I came across a motorcycle on Facebook and contacted the seller who mentioned sending it through eBay. I purchased $2,[redacted] worth of eBay cards for paperwork. After paying extra for insurance and transport, I encountered delays. Eventually, I managed to restart the process, but now the seller is unresponsive. I just want the motorcycle I paid for to be delivered to Oklahoma. I hope to hear from someone soon. Thank you.

I bid on a Lionel Penn Central Diesel Engine [redacted] from the seller drangonjoker. It was for $16.50 but it's showing $1,[redacted] now. I tried messaging the seller three times but got no response. I don't have a computer and am not familiar with smartphones. I attempted to call eBay, but there's no customer rep available. Can someone assist me? The bid was placed this morning after 12 a.m. My eBay ID is Dasob71. Thank you.

Seller ID: gosukan_my is based in Malaysia according to the provided email. The total amount paid was $69.95 for a pair of Brooks Women's Adrenaline GTS 17 sneakers with a width of D. The item was purchased and paid for on May 13, [redacted], through Paypal but never arrived. Despite communication attempts with the seller, filing a complaint with Paypal, and contacting the seller about the stalled tracking status, no resolution has been reached. The seller mentioned shipping delays, asked for a refund request via eBay (difficult due to the item showing as delivered), and later agreed to refund via Paypal but has not done so. The seller has now stopped responding to messages, and even after filing a Paypal dispute, there has been no response or refund. The situation remains unresolved, and additional emails from the seller can be provided.

I bought a Relic watch around 6 weeks ago, but it was not the men's watch as described in the ad. I got in touch with the seller, who promised a refund. I returned the watch but have not received the refund yet. Despite reaching out 3 or 4 times, I have not heard back from him. I received a note on my door instructing me to collect a package from the post office. Due to the virus and my difficulty standing in line with a bad knee, it was inconvenient for me to go. In my late 70s, I waited in a long line wearing three masks. The package contained a Kami top I ordered from a seller named Johnny. The postage was underpaid, and I had to pay nearly $4 extra. I was upset as I had to risk exposure and endure discomfort due to the insufficient postage error. This was a unique occurrence and I found it unprofessional that the seller did not ensure proper postage.

I recently received a notification that my eBay account has been suspended due to concerns regarding my recent activity. The email outlined the actions taken, including the removal of item listings. I am inquiring about Item ID: [redacted]35. I have reached out multiple times regarding this issue and have yet to receive a response from you. I have been in contact with the buyer numerous times with no success. Despite agreeing on a pickup date, the buyer has continuously postponed and then claimed to have sold the item without settling the matter. This has caused frustration as I had other interested buyers. The buyer has not responded to invoices or attempted to resolve the situation. I am concerned as the purchase message states I am legally obligated to complete the transaction. Please advise on how to proceed with this unresolved matter.

My first purchase experience was unpleasant. I ordered a CB mint green fuzzy fleece jacket, XL, from seller juliellynnes. After payment, the seller cancelled and refunded my order, stating the address provided was problematic for shipping. I explained my different billing and shipping addresses due to work, but the seller had already refunded and couldn't alter the address due to postal regulations. My billing address is Sonia Bellani at The Embassy, Bangalore, India, and my shipping address is Sonia Bellani at The Landmark, Bangalore, India. It's frustrating that the site doesn't accommodate separate billing and shipping addresses, unlike other platforms I've shopped on without issues. Unless this address matter is resolved, I cannot continue shopping on this site.

Regarding Order #13-05[redacted]6, I purchased two replacement 20v MAX3.oah lithium batteries from Son Cast Media, Inc. via Ebay. Unfortunately, UPS delivered my order to the wrong individual named Lopez instead of me, Roman Blenski, at [redacted] W. Holt Ave., Milwaukee, WI [redacted]. Despite my efforts to contact Son Cast Media and Ebay, the issue remains unresolved. I have initiated a claim through Ebay with Cherry Ann Marie's assistance, but to my disappointment, the case was closed. Due to the lack of response, I contacted my credit card company, ELAN, for a refund. Even after visiting the UPS office, it was discovered that the tracking number led to a Wendy's Restaurant on S. 46th Street in Milwaukee, proving the error in delivery. I am disheartened by the insufficient resolution attempts and hope for improved service in the future.

My account got suspended, and I still haven't received my $[redacted] refund for an item I returned over two months ago. Despite providing tracking information for the return, I've been informed that my refund time has expired. It has been over four months now, and I find this situation unacceptable. Regardless of my account suspension, I really need my money back.

