I recently purchased a main board for my insignia TV, but unfortunately, I discovered an issue with the TV before the board arrived. I attempted to use the part (eBay part number RSAG7.[redacted]/RHO) but noticed a discrepancy in the number of pins on the board. I am requesting an exchange for the correct main board with the 10-pin plugin next to the audio plugin. I require a return shipping label to send back the incorrect part and receive the right one. I contacted an Apple phone number and spoke with a customer service representative who had an Indian accent. I informed them that the glass on my Apple Watch 5 was broken, and they offered to replace it with a new one. However, they requested that I pay for it upfront. They asked for $[redacted] in eBay gift cards and instructed me to provide my home address. Unfortunately, after I purchased the gift cards and shared the numbers with them, they stopped responding to my calls. The person who last spoke to me sounded like a woman, but they abruptly ended the call when I inquired about my issue. I have the gift cards and the phone numbers the individual used to contact me. I am seeking assistance as I have lost money meant for food for my family in the upcoming months.

For the past 23 months, eBay has been deducting an unauthorized fee from my account. Despite being promised resolution five times (I have email copies), the issue persists. Twice, I was told the funds would be refunded to my PayPal account, but this has not happened. In the most recent incident last month (Courtesy Email SR# 1-[redacted]79), $58.14 was supposed to be deposited into PayPal, but only $34.44 was credited to my eBay account, resulting in another unauthorized deduction. After enduring 23 months of unauthorized charges and investing many hours in attempting to rectify the situation, which eBay is aware of, along with the associated stress and frustration, I may have to seek legal advice.

My eBay account has been suspended indefinitely. I have had unpaid item cases in the past due to issues with my phone, which prevented me from accessing the platform. However, I never received any negative feedback, was polite in all my interactions, and never engaged in off-site transactions. The credit card and PayPal accounts associated with my profile are under my mother's name as I am 18 and currently live with her. I suspect my account was flagged due to recent activity where I registered a PayPal account and tried to list an item after a period of only making purchases. There have been strange occurrences on the website lately, such as errors in messaging and search results, which might have contributed to the suspension. Additionally, I have had dealings with various Chinese sellers, some of whom were not entirely trustworthy. I am requesting the reinstatement of my account, the recovery of items in my cart, and the restoration of my purchase history to resolve pending transactions and provide feedback to sellers.

I believed I was purchasing a truck from someone named Megan Jones who said that eBay would contact me with the necessary information for the transaction. eBay did contact me as expected, so I provided them with my details. I received an invoice instructing me to buy six eBay cards, each worth $[redacted], to pay the seller. I followed the instructions, and the payment was confirmed. The following day, I was told I needed to purchase insurance for $[redacted], which would be reimbursed upon delivery. I bought four more eBay cards, loaded them, and provided the card numbers. Once the insurance was confirmed, I was informed my truck would arrive in two days. However, when I tried to follow up on the third day, the phone number was disconnected.

I have a pending case regarding a purchase I made around 2 months ago for a simple topical cream that never arrived. I initiated the case on July 29 after checking online and seeing it was marked as delivered, which is not accurate. The seller claimed it was returned due to an incomplete address, which I find hard to believe as I have not had any issues receiving packages before. I received no notification or delivery attempt. I expect a full refund as I did not agree to any risks when making the purchase. I am very unhappy with this situation and will close my eBay account if necessary. I purchased 2 jars of Cicatricure Facial Cream from an Ebay seller in early July [redacted]. The product jars I received appear to have been tampered with; there are "dips" and "scoops" in the product as if it has been used. Additionally, the boxes holding the jars are in poor condition, with one lid almost completely torn off and the other crushed and ripped. According to the Ebay ad, a refund is guaranteed. I believe it is necessary to contact an Ebay Customer Service Representative to address these issues and request a refund for the purchase. Thank you. NS

I encountered a Scam on your site where I purchased a supposedly new oven. I was confident in my purchase as I usually buy from a reputable global site called eBay. Unfortunately, the oven I received is used, has scratches on the interface, the oven door doesn't close properly, and it arrived without its original packaging. When I contacted the seller, their response was not convincing. Please take the necessary steps to either refund me the difference between the price of a used and a new oven or cover the cost of the oven. The price of this oven should not have exceeded 40 euros when purchased. Note that if this issue is not resolved, I will not use your website again as my trust has been shaken in a renowned name like eBay. Note: The seller is asking me to cover the return shipping cost? I do not trust this seller who misrepresented their second-hand item as new.

