Purchased an Ebay item * months ago. Was initially happy with product and wrote positive review. But item has already failed (falling apart) despite light use. Seller won't stand by integrity of product. Would minimally like to alert Ebay community of the product's shoddy construction and possible health risk (food preparation product) or get a replacement part but there doesn't seem any way to do this.
