I recently purchased slippers, relying on the seller's assurance that their European size 7 would fit my US size 9 feet. Despite using a $5 coupon, I received slippers that are clearly not a size 9. I've initiated a return due to the vendor's mistake, but I am now confused about my accounts and how to handle the return shipping. The seller needs to address this issue promptly as I am not willing to incur any costs for their error. Any assistance in facilitating the return at no cost would be appreciated. I purchased an item on eBay UK but later realized it was incorrect and asked the seller to cancel the transaction. The seller agreed initially, but eBay informed me that my refund couldn't be processed. I mistakenly clicked "return the item," but I never received it. The seller requested the item back, which I couldn't comply with as I never got it. I closed the case, and now I can't take any action through eBay's system. The seller still has my money, and I haven't received anything. There's no option for me to report the item as not received anymore. When I try to contact the seller, they are unresponsive. Leaving negative feedback won't help me get my money back. I attempted to cancel the payment on PayPal, but they directed me back to eBay. It's a small amount, about 15 GBP, but it's frustrating. Any suggestions on what I should do next?

I recently listed a curio cabinet for sale on eBay, listing #[redacted]78. The winning bidder, with the eBay account lasi6111, contacted me stating she didn't want the product for her client. Despite my explanation that she needed to either send payment or cancel through eBay, she continued sending confusing emails. She claimed to have paid by debit card, which is not a method I accept outside of eBay transactions. Now, she has left a negative review accusing me of harassment, which is unprecedented in my eBay history. I believe reviewing the correspondence will show her erratic behavior and baseless claims. I'm in the process of purchasing a trailer outside of eBay, and the seller is now suggesting to conduct the transaction through eBay due to safety reasons. The trailer is supposedly at eBay, ready for delivery within 1-2 days. The seller claims that this method ensures both of us are covered [redacted]% in the transaction process. They mention that eBay will handle the delivery, payment, and paperwork exchange. If interested, I'm instructed to provide my shipping address and phone number for eBay to contact me. However, I'm feeling apprehensive about this sudden change. Can anyone confirm if eBay offers this kind of service for transactions conducted outside of their platform?

I recently purchased a computer from Blair Technology Group on October 10, [redacted], with a Visa card. The purchase included a mouse, power cord, user guide, and a [redacted]% satisfaction guaranteed card. Despite having the computer with me, I have been unable to get it connected even after several attempts. When I contacted their customer service for help, they were unable to locate my purchase in their system. I paid $[redacted].99 via PayPal using a Visa card ending in #[redacted]. I purchased Mega Man Battle Network for Gameboy Advance on Ebay, but received Pokemon Leaf Green instead due to a mix-up with shipping labels. The seller hopes to have the games exchanged between myself and the other buyer. However, I am concerned about the refund process through Ebay and potentially losing out on getting the correct game if it is listed again. Order# 27-05[redacted]5 was supposed to arrive by 8/30/20 but came seven days late. Despite contacting the seller and not getting a response, I ordered from another seller. Gail M., an eBay customer service agent, closed the case in the seller's favor as the item eventually arrived. However, I believe I should be able to return the item for a full refund of $39.70 and have the seller cover return shipping costs since it was significantly delayed. Unfortunately, I have been unable to submit a Return Request even after several attempts. I hope my situation can be reviewed thoroughly, taking the delay into account, and resolved in my favor. I have been waiting for a package for quite some time now. I initially placed an order that lasted for two months, and after a refund, I placed a similar order. It was supposed to arrive on August 5th, but it hasn't arrived yet despite my attempts to contact the vendor multiple times. The tracking number is EG[redacted]69KR. I also purchased Sony WH-1000XM3/S Over-Ear Headphones in Silver, but they are not functioning properly. Another item was lost, and I had to purchase a replacement for $12. I sold a pair of dirt bike boots to a buyer in Montana who hasn't paid for them. According to his message, he initially claimed the payment was delayed. He later requested a refund, which I processed, but then he received the boots and submitted a return request. However, I explicitly stated that I do not accept returns and declined his request. The seller sent the wrong voltage item I ordered, [redacted]. After eBay approved the return and stated that the seller would cover the return fee, they are now refusing to pay. The seller claims I ordered the wrong type, but the ad only specified plug type, not voltage. I selected the default plug type and added a note requesting an Australian plug. After checking with neighbors and the post office, it seems the post office believes it was a small item that would fit in my mailbox, which is impossible for a pair of high-top sneakers.
