My order number 14-05[redacted]6 was supposed to be delivered on Oct 7, but I never received it. I contacted UPS and learned that it was sent to a different business address in Medford, NY. Despite informing the seller through email, I haven't received a response. Now, Ebay is asking me to return the item for a credit, but I don't physically have the item. It's frustrating that Ebay's customer service number is not reachable, leaving customers like me without proper assistance.

The seller hasn't provided me with a return label since the item I purchased doesn't work on my car. I've been in contact with them for ten days, insisting that I didn't order the wrong part as they claimed. According to their listing, the item should fit my 05-08 Sl500 R230 with a 12-pin head unit, which matches my 05 Sl500 R230. I've spent additional money at a radio shop for installation and now face a $40 cost to return the item. Their customer service has been unhelpful, claiming I ordered the wrong command unit when all Sl500 R230 models have the same radio for that year. I urgently need a refund before the 20th as Adapter Universe is delaying the process. Despite my efforts, they haven't sent a return label, and I'm reaching out to eBay for assistance.

Request #[redacted] Order# 02-05[redacted]6 Hello, I bought this item in July as a birthday gift. The order shows it was delivered, but I couldn't find it in my mailbox. After checking, I noticed it was delivered to an individual, despite my sister confirming she didn't receive any packages for me. I reached out to USPS, who initiated a claim and promised to investigate. Despite their efforts, they couldn't locate the item and closed the case. They mentioned that as the recipient, I couldn't file the claim, advising me to seek a refund from the seller. Sadly, I have yet to receive the item after almost three months. It's frustrating to pay for an undelivered package. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I placed an order on August 17, [redacted], but the item didn't arrive as expected. Despite requesting clarification on the delivery time multiple times, the seller provided false information about the shipment status. Before the item was dispatched, I asked for a refund based on eBay's [redacted]% money-back guarantee. However, the seller attempted to manipulate the situation by promising a refund if I removed my negative review. In a surprising turn of events, the seller suddenly shipped the product I no longer wanted and successfully persuaded eBay to close the case in their favor, even after I had clearly requested a refund prior to shipment. Due to this unfair outcome, I am now seeking a review of the decision as eBay seems to have overlooked my repeated requests for a refund. In my experience, Adamcraft, the eBay store in question, appears to be untrustworthy and dishonest.

To whom it may concern, I have been trying to get in touch with eBay support for several weeks without success. As a seller ("CPCS"), I shipped items (#[redacted]65) promptly on Aug 27, [redacted], using USPS First Class Mail with tracking (#[redacted][redacted]48) in a padded envelope. Despite a delayed delivery due to Covid-19, the buyer ("JTDUN") demanded a refund prematurely. This led to a negative feedback that misrepresented the situation. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to resolve this issue with eBay, I am now facing sales repercussions due to inaccurate feedback. A friend sent $[redacted] to my PayPal account using my phone number earlier today. Upon checking my PayPal messages, I saw a notice about a 21-day account suspension. I reached out to eBay, and they explained there was a small payment discrepancy which they promptly resolved, lifting the suspension. However, I am unable to locate the $[redacted] my friend sent. I listed a vintage brooch on eBay that belonged to my late grandparent. I had a £50 reserve on it as I was uncertain about its value. The auction ended, and the buyer offered £25, which I accepted. Upon receiving the brooch, the buyer accused me of fraud, claiming it was not as described. She insists it's not vintage and demanded a partial refund. She has been harassing me with accusations and I suggested she contact eBay for resolution. The buyer then opened a return request, citing that the item was not as described. Now I'm facing a return under the eBay Moneyback Guarantee Program. The buyer's behavior has been rude and unfair, and I believe I should have some rights in this situation. I have placed several orders with your company over the years, and this is my first time requesting a refund, which I hope will be the only one necessary. I recently ordered from Order # [redacted]70 to colorettoink on Sept. 7, [redacted]. Upon review the next morning, I discovered a mistake in the order. I promptly contacted the company to cancel the order as advised, but despite not signing for it, the package was left on my porch, making it impossible for me to return it. After encountering technical difficulties with the shipping label provided by eBay, I decided to pay $8.45 to mail it back myself. The seller acknowledged receiving it back on Oct. 7, well within the deadline, but I have yet to receive the credit to my account. Kindly assist in resolving this issue promptly. I purchased a truck from Debra Field in Fort Belvoir, VA, with a money-back guarantee. The invoice number is [redacted]76, dated October 10th, [redacted]. My eBay username is dohoug_99. Debra asked me to pay with eight eBay cards, each worth $[redacted]. I have not received the truck and she is no longer responding to my emails. I recently called customer service and spent over 30 minutes on the phone regarding an unauthorized account creation using my information resulting in a charge of $[redacted].80. After receiving an email from them instructing me to communicate via email, I promptly did so. However, one of their responses stated they couldn't assist me if I was in law enforcement. With upcoming travel plans, I am unable to immediately involve local authorities as suggested. It is frustrating that they refuse to cancel the account without this step. Additionally, the contact information provided by the eBay representative does not seem applicable to non-law enforcement individuals.