I have encountered an issue with a Ceiling Fan I purchased on e-Bay. My Order Number is 06-05[redacted]3, Item Number [redacted]22, from June 16, [redacted]. Despite the listing stating the item was new with original packaging, it arrived without any documentation such as installation instructions or warranty information. When I reached out to the Modern Fan Company and Minka, it was discovered that what I received was not a Modern or Minka fan but a knock off resembling the Minka Air Artemis. Attempts to communicate with the seller have been slow and unproductive, with no clear brand information provided. After agreeing to a return and refund, the seller failed to supply a return authorization and has not responded concerning the responsibility for return shipping costs. Seller 91 has been discussing a return with me for several weeks regarding order ([redacted]). They proposed a partial refund due to customs delays, but I have not received any refund so far. Despite reminding them of their eBay return policy, they mentioned issues with the factory and promised to follow up. I've been a long-time user on eBay and this is the first time I've needed help with an issue. I bought a Ceiling Fan with Order Number 06-05[redacted]3 / Item Number [redacted]22 on June 16, [redacted]. The listing said it was new and unused, but when it arrived, it had no documentation, brand name, or installation instructions. I contacted the Modern Fan Company and Minka to try to get the missing parts and instructions, but the fan turned out to be a knock off of a Minka model. After months of back and forth with the seller, I decided to return it for a refund, but the seller won't provide a return authorization or cover the return shipping. A few weeks ago, I created my eBay account and purchased three items. My account is [redacted] I used a Paypal account to pay for the items with my credit card since I'm not from the USA and reside in Colombia. I utilized a courier service to deliver my purchased items. Approximately five days later, I received a message stating that my account had been suspended, indicating that my eBay account had not been created, and I was no longer a registered user. I am unsure about what transpired. How can I register and create a new account? What documentation do I need to provide to have my account reinstated? About three weeks ago, I received an email from eBay stating that my account has been suspended. However, if I recall correctly, I have never opened an account with eBay. The only transaction I had with eBay was as a middleman for the purchase of a pickup truck that fell through. When it came time to finalize the transaction, the seller was unreachable and did not respond to calls. I am unsure if this is the issue eBay is referring to. They have not provided any details other than mentioning that I owe money. My Paypal account was suspended without notice or explanation, and I haven't been able to speak with a representative to address this issue. This has caused my ability to make payments on Ebay with my Amex, MC, and Visa cards to be affected. I requested new card numbers from Amex, MC, and Visa, and although I managed to make one purchase with each new card after registering them with Paypal, they were subsequently blocked. As a result, I am currently unable to buy or sell on Ebay due to my cards being blocked by Paypal. Repeatedly changing the numbers will only allow me to make one purchase. Prior to this suspension, I was very active on Ebay, but now I am at a standstill. I believe there may be others facing the same issue with Paypal. I contacted a seller regarding a listing for a game and a card, inquiring about purchasing only the gold variant card. They quoted me $13 for the gold card and created a new listing. Despite the listing displaying a gold card, I received a silver one instead. After informing them, they claimed to have only silver cards left, but have yet to update the listing to reflect this. It appears they deliberately chose not to send the gold card. Moreover, they have a listing for a video game with a limited release of [redacted] copies, which hasn't been made available yet, signaling a potential issue for future buyers. These practices are deceitful and need to be addressed. I believe eBay could address these issues by enforcing stricter measures on sellers. In communities like Limited Run, such actions are common. Sellers should not be allowed to mislead customers, renege on sales, or sell items they don't yet possess. Implementing stricter policies could prevent situations like mine, where I may have to look elsewhere and pay double for the item I initially wanted.

I have not received the item I purchased on eBay back in March [redacted]. I have visited my local post office multiple times with the tracking information provided, but they have no record of the package. I have tried contacting the seller several times without any response. I opened a case with eBay for non-receipt of the item, but the issue remains unresolved as I am unable to escalate the case further. Despite my efforts to reach out to the seller and keep them updated through the case, I have not received any communication or a refund. I attempted to contact eBay through online chat, but encountered technical difficulties. I am disappointed and out $70 due to this fraudulent seller on eBay.

My Paypal account was suspended without prior notice or explanation. Despite contacting customer service, I have been unable to resolve the issue. I had three credit cards linked to the account (Amex, MC, and Visa) but after the suspension, I couldn't make any payments on Ebay. To work around this, I requested new card numbers from my credit card companies, but when I tried to use them on Paypal, they were blocked after one transaction. This situation has prevented me from buying or selling on Ebay, even though I used to be very active on the platform in the past.
