As a member without a password at the time of purchase, I bought 2 items as a guest on eBay but did not receive a confirmation email. eBay sent a link to contact the seller, but since I need to create an account and cannot sign in, it's difficult. I am trying to locate the seller randomly on eBay to inquire about my order, request the tracking number, as I haven’t received the items. The first order, 08-06[redacted]9 by seller awhm786, and the second order, 06-06[redacted]7 by seller CS43ls, arrived incorrect. The process to email sellers as a guest purchase requires creating an account, making it challenging to resolve the issue or return the item. Assistance is needed as contacting eBay directly seems impossible. Please help, it's frustrating not being able to resolve this issue.

I have three items that need to be returned to the sellers. Two of them are the same item to the same seller. The first item has the number [redacted]58. The seller is refusing to provide a return label, and they want me to send the item back to Australia, which I cannot afford. The second item is numbered [redacted]84, and it is also not what I expected. They are asking for it to be returned to China, which is not feasible for me. These items were shipped from U.S. addresses, so I don't understand why they can't be returned there. I am feeling frustrated and overwhelmed by this situation. To whom it may concern, I recently made a purchase from Sportsmemorabilia.com for an autographed Diego Maradona jersey, but the seller informed me that the inventory was no longer available due to his passing. They cited overselling and extenuating circumstances for not being able to fulfill the order. My brother contacted them, and they confirmed they had to pull all inventory on hold for this item and could not proceed with the sale. I believe this is a violation of eBay policy and should be addressed accordingly. Here is the message I received from SportsMemorabilia.com regarding the cancellation of my order: "Thank you for your recent Diego Maradona order. We regret to inform you that due to the untimely event of his passing, we are unable to fulfill your order at this time. This item was oversold and given the extenuating circumstances we are not able to offer you an alternative item. We have cancelled your order and refunded you today. ..." I ordered a 5-piece kitchen dining set on November 3, [redacted], from the seller Kliment_36, charged $82.16 to my credit card. They provided me with tracking number Ly[redacted]4ocn. I have not yet received my product. This morning, when I checked my page, it indicated that the item was out for delivery in Wichita, KS, while my shipping address is in Memphis, TN. I believe I am being scammed. I have attempted to contact the seller multiple times, but have received no response. I would like someone to investigate this matter. My eBay ID is Erijacks_51. I bought a wireless speaker on eBay, but the listing didn't mention that it only works with specific devices, which I don't have. The seller is refusing returns, and when I contacted eBay, they were unhelpful. I recently reported a buyer due to a change in the method of receiving the item. After further communication and considering his good eBay rating, I believe everything will be fine. I don't want any negative impact on his account. Please retract the complaint I made earlier as I may have misjudged the situation. I plan to relist the Ovation guitar. The buyer, Brian S., still wants to purchase it and has traveled from NY to Myrtle Beach. If possible, please prevent the cancellation so the transaction can proceed. Shortly after purchasing the item, I encountered a family emergency and needed a refund. I contacted the seller who instructed me to deny the package, promising a refund upon its return. However, despite the agreed-upon plan, FedEx notified me on the 25th that the package had just shipped. After confronting the seller, they provided a weak excuse and stuck to the same refund process. On the 26th, I took matters into my own hands, cancelled the shipment through FedEx, and obtained a return package number. Despite my efforts, the seller proved uncooperative, and eBay was of no assistance. This frustrating experience has left me disillusioned, and I am eager to close my eBay account and move on from this ordeal.

I encountered an issue with using my eBay Gift Card worth $[redacted] on 11/27/20. Despite multiple attempts, both by myself and with the help of my granddaughter, the card was not recognized at checkout. In October, I returned an item to a seller for a refund through eBay. Despite the seller acknowledging the return and eBay confirming the delivery to the seller, I have not received my refund. After eBay investigation, they declined the refund stating the seller asked them to step in for a no refund resolution. My Green Dot card was charged $[redacted].14, and even though I cancelled it, the refund has not been issued. The initial price listed was $60, but I was charged more, which led to the return. However, I'm confused as to why eBay refused the refund. I contacted Green Dot for a dispute, received a credit, but it was reversed when eBay declined to refund them. It's disheartening to see eBay changing prices after payment and not issuing refunds as agreed upon. I provided all necessary return details as per eBay's requirements. It's unfair for eBay to alter the price on my card and deny the refund. I seek resolution for the refund issue.

I recently helped a friend with his stimulus check, and unfortunately he fell victim to a scam. He sent $[redacted].00 in Walgreens gift cards to EBay auto for a [redacted] Silverado [redacted] SS, only to be asked for an additional $[redacted].00 for insurance that we cannot afford. Upon requesting a refund, both Diana Rodney and EBay auto began avoiding us whenever Eugene Gutierrez was mentioned. I have tried reaching out to Facebook, EBay auto, and auto market for a refund to no avail. It has been three weeks since the transaction, and I have only saved messages and an invoice from EBay auto as proof. I have been in contact with an eBay representative multiple times regarding a refund issue. The representative instructed me to buy an equal amount in gift cards to transfer the funds from the previous cards. After sharing my screen and attempting to transfer the money to my account without success, I purchased more gift cards, only to be told by the representative that there was an issue loading them. Despite the quick deduction from my account, getting the money back seems like an arduous process requiring a different bank account. However, when I enter this number, it says it's not available because the seller closed their page and deceived me. Both the seller's page and the item are a FRAUD. I used a guest account to purchase an item since I had trouble logging into my regular account. I am now receiving emails related to my guest account, but I can't access it. I am frustrated with Ebay's handling of this. The email is regarding an order I wish to receive, and the seller requires a reply. However, I am unable to reply as I can only view the message in my email. I never set a password for the guest account and need Ebay's assistance in accessing it. This experience has made me hesitant to use Ebay for future orders.