I ordered a hood which arrived damaged. The company offered me $50 as a refund, which I refused because the repair costs exceed that amount. Along with the damaged hood, the vent inserts were cracked. The replacements sent were too big. I inquired about getting a repair cost estimate, but they haven't addressed my refund request or provided return instructions. After sending them the repair estimate last Wednesday, they offered to send another set of inserts but didn't acknowledge the cost for the damage repair. I've been dealing with this issue for nearly 2 months and just want it resolved. The repair costs for the hood exceed what I initially paid.

I placed an order for audiobooks on CDs in early May for my mom residing in Bellingham, WA. However, upon ordering, the shipping address was apparently altered incorrectly to a non-existing address. I promptly contacted E-Bay customer service to rectify the mistake, but unfortunately, the issue was not corrected, and the CDs were dispatched to the wrong address. Despite attempting to inform the seller, the situation remains unresolved, and the CDs have not been delivered to my mom. I ordered Fila clothing with order number 24-04[redacted]2, but it was never shipped, and the seller stopped responding. Despite claims that Covid-19 caused the delay, the item never arrived. I am disappointed with Ebay's lack of assistance, so I had to file a dispute with Paypal after waiting over 90 days. If I don't get my refund, I am considering canceling my Ebay and Paypal accounts. When faced with delays, it's best to involve Ebay for help rather than solely rely on sellers. I paid for an item I never received with no tracking information provided, leading to significant frustration. Contacting Ebay about this issue has also been challenging.

Hello, I have been experiencing issues with a seller since June regarding a tablet screen purchase. The UK Touch screen Digitizer for Archos 101c Platinum ZPRD-[redacted] HXD-[redacted] 50 Pin #A arrived broken. After attempting to contact the seller with no response, I opened a dispute on PayPal. The seller then requested to close it to send a new screen, which has not been received even after a month. Reaching out to the seller again yielded no response. I initiated a return procedure, which the seller initially refused but eventually accepted. However, the seller did not send a replacement screen. I am unwilling to bear the return costs for a faulty screen and doubt the seller's honesty in providing a refund. I reported a seller named kb 1iac on Thursday, 8/6/[redacted], to Rita at eBay. Rita assured me that the complaint against the seller would be filed. I purchased the DVD "Nikita: The Complete Season 3" from this seller on 8/5/[redacted], along with the first season from a different seller. The total amount was $28.98 paid with my credit card ending in [redacted]. Upon checking the order status, I was informed the item had been sold on Thursday, 8/6/[redacted], which confused me. When I reached out to kb 1iac, they claimed they never received my order and advised me to contact eBay due to a new payment system issue. Despite Rita mentioning that someone would contact me, I haven't heard back from eBay as of Friday, 8/7/[redacted]. Additionally, I am also concerned about another order I placed on July 13, [redacted], for "Royal Pains Season 4" from seller *gopeachy*. The item ID is [redacted]80, and it hasn't been received yet. After extensively researching how to begin selling on eBay, I attempted to open a new account and establish a premium store. I successfully initiated the account and paid for the premium store to benefit from the included **** free listings per month. As I started uploading my items, my account was unexpectedly suspended. eBay requested to verify my account information and activity, which I am willing to do, but I am struggling to find a way to contact them. Finally, I discovered this email and hope it reaches the appropriate department for my account to be reinstated. It seems counterintuitive to suspend an account before it even launches just for verification. Nevertheless, I am prepared to confirm my identity and provide any necessary details.
