I used ebay labels and added insurance. I sent it USPS Priority small box. It has been ** days and the box is missing. Ebay tells me to Select the item under shipping labels - more actions should have a link to create claim - there is only a link ti print packing slip. This is a ship cover claim. Under my service summary it shows USPS $*.** insurance $*.**. Ebay help indicates they send a policy number. I did not receive a policy number. I need the policy number and a claim form.

GetHuman-njmarren did not yet indicate what eBay should do to make this right.
