I'm experiencing two issues with my recent purchase. Firstly, I was inadvertently charged twice for an item, despite only intending to place one order. I informed the customer service team about this, providing them with both receipts. The second problem is related to the purchased items - two Xbox [redacted] controllers - which, unfortunately, are not functioning properly. I've been trying to contact the seller to initiate a return and receive a refund, but have encountered difficulties in reaching them.

I am experiencing difficulty obtaining a refund for a recent purchase of four hay bags. The seller advertised free returns; however, after just one day of use, the bags fell apart due to low-quality stitching. Upon sending photos, the seller acknowledged the poor quality but redirected me to the supplier for the refund. Initially, an offer of $8 was made for the $66 purchase, which was later increased to $20. I declined this amount, but the seller has since stopped responding to my messages. I accidentally purchased a throw pillow due to my child pressing buttons on my phone, leading to an order I did not intend to make. Despite reaching out to the seller within two minutes of the purchase, they refused to cancel the order and were uncooperative. I mentioned I would seek assistance on Ebay. Even though their policy states no cancellations, I find it unreasonable given the circumstances. The seller quickly marked the item as shipped, which seems implausible within such a short timeframe. I am reaching out about a battery charger I bought on September 16, [redacted], for $[redacted].25 from Automotive Superstore with order number #[redacted]48. I used my Visa card for the purchase. Despite my numerous attempts to contact them via email and phone, I have not received any responses regarding the product. Additionally, on September 17, [redacted], another charge of $[redacted].95 appeared on my Visa account with the transaction number 0*17-05[redacted]8, totaling $[redacted].20 for the same product. I suspect there may be an issue with the store, and I kindly request a refund for the duplicate charge since I haven't received the item. I placed an order for an akshide glass case on the 19th of November. I had contacted someone the other day but can't find the conversation now. They opened a case against the seller, and I received an email last night from the seller asking if I received the purchase. Unfortunately, I haven't. The order number is 26-[redacted], and the item number is [redacted]91. I just want to know when my parcel will arrive. It's frustrating having to deal with all of this, especially since I'm not very tech-savvy.

I purchased black Adidas trainers, item number [redacted]14, which the buyer claims were not delivered. However, Hermes tracking shows they were delivered on Nov 30 at 3:41. I suggested checking with neighbors or contacting local Hermes for details. Tracking info showed "Enquiry resolved" on Dec 3, but the buyer threatened legal action. Is this necessary?

I purchased an akshide glass case on November 19th, and it still has not arrived. I am not very experienced with online shopping, particularly on eBay. I managed to chat with two individuals the other day who informed me they have taken action against the seller. Last night, I received an email from the seller asking if the item had arrived. However, when I try to click on the resolution page to respond, it will not allow me to do so. This situation is difficult to resolve, and as a 70-year-old, I just want the product I ordered. I made two separate purchases from a seller, and while I received one package, the other one was sent through a different courier and has not arrived as expected by 28/11/20. Despite my clear communication to the seller that I wanted the item and not a refund, they unilaterally issued a refund via PayPal, even though my original payment method was a card. Since I do not have a PayPal account, I will not be able to receive the refund. I have opened a case on eBay and contacted the seller multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. Yesterday, I bought 3 eBay gift cards totaling $[redacted] each from the Target store on Forest Hill Ave in Richmond, Virginia, to buy a car on eBay Motors. This morning, I requested a refund and two representatives used the AnyDesk app to access my account and requested photos of the gift cards and receipts for the refund process. The first representative mentioned doing a dummy transaction to refund the money promptly. However, now every representative I speak with hangs up on me, and I have not received my refund of $[redacted].25. These two representatives have withdrawn funds from both my savings and checking accounts. I urgently need my money to be returned.

I recently bought two Cateye AMPP800 front lights from seller mcdo_719. The items are fine, but the manufacturer failed to mention in the description that the light is a sealed unit and that the rechargeable battery cannot be replaced. If I had known this, I wouldn't have purchased these lights as they are essentially disposable. I kindly request eBay to reach out to Cateye in Japan to update the description of the light to clarify that it is a sealed unit with a non-replaceable battery. The omission of this critical information in the description is misleading, and had I been aware, I wouldn't have made the purchase. Thank you. - Paul

On November 25, [redacted], I placed a $[redacted] bid on an iPhone Xs Max 256GB, brand new, 4G, factory unlocked, in space gray color on eBay. After winning the bid, I paid $[redacted] for the phone plus $8.97 for shipping to Miami, Florida via Aeropost. Unfortunately, upon receiving the package, I discovered it was empty and there was no phone inside. The shipping company provided pictures of the empty box, revealing the seller listed it as an iPhone 6, not the iPhone Xs Max I had purchased. This situation has left me feeling upset, especially since the phone was intended for my son's school achievement during these challenging times of COVID-19. As a first-time eBay shopper, this experience has made me hesitant to continue shopping on the platform.

After attempting to update the delivery address, I received a notice of account suspension and am now unable to access support services on the platform. Order # [redacted][redacted]: I placed a bid on an item and reached out to the seller via email to inquire about the type of receiver included with the Dakota Driveway Alarm system. Unfortunately, despite waiting several weeks, I did not receive a response from the seller, leading me to believe that the item does not include a receiver. Subsequently, I purchased a different driveway alarm from another seller and no longer wish to proceed with the purchase from the eBay listing. I attempted to remove the item from my cart but encountered difficulties. My eBay account was hacked, leading to an unauthorized transaction. Even though customer service fixed my account, I can't log in as the hacker changed the contact details. I encountered an issue when trying to sign in from my tablet after my cell phone battery died. My account got suspended because they detected a different device. The provided customer service number was not working, and the alternatives given were also unsuccessful. They suggested contacting me via phone, but I only have a Panama number, not US or Canadian. I am 72 years old with diabetes, and due to the lack of respect for the virus, I decided to stay away. I also have a number in Thailand, but I cannot access it as the airports there are still closed.

I recently watched a video that mentioned eBay could reduce visibility to your listings if you've had recent returns. I recently had a swimsuit bottom returned due to size, and now my sales have decreased. I am concerned if eBay has limited my visibility as suggested. I hope this can be rectified soon. I am in the process of purchasing a vehicle and want to ensure it is not a scam. The seller is requesting payment through eBay cards or Best Buy cards and to reply to the email with the card number and pin. The email appears to be from ebay motors, with the address [redacted] The invoice number provided is EBP[redacted]. I am hesitant about this payment method and the urgency to send payment within 24 hours of receiving the invoice.

The seller later informed me that they only had [redacted] available and refunded me $65.39 through eBay.
