When two weeks passed, I opened a case on November **. The seller wrote back saying because of covid transit was much slower, and it just hadn't arrived. I agreed to wait. Then she asked me to please close the case against her. I feel it was reasonable to accede, since the slower shipment was not her fault, and perhaps the open case looked bad on her record. I closed the case. Since then:***) I have seen that closing the case has had one bad consequence. The system seems to only allow you one case per purchase. It is neither letting me reopen it nor create a new one. If I'd known this was going to happen, I would never have closed it. Ebay no longer takes phone calls or emails. Other than through opening a case, which it is not letting me do, I don't know how to let it know this is happening.***) The seller has never contacted me to see if I'd received the article. I have written her and I have not heard back.***) She continues to sell this article on Ebay. Despite telling me that shipments have become much slower because of covid, she continues advertising that delivery will be in about a week.
