I am having an issue with my recent order. The order number is [redacted] and I only received one out of the four items I purchased. I contacted the seller, and they mentioned sending another package, to which I agreed. However, as of now, I have not received the remaining items nor any shipping updates despite my follow-up. I reached out to eBay for assistance, and my case was closed based on the seller's statement of delivery. While it is true that one item was delivered, I still have three items outstanding from my order. I am confused as to why my request was denied. I would appreciate receiving the items I paid for or a refund if the items cannot be delivered.

I am having trouble getting a response regarding my refund for a truck purchase. eBay required an additional $[redacted] in refundable insurance, which I couldn't afford. I am seeking a refund of the $[redacted] as promised by eBay and the seller. I hope the refund process will not involve eBay gift cards, as previously mentioned. Thank you.

I purchased the "Durable Stainless Steel Vietnamese Coffee Simple Drip Filter Maker Mug Infuser" in July [redacted]. This is the second time I have reached out to the seller. Initially, they promised to resend the item, guaranteeing delivery by the first week of November. Regrettably, the package did not arrive. Following up, I received an email response, but when attempting to view the details by clicking the blue button labeled "VIEW CASE DETAILS," I am redirected to the eBay page encountering a message saying, "WE ARE HAVING TECHNICAL PROBLEMS, PLEASE TRY AGAIN." Despite trying for three days, I am still facing the same issue, preventing me from reading the latest response or taking any further action.

My account was suspended due to an unpaid invoice of over $10. The reason I didn't pay was that a buyer on eBay didn't pay for an item I sold, so the transaction wasn't completed through PayPal. I know all transactions must go through PayPal since eBay owns it. I haven't been able to use eBay due to a family member's serious medical condition since May, which has taken up my time and attention. Today, I realized I'm no longer a registered eBay member and would like to address this issue.

I recently inquired about a trailer on Marketplace and initially contacted Maya Kennedy. However, her supposed sister responded, instructing me to email Maya at [redacted] After multiple attempts, I got no response from Maya. She mentioned eBay would contact me, but after four days, I've heard nothing. She then asked me to purchase eBay cards totaling $1,[redacted].00. The listing appeared suspicious as it was in multiple states with the same images. When I visited Walgreens to buy the cards, the clerk warned me about fraud. I'm hesitant to proceed without a signed title or the trailer. This situation is concerning as it's my first time encountering such a request on Marketplace. I am having trouble accessing my eBay account to return a camera I purchased. Despite changing my password successfully, I am unable to log in, and time is running out to return the camera. I received a texted code but prefer communications via email. I have reached out to the seller, but they have not responded regarding the return of the camera within the 14-day window. I am left with two identical cameras and wish to return the one I no longer need. I initially believed my camera was faulty, but a simple battery replacement fixed it. The same issue was present in the ordered camera. Can I still get a refund for the unused camera?

I recently got banned from eBay right after posting my first listing. I kept receiving an error message asking me to upgrade my listing capacity, which was confusing since it was my first time listing anything. I attempted to adjust my PayPal and payment settings multiple times, but the issue persisted. After some troubleshooting, I changed the price and details of the listing, eventually discovering that altering the number of items for sale from 21 to 6 allowed me to publish the listing successfully. However, approximately 30 minutes later, I received a permanent ban notification from eBay via email. Now, I am unable to reach out to eBay for assistance as I encounter an error every time I attempt to log in without any option to contact support. I simply wish for an opportunity to clarify the situation and demonstrate that my intentions were innocent. All I wanted to do was sell some Pokémon packs. Thank you.

Beste, Op 7 november ontving ik een e-mail waarin stond dat mijn eBay-account was geschorst. Ik begrijp niet wat de reden hiervoor is. Ik heb al vijf e-mails gestuurd met de vraag waarom dit is gebeurd, omdat ik geen idee heb. Telkens ontving ik een geautomatiseerd antwoord dat mij geen duidelijkheid gaf. Ik heb zelf opgezocht dat een schorsing kan plaatsvinden vanwege een ernstige overtreding of achterstallige betalingen, maar ik heb geen berichten gevonden die verband houden met betalingen. Ik weet echt niet wat er mis kan zijn gegaan. Ik ben een 18-jarige student die eBay probeert te begrijpen en iets wil verkopen. I currently have a [redacted]% seller rating. Recently, I received an offer for a discount on an item and accepted it. To my surprise, this action seems to have locked me into the purchase without any prior notice. Despite making four attempts to reach out to the seller for clarifications on the item and the possibility of canceling the purchase, I have not received any response. Strangely, the seller has now opened an unpaid item case with a payment deadline of 11/14/20. I am willing to pay for the item, but I am concerned about the lack of seller communication. Why are my attempts to contact customer service on eBay being restricted?

I received a message from eBay stating that my account has been temporarily locked due to potential unauthorized usage. I'm based in Ecuador and primarily speak Spanish. When I called the provided contact number ([redacted]), I struggled with the English-speaking automated service and was eventually disconnected after being transferred to an operator. I prefer to communicate via chat or email, but those options seem unavailable. I recently updated my email and PayPal account, which might have triggered this security measure. I recently purchased a Bootcamp grammar course DVD set from the seller bensoddsends, who advertised it as brand new. I paid $42.50, expecting a new item, not a damaged one. Despite my concerns, the seller informed me at 4:32 am today that the item had been shipped out unless I responded by 2:30 pm regarding the condition of the package. I feel this timeframe was unreasonable. Here is the message I received from bensoddsends: *Message included* I believe the seller should have allowed me more time to address the issue before shipping the damaged product. On November 8th, I purchased item [redacted]44 from seller Natalex5057. I have concerns that this item may not exist as the seller, who is not identified as a business, has been repeatedly listing similar dolls in large quantities when most shops are out of stock or expecting them in December. Despite stating my item was dispatched on the evening of November 8th, I received no tracking information. The seller claimed it was sent via DPD, a service that typically takes a maximum of 2 days. However, my requests for tracking have been ignored. I plan to open a case tomorrow. My worry, after researching, is that the seller could provide false tracking information, leaving buyers vulnerable to fraud. Examining feedback revealed potentially fake accounts associated with the seller, all created in [redacted]. The seller's behavior of repeatedly taking down and relisting items, coupled with a high volume of sales, appears suspicious. I have reported these concerns but the listings persist. I aim to warn others and seek a refund to prevent further scams.
