I purchased a King bedspread with Pillow Shams and a Queen Bedspread with Pillow Shams at $28.00 each, totaling $60.62 including tax. Both bedspreads arrived together, but the quality is very poor. I contacted the Seller to request a return, and they claim I can only get a refund for one bedspread. Strangely, my account only shows the Queen bedspread for $28.00, although the total refund amount should be $60.62. The Seller insists that I only ordered one bedspread, which is incorrect. Despite mentioning the issue with the false advertising of quilted bedspreads, I am struggling to get the full refund for both items. Please assist me in resolving this matter promptly.

I won an auction for Shimano shoes from seller JASPE-FROST with Transaction: [redacted]18. The seller promised to ship within 3 days of payment clearance, but I didn't receive the shoes as expected by the 21st August. Despite contacting the seller, he only physically shipped the item on the 29th August, causing me to purchase another pair for my class. I am experiencing difficulties with managed payments on ebay. Since the switch, there has been a delay in receiving the payments from my sales, which affects my business operations. Previously, with PayPal, funds were available instantly for me to use. Waiting several days for access to my money does not fit my business model. I am considering extending my handling time or switching to a different selling platform if this issue persists. Despite reaching out to ebay multiple times, I have not received a response. Hola, buenos días. Estoy teniendo problemas al intentar comprar un motor Mazda RX8 Rotativo. Aparece que lo compré y luego que no lo hice. Por error de la aplicación, terminé comprando 2 garantías para el motor. Si no pude completar la compra del motor, quisiera cancelar las 2 garantías. Solo necesito 1 garantía si finalmente compro el motor. No fue mi culpa, el problema es de la aplicación. Tuve que cancelar la tarjeta debido a que se mostraron dos cantidades diferentes y esto generó inseguridad. The item I received was not in the condition as described, possibly from a smoking environment, and the seller refused to accept the return, claiming it was as stated. How can I request a price guarantee? I am disappointed with the quality of the item, as it appears to have been poorly handled or exposed to smoke. This is especially concerning during the current COVID situation. What other recourse do I have besides leaving negative feedback? I wouldn't want anyone else to experience this. Overstock sent me the wrong item instead of what I ordered and paid for. I followed eBay's instructions to resolve the issue, but the Overstock seller ignored me. Now I have to involve eBay to fix this. The item I received is not the Porch & Den Jefferson Glass Sliding Door Stackable Cabinet in Antique White that I ordered and paid $[redacted].98 for on Aug 26, [redacted]. I am requesting Overstock to send me the correct item I ordered and return the incorrect item. The seller seems unresponsive and is likely trying to get rid of unwanted items, neglecting to address their mistake with me.

I have recently experienced theft of items at the Coventry Depot. Last week, three coins I purchased were missing from the envelopes, which arrived empty with sticky tape on the ends. A postman, fearing reprisals, informed me that efforts to catch the thieves were hindered by a strike at the mail sorting office. The police turned a blind eye to suspected workers involved in the theft, leaving me frustrated and concerned about the safety of my deliveries from Ebay and Amazon. Suggestions such as marking items with dye or using unique packaging have been made to deter theft. The situation is disheartening as it is not just about the monetary value but also the sentimental attachment to the lost items. I hope that action can be taken to address this issue and prevent further incidents.

The item arrived damaged with a hole on the top of the packaging/box of the toy. The seller claims not to know how the hole happened. Upon reviewing the picture in the original listing, a convex defect with a significantly-sized hole is visible, which was not disclosed. The seller denies knowledge of the issue prior to shipping the item. I am requesting a full refund while keeping the item due to the misleading information. The seller asserts, "I don't know what happened. The package was fully intact when shipped." It is inconvenient to be asked to return the item due to a problem I did not cause, compounded by the seller's dishonesty. I have messaged the seller with a picture of the damage. I made my best offer of $20 for the item, clearly stating that I wanted free shipping included. The seller accepted my offer but sneakily added an extra $7.95 for shipping when I clicked on the pay now link, making the total $27 instead of $20. Look at my feedback; my reputation speaks for itself. This seller is dishonest and trying to take advantage of me. I want immediate action taken against them to protect buyers from this bait-and-switch con artist. I have already emailed the seller with no response. I recently sold a vehicle on eBay in March [redacted]. The buyer claimed dissatisfaction with the purchase and involved their credit card company. Recently, PayPal notified me of a $[redacted].00 charge and froze my account, deducting the amount without explanation. Despite listing the car "as is" on eBay, PayPal did not consider this. I feel mistreated by PayPal and this has been my worst eBay experience, leaving me over $[redacted].00 out of pocket. The buyer now has the car and the money; a situation that seems like a common scam. I came across a trailer on your site and reached out to the seller to buy it. The seller instructed me to purchase EBAY cards totaling $[redacted].00 to pay for the trailer. After receiving the invoice and attempting to provide the card details, I realized it was a scam. I have been unsuccessful in getting the cards canceled and receiving a refund. I was advised to reach out to you to resolve this issue. The payment was supposed to be made through eBay Motors with the invalid transaction number #[redacted][redacted]. I recently purchased an armchair from eBay, which unfortunately turned out to be too small for me. I contacted eBay to initiate a return for a refund. They instructed me to pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back via Aust Post. However, I had already disposed of the packaging, and I doubted Aust Post would accept the oversized item. The seller offered to arrange a courier but wanted to deduct $[redacted] from my refund. I thought this was excessive and sought alternative quotes, all of which were higher than $[redacted]. Eventually, I agreed to the $[redacted] quote, only to have the seller request photos of the armchair in its original packaging before issuing a refund. Despite their insistence on this policy not stated clearly in their Returns Policy, I believe the photos I provided are sufficient proof of the item's condition. I am willing to pay for the courier service and simply want the seller to use the same courier they originally used. Communication has become challenging, and I feel the seller is being unreasonable. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue promptly.