I transferred this discussion to an offline SR# 1-[redacted]19. I have not received my $42.50 refund from a buyer who initially claimed they didn't receive the item, leading me to refund them. Later, they confessed they did receive it. eBay assured me I would be refunded within 48 hours, but it hasn't happened since October 15. My husband Larry has been selling items on eBay for many years. Recently, his account was suspended without a clear reason. Despite being told different explanations, such as having multiple accounts or selling items eBay did not like, none seem valid. Larry has only ever had one account and has sold the same items consistently. This suspension has deeply affected him, causing severe depression. Selling on eBay was his passion and our main source of income. He would go above and beyond for his customers, often including freebies in shipments. We are in a difficult situation as we haven't received a satisfactory explanation from eBay. Seeking legal advice, we were offered pro-bono help due to the impact on Larry's well-being. Hi, I am having trouble printing the return label for the item I want to send back. Every time I try to print it, I get an error message. Even when I email it to myself, I face the same issue. Since I reside in a nursing home and do not have access to a working printer, I am unable to print the label elsewhere. When I try to save the label as a PDF file, it generates a file of 0 KB size. I made a purchase from 'Wadevwrip2012' and although a shipping label was created, the item was never sent. After reaching out following 16 days, I was informed it was sent, but upon checking with USPS on day 21, they hadn't received it. The seller then claimed the tracking number was damaged and couldn't issue a refund. Despite my attempts to request a refund, there was no response. I escalated the issue with eBay, but no updates were provided on my pending case. Now, the case is closed due to inactivity. eBay's lack of live customer support or reopening closed cases is frustrating. I expect eBay to refund me for the amount owed, but the lack of communication options makes it difficult.

I received order number 09-05[redacted]2, and while the items arrived in perfect condition, none of the serial numbers on the tablets match the box. This discrepancy is preventing me from obtaining the activation code needed to use the tablets. I was unaware of this issue beforehand and am currently in the process of requesting a return. Hello, I recently placed an order for two items on eBay. The order numbers are 03-05[redacted]9 and 03-05[redacted]1, sold by linf[redacted]1 ([redacted]). I contacted the seller via eBay to arrange a return for which they agreed and promised to cover the return postage costs. However, I have not received the return labels from the seller, and I need to return the items by October 26th. Unfortunately, I had to pay £11.20 for the return postage to send the items back to the seller in Beijing, China, and I have the receipt. I placed an offer on an item, but when I tried to increase it as per the seller's request, a message popped up saying I couldn't bid because I hadn't made a purchase in the last 10 days, which doesn't seem logical. I'm currently in the middle of negotiations and this restriction is preventing me from proceeding. My account has been in good standing with no issues for the past 16 months, so I'm unsure why this restriction is in place. It's causing inconvenience for both the seller and me, especially for this specific item (Troy Polamalu Signed Steelers mini helmet). I would appreciate it if these restrictions could be lifted. I received an email stating that I wouldn't get a refund for an item marked as delivered. I am concerned that my detailed explanation of the situation hasn't been acknowledged. I suspect the Seller is fraudulent, manipulating the tracking information. The item in question is a 6-Quart Digital Air Fryer, ordered for $68.19 under order number 12-05[redacted]2. Despite no shipping updates on 10/16, it was suddenly marked as delivered on 10/15, according to the email. UPS confirmed no valid tracking and suggested it might be fake. I believe a refund is necessary, especially considering the Seller's history of similar issues and poor communication. Shipping from California to Texas within two days seems improbable for standard shipping. This Seller should be thoroughly investigated.
