My email account [redacted] has been suspended. I received a message stating concerns about my eBay account activity, resulting in the suspension. I am a new seller who started selling my products from a US warehouse via USPS within the past two months. eBay has suspended my account for review. I would like to discuss this with eBay, but I struggle with English and require assistance.

Subject: Issue with Order [redacted] I am reaching out regarding an order I placed with you. The product received is defective and despite my attempts to resolve the issue with Impact Computers & Electronics, they have cited their refund policy which supposedly includes repairs and returns. However, I believe I am covered under a 90-day warranty as per my understanding. They have redirected me to contact eBay directly since they claim the warranty matter falls under your responsibility. Given the current situation with virtual schooling due to COVID-19 in Baltimore County, Maryland, the motherboard I purchased is crucial. Could you please confirm if you will honor the 90-day warranty? I have also forwarded an email (9XHON) detailing the situation. Impact Computers' refusal to assist has left me feeling defrauded. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter as I have been unable to reach you through other channels.

I am experiencing a significant issue with one of your sellers, (JBRBX). I placed an order for a Marvelettes CD, but I received a different disc instead. After requesting a return, the seller eventually refunded me but now insists on receiving the incorrect item back. He claims to have issued a return label, but I was unable to download it, likely because he refunded me before I shipped it back. The seller's communication has been confrontational and uncooperative, with the added disrespect of typing in all caps. My main concern is getting the $2.80 I spent on returning the wrong CD. My son made the purchase, and we believe the seller should cover the return shipping cost due to his error. Despite the seller's insistence that he paid for a return label, we suspect he was refunded for it after we couldn't print it. He blamed an eBay glitch for the printing issue, but it seems he mistakenly refunded the payment before receiving the product. I also request to block this seller from contacting us further, as his communication has been unpleasant. Please reach out to assist us. Thank you, Bill D.

I recently started selling on eBay about 2 months ago. I have sold only 3 products to a client in the USA via USPS without any issues. However, when I tried to list more products from my US and China warehouses, eBay suspended my account. Upon logging in, I received a message stating concerns about my account activity and the suspension. I understand eBay's need to protect its members and ensure the safety of the community. I would appreciate it if eBay could email me specific questions so I can address any concerns and resolve this matter promptly. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this issue.

Hello, I need assistance regarding a concern I am experiencing with eBay. I purchased a Chanel bag, and UPS allegedly delivered it to the hallway of my building without notifying me or ringing my bell. I checked a few hours later, and the package was missing from the mailbox or the hallway. UPS claims they delivered it, but I am unsure if it was stolen or not. Despite opening a dispute with eBay, they are unwilling to issue a refund. Typically, DHL calls when they arrive and waits for pickup, unlike UPS. Currently, I am in contact with my bank to explore the possibility of a refund. This issue occurred with eBay Canada.

Recently, I have received multiple payment notices from Ebay regarding the purchase of multiple units of the same item by mistake. I only intended to purchase one Lionel Command and Control system for $[redacted]+ from the seller Hobbyspeed, but it seems that somehow three orders were processed. On September 9, [redacted], I received an email confirming the purchase of three identical items with the same item number ([redacted]57), which led me to believe it was an error. I have no issue with Hobbyspeed and believe this was a mix-up in the ordering process. I would appreciate some assistance in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you. - T. Cowing

I am having trouble accessing my account. I contacted customer service two weeks ago, and the representative resolved the issue. However, now whenever I try to log in, I receive a message stating that my eBay account has been suspended due to concerns with my account activity. The automated message system is not helpful. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to directly to assist me in verifying my account activity. I value eBay's commitment to protecting its members and ensuring a safe community, and I am eager to resolve any issues promptly.

I am from Qatar - Doha and I ordered four packages of Crest Whitestrips teeth on June 19th. I paid $75 with my credit card, but I have not received my order yet. Initially, the delay was due to Covid-19, but now they claim there is an issue with my address. I have updated my address in the settings and provided my Qatari phone number. I demand either delivery of my items or a refund of $75 (equivalent to 277QR). I contacted the seller via email, but they only instructed me to change the address in the settings, which I have already done. I insist on receiving my four packages of Crest Whitestrips promptly.

