins from different sellers. Suddenly, I received an email stating that my account has been suspended. I am confused as to why my account was suspended without any explanation. How can buying coins from your approved sellers pose a risk to eBay? I had higher expectations regarding professionalism from eBay as an online store. This action seems to violate the rights of customers, even if it is outlined in your policies. A customer asked for a refund but I've been in touch with him six times, updating him with tracking details of the late package. Today, he received the item, well within the expected delivery time. Despite my efforts, he called me a scam and refuses to respond to my email, even though I thanked him for his patience. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]88. I am having trouble sending video recordings to verify the defect in the product I received. I was told to return the item by the 5th, but due to a technical issue with my phone, I couldn't contact eBay to resolve the problem. I need eBay to review the videos I made of the defective phones and reconsider their decision. I hope they will overturn the earlier ruling and have the seller cover the return shipping costs. I recently switched to managed payments on eBay from PayPal and I'm not happy with the change. I have four orders totaling over $[redacted] that I have not received payment for. eBay now claims there is an issue with my account information when it is correct. I am frustrated with eBay's impersonal policies and the lack of customer support. After four years of selling on their platform, now they require me to provide a photo. I am considering advising my bank to reject any agreements with eBay and recommending buyers to use PayPal instead. I simply want to receive the money owed to me.

I just wanted to bring to your attention that I have had to cancel and refund several items that were previously sold but got relisted on your platform. I maintain a spreadsheet and have identified 75 instances where this happened. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the items that should have been marked as sold were showing up in the unsold section. I hope this was just a one-time computer error and that it will be rectified to avoid future issues. I'm quite frustrated by this situation and have reached out multiple times in an attempt to resolve it. Unfortunately, this has impacted my ratings and led to unhappy customers on eBay.

I require assistance as I am unable to sign in. I have tried to reset my password 3-4 times, but I still cannot log in. I have already sent a similar message yesterday, but I have not received any response. I have spent approximately 2 hours trying to resolve this issue and have been unsuccessful in reaching out to someone for help. I am unable to use the chat feature as it requires a password. There seems to be an error, and I am not sure if my username is functioning correctly. I have been using the same email address since I first joined eBay almost 20 years ago. I purchased brake pads and rotors for my vehicle, but they are not the correct ones. I have been attempting to receive a return shipping label for over a week. Yesterday, a representative mentioned they initiated a "force return," stating that I should receive it in my email within a couple of hours. It has been nearly 24 hours, and I have not received it. I purchased a bicycle for my son for Christmas from the seller etabenyose_0, a Roadmaster 24" Granite Peak Boys Mountain bike in Black. The delivery date was supposed to be on 12/16/[redacted]. I placed the order on December 10th and paid the seller $[redacted].38. However, on December 11th, I received an email stating that the bike was out of stock. The seller offered a purple or light blue one instead, or the same bike in a 26" size but assured me that it would be back in stock in a week. I asked for a guaranteed delivery by 12/22/[redacted] if I waited. Despite my acceptance on 12/11/[redacted], I have not received any further updates. I bought a DeWalt DCF887 on 9/22/20 using my CITI account for $93.69. I received the delivery in mid-October, even though I didn't remember making the purchase. I tried to return it as it was unopened and unused. However, I had no invoice, only the information for MHI Distributors. I attempted to contact them multiple times, but couldn't get through as the mailbox was full. Finally, after examining the documentation CITI sent me, I found out that Significant Services was the actual seller. I wish to exchange the drill for a DeWalt 20V MAX* XR® Brushless Cordless Compact Router, priced at around $[redacted]. Even though they indicated Significant Services as the seller, I received an email from them today stating that MHI Distributors was the real seller. I'm struggling to reach them, and I need assistance with this purchase from eBay. Thank you for your help!
