So basically what occurred was that I had ordered an item on the day of October ** and that same day a few hours later, I received a message saying that my item was already delivered and that the process of delivery had started since October **. The seller had provided me a wrong tracking number by accident and had contacted me the same day as well saying sorry for the inconvenience and that they would provide me with the the right tracking number for my item. But I still have not yet received my item and the seller never gave me the new tracking number. Originally EBay had closed the case but I contacted them Saturday in which they said that they would investigate further but it’s been more than ** hours so I just wanted to know what’s going on with the case. I need to speak to someone in Spanish please!
