I have been attempting all day to disconnect from moonflower145 and create a new account with the correct email address. However, I am unable to activate the new account as it shows as not activated and then was subsequently suspended. Despite two live chat attempts, my issue remains unresolved. I require a passcode to speak with a human representative as I am unable to contact a seller or make any purchases. There are no outstanding fees or payments, no orders have been placed, and I have not received any emails regarding the suspension. I have reviewed all related articles but need direct assistance from a person to rectify the situation. Roughly a decade ago, I had closed an old account due to hacking concerns. No orders were shipped, and it took nearly a year to have the funds returned to my bank account. There are no outstanding fees with any sellers, and I reported the issue to eBay security at the time.

I purchased an eBay Mastercard to pay my satellite TV provider, thinking it was Dish Network, but it turned out to be Direct TV. Feeling deceived, I bought two cards totaling $[redacted].00. I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years, but the way I was treated made me want to switch providers. I tried to return the cards, but the store has a clear policy of no refunds. I recently received some negative feedback on a pair of shoes I sold. The buyer claimed the shoes didn't fit and asked for a refund. I had clearly listed the correct shoe size and added "All sales final, no refunds" in the description. I included this disclaimer because it's a pair of shoes, and once they are worn, they lose resale value. Please consider revising this feedback, as this situation was out of our control. Thank you.

I purchased a water pump oil seal for my [redacted] Yamaha Tri-Z [redacted], but it does not fit as advertised. The part I received is for a scooter, not my ATV. I contacted the seller for a refund and a shipping label, as they offered to accept the return. However, I was surprised to learn that I need to pay a $2.84 fee to receive the shipping label. I inquired about the fee since the mistake was on their end. I want to return the incorrect part promptly to get a refund and order the correct one without further delay. Typically, returning items is straightforward, but this process has been needlessly complicated. I hope to resolve this issue soon so I can get my ATV back in working order. Hello, my account got suspended, but it was not my fault. I received a refund for an item that didn't arrive due to current global circumstances, but the seller claimed it was delivered. Good morning. Yesterday, on 10/08/[redacted], I won the auction for item no. [redacted]91, a Canon XL1S video camera. However, after the auction ended, the seller canceled the order without my consent, claiming the camera fell and the lens broke. The seller then removed the listing from eBay to cover their tracks. I sold an item for nearly $[redacted] some time ago, but I haven't received the money yet. eBay already deducted $30 as their 10% fee for the sale, leaving me with no payment. I tried to resolve it by opening and closing an unpaid item case and reaching out to the buyer directly. However, all eBay suggested in the email response was to relist the item, even though it was shipped to a location far from me.

Hello, I purchased an exhaust manifold with catalytic converters and an installation kit for my [redacted] Pontiac Vibe. Unfortunately, the manifold was incorrect, so I had to cancel the order (#13-05[redacted]6) on the same day. I was refunded $[redacted] out of the $[redacted] total cost. The remaining $[redacted] was not refunded, which I believe is for the shipping charges. I was informed that the shipping charges would not be refunded as per the eBay Global Shipping Program. The support representative provided me with a Reference ID# ORD[redacted]4. I would appreciate it if someone could assist me with this issue promptly. I bought a 13,[redacted]-pound winch from eBay a few months ago. I installed it on a 24-ft car hauler and have used it twice, including today. The winch started going out on its own, causing my front strap to come loose while braking. Consequently, my vehicle rolled off the trailer into my truck's tailgate. I would appreciate an explanation regarding why my purchase is currently pending during the checkout process on eBay. The message displayed states, "We ran into a problem, Please try again." I have encountered this issue on three separate occasions while attempting to pay the merchant: once on 09/30/20 and twice on October 1st. After these unsuccessful transactions, I had to wait several days for the funds to be returned to my bank account. I bought an item on eBay with a Revlon product shown, but a cheap knock-off was delivered. I initiated a return, and the seller offered £5 and later £10 for me to keep it, failing to send the amount as promised. They claimed they couldn't fulfill the agreement due to the open return, which I then closed. They continued to delay the payment, now saying it will arrive in an additional 72 hours. I feel deceived as the item was falsely advertised, and I regret closing the return. I have all the messages from the seller and photos of the misleading advertising on eBay.

I need assistance with an order I placed on October 9th for a bassinet for a baby shower scheduled for October 22nd. The expected delivery date was October 19th around 2:20 PM. I paid $67 for it, but the seller informed me they might not meet the deadline. I requested a refund three times as I needed it for the baby shower, but haven't received a reply yet. I purchased a phone over the phone under false pretenses. It is not AT&T certified and I am concerned it may not work in the United States. I bought it through PayPal and now wish to request a refund. As a person with disabilities and limited finances, I cannot afford to deal with this situation. This has happened to me before, receiving a phone that is not suitable without prior notification. We have encountered an issue with our PayPal account setup for receiving payments from item sales. Despite listing three items for sale, we are unable to receive the money from a buyer's purchase. It seems that we are not configured to accept payments into our PayPal account. Although we have an eBay PayPal account for making purchases, we need to activate our account to receive funds. The buyer has paid for one of our items, but unless we resolve this setup problem, PayPal will refund the payment. We tried to address this through eBay Chats with no success. According to the buyer, it shows that we don't have a PayPal account and have not accepted the payment. We require assistance to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you.

Hello. I haven't accessed my eBay account for a long time but today I decided to start trading on it. I found out that my account has been blocked. When I try to log in from my phone, it says "Account action suspended," and if I try from my computer, it shows a message stating, "After reviewing your eBay account, we’ve noted several concerns within your account activity. As a result, we have suspended your account. If you feel this action was taken in error and would like to continue using your eBay account, we would like to verify your account and eBay account activity directly with you. Registering a new account may hinder any option to appeal your account. We've taken this precaution to protect our members while ensuring that the activity doesn't harm the eBay community unintentionally and appreciate your understanding." However, to contact support directly, I need to log in to the account, which I am unable to do. I don't even know why I was blocked.

I've received four emails from eBay regarding a return label, but each time I try to print it, I get an error message. I'm also attaching the latest message from the seller requesting photos of the cat tree condo which I already sent them previously when I first reached out about the issues. I am in contact with a seller who claims to be a member of the eBay Buyer Protection Program. The seller's email is [redacted] I want to confirm if this is legitimate because the seller had their brother post about selling an RV on Facebook Marketplace, leading me to their email contact. I couldn't find the RV listing on eBay. Today, I received the following email: From: Sabrina Rose <[redacted]> Date: 10/13/[redacted] 8:17 AM Subject: Re: [redacted] Airstream Bambi- great condition $[redacted] The email explains the payment process: eBay will confirm your payment, place it in a trust account, arrange free shipping, and hold the payment until you confirm receipt and satisfaction. If satisfied, the payment is released to the seller; if not, eBay will refund you after retrieving the item. A seller agreed to refund me $17.31 for a broken dish. However, eBay closed the resolution prematurely, leaving the issue unresolved. Despite their promise to refund the $17.31, they claimed to have sent the credit to eBay instead of my PayPal account. The situation has been confusing as their explanations keep changing. I have not received 7-9 items from sellers who claim they couldn't ship due to covid. They provided tracking numbers, but I still haven't received anything since April. I tried placing a new order and lost more money. Although I stayed in touch with the sellers, too much time has passed to file a claim. eBay hasn't been helpful, despite my attempts on their chat. I'm reluctant to order again. I've been a loyal eBay customer with a great buying history. I hope for assistance rather than losing my money unfairly.
