I purchased the Waboba Voli Racquet set, but it was never delivered, despite eBay and the seller claiming it was. On December 3, I received an email stating it was delivered at 8:55 a.m., a time when I was by the door all morning eagerly waiting, but it never arrived. The seller is not taking responsibility, and eBay has not been helpful in resolving this issue. I paid for the item, which was intended as a gift for my grandson.

I am writing to address an issue with my order #..01-06[redacted]2...according to tracking information, the item was supposedly delivered to my mailbox on 11/21/20. However, I have not received it yet. I reached out to the seller on 11/25/20 and they suggested checking with a roommate or neighbor, but after that, they stopped responding to my messages. Despite my requests for a replacement or refund, all I receive is the same tracking information. The replacement offer has expired as I had to purchase the item from another eBay seller. I was in the process of purchasing a car through Ebay Motors. After sending the agreed-upon $[redacted], I was informed by Ebay Motors about an additional $[redacted] for insurance, which was not previously disclosed. I attempted to contact the seller via email, but their Gmail address is now inactive. I used brand new prepaid cards for the payment that has already been spent. I am seeking a refund for the amount, feeling as if I have been cheated.

I opened a case with eBay regarding a missing package issue. The sender claims not to have received it back. To my surprise, the post office discovered the package and revealed the sender's involvement in a possible fraud scheme. The package was returned to the sender, who is conveniently located five minutes away from me in Florida. Curiously, the sender supposedly requested the return in Florida, yet the package's origin was in the northern part of the country. The post office warned me about such scams being common. I feel it's important to share the sender's name and the tracking number to make you aware of the situation.

I purchased a game recently, but it wasn't the one I ordered. I attempted to print a return label but my printer is not functioning. I have been in contact with the seller about this situation. After speaking with my daughter, she confirmed that the game is suitable for my grandson. Currently, I would like the funds to be released to the seller. The seller mentioned that Ebay is delaying the process. The item in question is a Nintendo Switch Animal Crossing New Horizons with the item number [redacted]48. Thank you. -Tom

On December 7th, I ordered 33 items from uneedyt on eBay. However, upon confirming my order, I was charged for 66 items as each item was duplicated. After contacting the seller, uneedyt, they canceled my order entirely instead of removing the duplicates. Despite multiple emails with the seller and 5 phone calls to eBay, the issue persists. I managed to add more items to my cart but was blocked from adding further items until I paid for the current ones. The seller claims they canceled and archived my orders, but the items are still in my cart. I have now paid for items I didn't intend to order. The seller insists it's eBay's responsibility to remove the items from my cart. I'm frustrated and confused by the situation and considering sourcing my items elsewhere due to this ongoing problem. I purchased a 60-liter portable fridge freezer from OZZDEAL, I believe from Victoria, Australia, around February to April [redacted]. Unfortunately, I am experiencing mechanical issues with it, and it should be covered under the 12-month warranty. I am trying to contact the company through eBay to discuss what steps can be taken to resolve this. However, I am having difficulty accessing my full purchase history on the screen; when I click on the purchase button, the icon disappears without any action. This was not an issue with the previous system, and I would appreciate some assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I have yet to receive an item that was supposed to be delivered by 12/3/20 as per the seller's statement. The order was placed on 11/28/20. Despite tracking the package and contacting the seller, as of December 4th, USPS still indicates "In Transit, Arriving Late". The status has not changed since then. I asked the seller to search for the package from their end. On December 10th, I requested a refund since the package hadn't arrived, and I needed the item by Christmas from elsewhere. The seller mentioned I must wait for the package, send it back, and upon their receipt, they would refund me. However, there's a possibility the package might never arrive. I filed a refund dispute on 12/10/20 due to non-delivery. eBay is giving the seller until the 16th to respond, but there's been no response from them so far. Although the seller typically responded promptly within 5 minutes, now they are silent. It's frustrating to wait six days for a response before escalating the claim. The package is now nine days late, and I feel like my money is being withheld unfairly by both the seller and eBay. eBay's resolution process seems flawed, with the money-back guarantee lacking substance. The seller's failure to ensure timely delivery is leading to this issue. eBay seems to favor sellers over buyers in such situations. After I receive my refund, which hinges on whether the package arrives, I won't be using eBay in the future. I will choose businesses that prioritize customer satisfaction and show genuine commitment. eBay's practices should be known to consumers to help them decide whether to engage in transactions with them.

I noticed an unauthorized charge of $[redacted].72 on my Amazon Visa card from 11/19/[redacted]. I checked my eBay order history, but there is no record of this charge as the last order was in May [redacted]. I am concerned that this might be fraudulent. I noticed my account has been suspended. Firstly, may I ask why? Secondly, I believe I have not violated any policies and request my account to be reinstated. I purchased an iPad that was shipped. It reached a FedEx facility in Ultan, Georgia, only 50 miles away from my home, but has not moved for almost two weeks. The tracking still shows it at the FedEx location in Georgia. I have contacted FedEx, but they have been unable to locate the package. I have reached out to the seller three times with no response. I am trying to determine if I can either receive another iPad or get a refund, but I have had no success contacting eBay or the seller.

I purchased a phone on eBay, but upon arrival, it appeared used instead of new as described. The seller promised a refund, but now, they're pressuring me into making a deal outside of eBay. The buyer requested a refund for an item they have not received yet. They are stating that the item does not match the description in my post, which is incorrect. I clearly listed the details of the iPhone 12 in the description, and the buyer seems to be changing their mind due to buyer's remorse. I have already shipped the package, so I kindly request the release of my funds.

I purchased an item and the seller requested I contact them via email after payment to arrange a refund. I declined and insisted on the item being shipped. The seller mentioned canceling and refunding, which I believe has been done based on my account status. However, I am now facing a potential wait of up to 30 days for the refund. This situation is disappointing, and it appears as if Ebay's policies might enable fraudulent practices, allowing sellers to exploit buyers by offering fake items to essentially obtain an interest-free loan for 30 days. Should I resort to similar tactics to recover my funds in time for Christmas?

Dear Support Team, I recently received a notification stating that my eBay account, "mrbyrd27", has been suspended indefinitely. Unfortunately, the message I received did not provide any specific reasons for the suspension. I had minimal activity on my account, having only sold one item last week and had two active auctions at the time of suspension. On the evening of December 11th, [redacted], I accepted an offer from a buyer for one of my auction items. Shortly after, the buyer requested to cancel the order, citing a misinterpretation of the item description. I complied with the request, relisted the item, and went to bed. To my surprise, the next morning I discovered my account suspension without further explanation. As a new seller on eBay with aspirations to grow my online business, I am eager to have my account reinstated. I recently purchased item # [redacted]35 from an eBay seller named (authorizeduser). My order number is #09-06[redacted]9, and the purchase amount was $45. I have tried contacting the seller three times regarding my purchase and shipping details, but I have not received any response. I need assistance with a refund request from a buyer on eBay. I have already contacted eBay about the issue. The buyer delayed returning the item until the last minute, and the refund policy states a 14-day window. The seller is aware the item will be arriving late. According to eBay's policy, if the item is not returned within the specified time frame, the seller is not obligated to provide a refund. I am seeking guidance on how to proceed in this situation. Dear HiFi Tower Deals, I purchased the Kleinstein Food Mixer on 16/09/19 from EBay with order number 08-03[redacted]2. I used it weekly to make cakes or biscuits. Unfortunately, after 14 months of use, the cookie attachment sheared off, and I cannot attach any mixing tools to it. As a disabled person with an amputated left arm, this appliance was very helpful.
