I spoke with a representative from eBay named Blend at phone number [redacted] regarding an offer I made for a Leica camera. I explained that I was unsure if my offer was accepted via Gmail on my iPhone. The representative mentioned checking on it and directed me to the app store, providing a password to access. Following his instructions, I encountered a page with options of $50 and $[redacted]. I mistakenly clicked on $[redacted] six times, leading to a total charge of $[redacted] via iTunes in increments of $[redacted]. I then discovered this charge in my Gmail and took action by disputing it through PayPal as instructed by the eBay representative. Despite the situation feeling suspicious, the rep did not inquire about the seller's details. I proceeded to disable the six $[redacted] payments to PayPal, but I would like this incident thoroughly investigated. Kindly reach me at [redacted]

I received a product that was not in the commercial packaging shown online. It came in a foil pouch with the product name handwritten on it. Unfortunately, the packaging was damaged, and I found an inhalation warning when I requested a hazard sheet from the manufacturer. I cannot legally ship this unidentified substance due to safety concerns and the risk of severe consequences if it leaks during transit. I have placed it in a paper bag with all the original packaging and would appreciate it if your team could arrange a pick-up for its return. Please address this matter promptly as I am keen to have it removed from my premises. Thank you.

Hello, I am looking for some assistance regarding a recent eBay purchase. I have encountered an issue with an item received from a seller, ued2015, specifically the Minibel Dwarf Tomato seeds. The plants I received do not match the description provided on the listing. Despite waiting to confirm, they have unexpectedly grown much taller than anticipated, reaching up to 5 feet instead of staying miniature as advertised. I have documentation with current photos of the plants and previous successful growth of the actual MINI BELL variety. Order #12-05[redacted]4 was placed on 8/16/20, but it was a mistake. I cancelled the order immediately and received a cancellation ID: [redacted]. I was informed that the cancellation process should not exceed 3 business days. However, I have not received any updates yet. The order was placed and cancelled on a Sunday, so it shouldn't have been shipped. Surprisingly, I received an email saying it was shipped on Tuesday, 8/16, two days after cancellation. I requested a refund label via email on the 18th, but I haven't received it. I am looking for a full refund of $21.05 to be reimbursed to my Visa. I need assistance regarding a mystery package that was scheduled for delivery on June 5th, [redacted] but got lost by the post office. Unfortunately, there is no insurance on the package, and I am unsure of the contents. The parcel weighed 2.9 lbs, and all I have is the tracking number: 9[redacted] 8[redacted] 1[redacted] 89. This issue may have occurred around the beginning of the stay-at-home order. I am unable to file a claim as I do not know the sender's information, but the package is from a company called GSI Commerce. I recently placed an order on eBay for a used DISH remote with a total cost of $12.89. The order number is 26-05[redacted]5, and it should be delivered to our address in Nevada City on Woolman Lane. Shortly after placing the order, I received an email stating that my account was compromised, my username and password were changed, and to contact eBay immediately. As a 76-year-old, I was unsure if the email was legitimate or a phishing attempt, so I have been struggling to locate eBay's customer service phone number for over half an hour. On August 19th, I won three items from a seller named larrylamas. When I asked for a new total including combined postage and packaging, he stated he does not combine them. Despite my acceptance of this, all items arrived in one package, resulting in triple charges for packaging. I messaged him about the overcharge, but he has not responded. This behavior matches feedback I've seen but why eBay tolerates it surprises me. While he can choose not to combine postage, combining packaging is expected.

To whom it may concern, I previously submitted an appeal that was closed (Case#[redacted]). On August 1, I placed an order (Item#[redacted]64) with seller Paliv_7469. I received a tracking notification on August 2, less than 10 hours later, stating my order had been delivered. I contacted the seller about the incorrect tracking information, and after apologizing, they promised to correct it. However, I have not received any further updates or the order since then. I have all the details documented in my account and email. It has been almost a month without any communication or order arrival. I would like a resolution to this issue and request a refund. I recently purchased two items online and unfortunately, they were not as described. After contacting the seller and providing pictures as requested, they advised me to not leave negative feedback on the platform and promised a refund. However, the seller has been giving me the runaround ever since. To make things worse, my purchase history has disappeared, showing no records after 90 days even though I received the items in August. I purchased an item, paid for it, and then learned from the seller that the item has been exposed to salt water. It's a remote-controlled boat, and salt water can damage electronic components. Even the manufacturer warns against using it in salt water. My eBay account is currently restricted for verification purposes. I received an email requesting me to verify my information to reinstate my account. The email states that to verify my account, I need to click on the provided link and follow the instructions. While waiting for my response, eBay has placed a temporary hold on my selling capability and removed any active listings, which are now in my Unsold folder with associated fees credited back to my account. I'm looking forward to verifying my account promptly to resume selling and relist my items. Thank you, eBay, for keeping the marketplace safe and fair.