Hello, I placed an order for a friend on August 13th. He received it on the 20th. The 8 items were of poor quality, so we requested a return and refund. After the seller agreed, a return label was sent. Since I don't have a printer, my friend repacked the items and sent them back to Colorado at his expense. The package was delivered on September 8th with a tracking number. The seller only communicated through automated messages, making it difficult to clarify details. Eventually, the seller refunded $11.82, the cost of 1 item, despite us returning 8 items costing $69.82 plus $5.11 tax. The seller claims the case is closed, and eBay contact options are unclear. I need to speak to an eBay representative for guidance, as attempts to communicate with the seller have been unproductive and unclear. Looking forward to your prompt response.

I sent a letter to Jay Seculow (ACLJ) on June 29, [redacted], detailing an incident with a CD purchase on eBay using PayPal and my Capital One Platinum credit card. The transaction failed, and upon retrying, my eBay account was inexplicably suspended. This issue seemed to stem from a "bit checking" error, causing my credit card details to display incorrectly and leading to fraudulent charges. I suspected eBay, PayPal, "Just Answers," or even someone within MasterCard system could be involved. Four cards were compromised before resolving the situation.

I purchased four eBay gift cards for a total of $[redacted], intending to use them to buy a vehicle. Unfortunately, when I scratched off the protective coating, some of the digits were missing from the cards. I'm now unable to proceed with my purchase and would like to request a refund. I have already spent $1,[redacted] on gift cards, and I have more to purchase, but the issue with the missing digits is causing a problem. I would appreciate it if I could get a refund for the full amount as soon as possible. Thank you for your assistance, and I hope to resolve this matter promptly. Stay safe.

In the last few days of August and the beginning of September, I was searching for a vehicle on OfferUp for $[redacted]. I received an eBay invoice that seemed legitimate, so I purchased 6 eBay cards totaling $[redacted] each. Later, I was asked to buy an additional $[redacted] in eBay cards, which I also did. After trying to contact the number on the invoice and getting hung up on, I realized I may have been scammed. I still have all 11 eBay cards and the invoice. I don't know what steps to take next to recover my money. I need the funds to buy a vehicle in person to avoid further scams and return to work. Please contact me at [redacted] by text before calling if you are from eBay. I just want my money refunded so I can secure a new vehicle. Thank you. - Charles G.

Before making any future purchases from your company, I am requesting a refund. I am dissatisfied with the service provided as it seems you do not prioritize customer satisfaction. Despite the amount being small at $27, it is the principle that matters, and your lack of assistance in resolving the issue is disappointing. I had intentions of spending a larger sum of $[redacted] with your sellers, but unless this matter is addressed promptly, I will not support your business in the future and will share my negative experience with others. The item number in question is [redacted]37. It appears unlikely that I will recover my funds considering the apparent disregard for customer concerns. Your failure to rectify this situation is detrimental to your reputation. It is vital to prioritize customer care to compete with larger companies like Amazon. As a contractor with a wide network, I have already begun informing others about your questionable business practices, aiming to discourage them from future interactions with your company. Amazon's efficient return and refund procedures stand in stark contrast to my experience with your organization.

Dear eBay Team, I recently sold two items on eBay and both have been showing as "payment initiated" for several days. The items are as follows: 1. Freud, Complete Standard Edition Item ID: [redacted]68 Price: $[redacted].00 Sold on: Sep 13 Buyer: M.L. Order number: 10-05[redacted]4 2. Spectacular Cloisonne Vase Item ID: [redacted]80 Price: $79.00 Sold on: Sep 11 Buyer: X.C. Order number: 10-05[redacted]3 I have contacted the buyer of the Freud Standard Edition, who tried to pay through PayPal, but the payment hasn't gone through. The buyer withdrew the payment, and I agreed. I suspect the payment for the Cloisonne Vase is also stuck. There don't seem to be any holds on my eBay account, and PayPal is working for other transactions. PayPal suggested I reach out to eBay for assistance. Losing almost $[redacted] due to payment issues is frustrating. I hope to have this matter resolved promptly. Sincerely, J.T. (Phoebedog)

Dear Dennis, I wanted to acknowledge your recent response with gratitude. It appears there may be a misunderstanding that needs clarification. I must highlight that we seem to be discussing two different issues. I want to emphasize that apologizing is not the solution in this case, and it is unrelated to the decision you referenced. To streamline, I believe we can consider this matter resolved. VM-Express directed me to you regarding a payment of $[redacted].99. The resolution does not require any further dialogue; simply transferring the funds VM-Express claims eBay possesses will suffice. There is no need for involvement of eBay's legal entity or determining Walter's affiliation with eBay. It is only concerning the transaction at hand. If eBay's financial department has an unallocated sum of $[redacted].99, kindly return it to VM-Express. In the interim, I have proceeded to make a separate purchase of a $[redacted] pool from Amazon. Looking forward to a swift resolution. Warm regards.

