Hello, my name is Tasha W. and I am currently facing an indefinite suspension from eBay. I am unable to access my account or reply to any messages. I am puzzled as to why this has happened as I have only used email a few times and listed a compound bow recently. If there are any other issues with my account, please reach out. I am without a phone currently, but will have one later today. I am feeling frustrated and upset about this situation. Thank you.

I'm having an issue with eBay. I've been banned without a clear reason provided. I find this unprofessional and want facts about why this happened. I expect eBay to call me to explain the ban, issue an apology once the mistake is realized, and reconsider being part of a platform that judges without clarity or assistance.

I need help with my suspended eBay account. After contacting eBay, they said they could assist me but all my bank funds were taken. When I reached out, they informed me my account was hacked and requested a $[redacted] Apple gift card and my phone. If they were trying to help with a hack, why did they take my money and request more?

I am concerned about the misrepresentation I often encounter on eBay. I purchase Franz Tea Cups that are lightweight, yet sellers are charging exorbitant shipping fees claiming to use USPS First Class mail. I am currently in a negotiation with a seller who is asking for $15 for first-class shipping when it should be much lower. Some are even charging up to $50 for shipping, which is far above the actual cost. This practice of inflating shipping charges to make up for low product prices is dishonest. Sellers should charge accurate shipping fees that reflect the actual postage costs, rather than overcharging buyers and keeping the extra money. This misleading behavior has me considering whether to continue buying from eBay, despite being a frequent shopper on the platform. Best, CK

I came across an ATV listing on Facebook Marketplace where the seller, Linda Bateman, claims to be in the military and stationed at McChord Air Force Base, WA. She mentioned that her husband passed away and that she had arranged for eBay to handle the sale and delivery of the ATV while she is away on military duties. She assured me of a 2-3 day delivery to my address for inspection before any payment is required. I just need to provide my contact details for eBay to proceed. However, I'm not sure if this is a legitimate transaction or a scam. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

I am extremely disappointed with this seller's deceitful practices. After making a purchase, I was provided with a fake tracking number and no items were ever received, despite having surveillance cameras capturing all delivery attempts. This seems to be a recurring issue based on the seller's history, raising concerns about Ebay's oversight on sellers defrauding customers. The product in question, the "Salute to Service" sweatshirts, holds sentimental value for those supporting our Armed Forces, making this fraudulent behavior especially disheartening. I urge for either the delivery of the purchased item or a refund. It is appalling that Ebay has not taken appropriate action to prevent this seller from continuing their dishonest actions.

I purchased an item from "Homelinker" with a [redacted]% satisfaction guarantee. The item number is #[redacted]6. When I tried to return it, the seller said, "DO NOT SEND THIS BACK." Despite opening a dispute on eBay, it was closed with information on the return process. I can't get an RMA # from the unhelpful seller. Their responses seem to come from China, not California as advertised. I need assistance in returning the item for a refund, please. Thank you.

I tried to place a bid on EBay, but my account was unexpectedly blocked. I am certain I did not violate any rules. Additionally, while attempting to file a case, I mistakenly pressed the wrong key and couldn't close it. The crystals I received were scratched and damaged, although I only reported it once, it seems EBay duplicated the complaint. I primarily buy on EBay and am eager to have my account unblocked. I couldn't locate a valid phone number to contact for assistance.

I am currently unable to receive a text code as I do not have a cell phone. Recently, eBay placed a block on my account, and I urgently need it removed. I have been attempting to contact a customer service representative via phone, but all the numbers I have tried are not functional. The chat line directed me to call during business hours, and despite my continuous efforts over the past three days, I have been unsuccessful in reaching a representative as the call gets disconnected repeatedly. Please, I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to speak with a live representative as soon as possible. Kindly refrain from suggesting alternative solutions involving a text code, as I solely have access to a landline and cannot receive texts.

I don't have any outstanding charges for the Radeon video card. The buyer and I discussed the damage during shipping, and we agreed that I could file an insurance claim with the post office. However, the buyer opened a dispute before the claim was resolved, leading to a double refund. I had assured him that I would refund the money once the claim was settled. As the item was not sold, and the buyer received more than the original payment, I am not responsible for repaying the amount again.

We bought a honey extractor on eBay, but it arrived damaged. After several email exchanges with the seller that lasted about 3 weeks, they agreed to send a return label which took a couple more weeks to receive. After we returned the product, we waited a few more weeks before inquiring about the refund. The seller claimed they refunded the money to our PayPal account, but we never received it. They have since stopped responding to our emails. I have an order number 01-06[redacted]5 for the Samsung S10 Plus phone. I reached out to the seller regarding an issue I experienced. After doing a factory reset and changing the charging adapter, the problem seems to have resolved. I have invested in accessories for the phone and would prefer not to return it now. I am unsure if the issue will reoccur, but at this moment, I wish to cancel the return process.

I tried to use an eBay Gift Card multiple times, but it kept charging my Discover Card instead. When I tried to add the gift card to my account, it was deemed invalid. I spoke to a customer service representative named John, who mentioned my account might have been hacked by entities from China and New Mexico, rendering the gift card unusable. Although I removed my Discover Card and didn't make a purchase, the gift card still wouldn't work when I tried to add it to my account. I need assistance. I recently encountered a fraudulent seller, and I am looking to report them and recover my money. The seller, claiming to be a corpsman in the U.S. Army named A.H., sold me a [redacted] Toyota RAV4 for $[redacted] along with a shipping deposit. The transaction was completed using gift cards, and after the seller stopped responding, I contacted eBay, who advised me to file a claim with the FTC. I have followed their instructions, and now I am focused on reporting these fraudulent sellers and reclaiming the funds I lost.

I bought a Marvel Lego set on eBay on November 25th, and it hasn't arrived like the other orders. The seller claims it was delivered and came through my mailbox, but that never happened. They also said it's still out for delivery, but it was supposed to arrive last week. I'm starting to think the seller might be fraudulent because my other purchases from the same date have arrived, and my post has been coming through without any issues.

I recently bought a tool on eBay with Order # 08-06[redacted]3 for $21.43. I intended to use my $15.00 coupon with the code MG 1714KSB TW2295 QM. Unfortunately, the payment went through on PayPal without giving me the chance to apply the coupon which expires soon. I have been unable to reach customer service to resolve this issue. If you cannot credit the coupon to this order, please cancel it. The process seems user-unfriendly.

I purchased an Instant Face, Neck, and Eye Lift 40-piece set on November 15. Despite the seller's explanation of delayed shipment due to Covid, I decided to close the case I opened on November 30. However, this resulted in me being unable to open a new case or contact Ebay in any other way to address the issues I am experiencing with the product delivery and communication from the seller. The seller has not checked in on the delivery status, and I find it concerning that she is still advertising quick delivery times despite acknowledging delays. The product received does not match the description. I have sent multiple emails asking for a refund and a return label. Despite providing requested pictures, I have been met with offers of a slight monetary compensation to keep the item. They have even suggested that I commit mail fraud by dishonestly resealing the package and marking it as unopened for return. After requesting a return shipping label twice, I received an unprintable HTML file. If I cannot resolve this matter through eBay, I will have to escalate it to PayPal.