Thank you for your response from Dennis at eBay Customer Service. I truly appreciate your reply. I must clarify that we are discussing different things, hence the comparison of "apples and oranges." Firstly, "sorry" is not required, as it is unrelated to the issue. Your decision does not affect this matter. Please consider the case closed, as vm-express directed me to you for the $[redacted].99. There is no need for further discussion or action apart from you refunding the amount vm-express claims you owe. We do not require involvement from an eBay legal board or any judgment on Walter's relationship with eBay. This does not impact my ability to shop here. I have already made a $[redacted] purchase from Amazon without any issue. If by chance the eBay Accounting Office is holding an extra $[redacted].99 without clarity on its origin, please return it to vm-express. Dennis, if you have any further….

Dear Dennis at eBay Customer Service, Thank you for your prompt response. I must clarify that our situation is quite complex, akin to comparing "apples and oranges." It's essential to address a few points. Firstly, I believe saying sorry alone doesn't suffice, and upholding your decision independently does not resolve the issue at hand. I was redirected to eBay by vm-express for the reimbursement of $[redacted].99. No ongoing discussion is necessary; kindly proceed with transferring the funds as indicated by vm-express. Resolving this matter doesn't require involving eBay's legal board or determining my affiliation with the platform. I've already purchased a pool from Amazon, given the circumstances. If there happens to be an unexpected $[redacted].99 in eBay's Accounting Office, kindly return it to vm-express promptly. Should you have any response, let's swiftly conclude this matter. Rest assured, I am determined to retrieve the owed sum, even if legal action is necessary. Your assistance in resolving this issue is greatly appreciated. Please consult the appropriate department and inform me accordingly. Thank you, Walt W

Dear opensky_us, It has come to our attention that there may be an issue with your account related to our Counterfeit item policy. Certain activities on your account, specifically listing [TSCE_PHARMA_PTB2860][TSCE_NUTRA_PTB2861][TSCE_MED_DEVICE_PTB2862], have raised concerns about the authenticity of the items being sold. In order to comply with our policies, please refrain from relisting such items. Should you have questions or need further guidance, please refer to our policy on counterfeit items outlined on our website. It's important to accurately describe your listings to ensure buyers know they are authentic. As a result of this issue, a temporary 7-day selling restriction will be placed on your account. This action is taken to ensure compliance with our policies and to protect both sellers and buyers from potential legal risks associated with counterfeit items. For more details and assistance, please visit our website or contact our customer support team. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in this matter. Regards, eBay

Dear Ebay, I believe there has been a misunderstanding regarding the deletion of my product listings. The parts I sell are specifically designed for off-road racing vehicles and are not intended or suitable for street use. These parts are meant for high-performance racing cars, drag racing cars, off-road 4x4 vehicles, and similar racing applications that do not fall under the jurisdiction of the Clean Air Act. I have taken the initiative to clearly state in my listings that these products are for "OFF-ROAD USE COMPETITION VEHICLES ONLY" and are legally acceptable for off-road purposes such as racing cars and boats. I want to ensure that customers understand these parts are not to be used on vehicles subject to emissions regulations. I respectfully request the reinstatement of my recent disallowed product listing since I have made the usage conditions explicit in the very beginning of the description. I have also provided detailed instructions on proper use and legal limitations to mitigate any potential misuse. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Paul Plummer

Order # 02-05[redacted]0 Message to Seller: I received the six rod holders today, but unfortunately, they do not fit the butt ends of my rods. Providing dimensions would have helped. Since I can't use the holders, I expected return shipping to be covered. If not, I will contact Ebay for help. Seller's Response: Hello, return shipping will be the buyer's responsibility as the items didn't meet your needs. This falls under buyer's remorse. Message to Ebay: I purchased six rod holders for my rods, but they don't fit as intended due to lack of information from the seller. This isn't buyer's remorse, but a product mismatch. I used an Ebay coupon and now face return costs unfairly. I'm disappointed in the lack of support compared to Amazon. Kindly cover the return shipping.
