I received a wrongly sized item that does not fit from a recent order. Out of the three items purchased, two fit perfectly, but the largest one is too small, indicating incorrect sizing. I initiated a return, but the seller refuses to cover the return shipping costs. Given the sizing issue, I consider the item defective, and the seller should bear the return costs. The seller is only offering a 30% refund, whereas I think they should either cover the return expenses or provide a full refund. Correspondence with the seller has turned unpleasant with each message, and I seek assistance in resolving this matter. If unresolved, I may have to share a negative review to warn other potential buyers from mytaste2009 ([redacted]) about this experience.

On July 30th, I initiated a return for order number 18-05[redacted]2 due to missing parts. My eBay ID is freshnup, and you can reach me at +44 [redacted]. Despite confirming with the seller to include a UK plug before purchasing, they failed to do so, breaching my trust. I paid £3.39 more to this seller for the plug, and after multiple requests, they didn't even confirm the product details before shipping. I have documented all my interactions with the seller in emails. It's frustrating that I can't contact eBay by phone for support; sellers take advantage of this loophole to avoid refunds. Shopping on eBay becomes inconvenient when there's no customer support available.

Despite having paid for the item, eBay claims the item hasn't been paid for when I attempt to follow up. After trying to make the payment, I'm informed that the item is no longer available. The payment of $14.89 was made on 07/23/20 to REN YONGHUI via PayPal. I have tried to reach out to the seller without success, and it seems the cancellation was done by eBay rather than the seller. I urgently request a refund as I have paid for an item that is now unavailable, leading to frustrating interactions with customer service where phone numbers prove ineffective in resolving the issue. I need a direct line of communication to resolve this matter promptly.

Regrettably, I have been unsuccessful in obtaining assistance from eBay. Moreover, my attempts to contact the company have been fruitless, and the product no longer appears in my purchase history. As this was intended for my business, the situation has led to significant frustration. I am seeking resolution to receive the HP [redacted] computer tower that I originally purchased. Hello, I need help with a payment issue. One of my customers made a PayPal transaction on 21/07, but when I try to view the transaction on PayPal, I keep getting an error saying the transaction cannot be found. I've contacted the customer, and after some communication, it seems he also sees the payment as pending or initiated, with the same error message on his end. Due to this, the customer has requested to cancel the order and for me to relist the item so he can make the payment again. However, every time I try to cancel the order, I receive a message telling me to try again in a few minutes. This has been going on for a couple of days now. I recently opened an eBay Canada account and listed a few items on both eBay.com and eBay.ca. However, I received a message stating that there are concerns with my recent activity on the account that pose an unacceptable risk to the community. I recently attempted to finalize a purchase after a year of not accessing my account and had trouble recalling the email associated with it. Upon re-registering to confirm my email, my account got suspended, despite not having any items for sale. I purchased a Rochester Quadrajet [redacted]8 on eBay, item no. [redacted]69 from seller jdub2K83 for $64.50 with $20.00 in shipping costs. Upon receiving it on June 23, I found the main body fuel filter and inlet line were stripped and epoxied, rendering the carburetor unusable. The loose screws indicated prior disassembly. After requesting a refund, the seller agreed, and I returned the item on June 23. However, communication issues on eBay prevented me from providing my email for PayPal. Despite my efforts, the transaction was closed without a refund. Attempts to contact eBay have been unfruitful, adding to my frustration. If not resolved, I plan to involve PayPal and consider closing my eBay account, though I acknowledge my impact is minimal. I simply seek a refund of the purchase price and shipping fees due to the faulty product listing and condition upon arrival.

I purchased a code that was listed as being OS or one size, and as a size 14, I fall within that category. I have had multiple exchanges with the seller, as seen in the pictures, the shoulder seam is already stretched out. I intended to fix it by restitching. I have reached out, and after trying to file a resolution, I was unable to do so. Customer service claims there has been no communication, although I have been in contact with her for two weeks. I believe it's unfair that the case was closed in favor of the seller without considering my efforts. I am frustrated and seeking assistance with this matter.

I purchased an item to be shipped to a different address with specific instructions for a tracking number. I also requested no invoice inside the package. Despite reaching out via email with these instructions and a request for the tracking number, I received no response. The item now shows as not shipped, and I am unable to get a response from the seller. I tried using eBay's "help" function, but it only shows the item as not shipped while estimating the same delivery time. I believe tracking numbers should be mandatory, and sellers should be required to respond to messages within a reasonable time frame. Hello, I made an offer of $80 on item 16 Vtg Watch Fobs Caterpillar CAT Equipment Advertising Large Lot of 16 #JB36 (Item number: [redacted]94). The seller countered with $[redacted], which I did not accept. Considering offering $[redacted], but have not yet done so. Due to being on disability, spending $[redacted] on watch fobs is not feasible. My daughter manages my finances, and she would not approve of this expense. I intended to discuss with my brother before proceeding. However, when I checked eBay, it indicated that I had accepted the seller's counter of $[redacted], which I did not. I am disappointed by this confusion as I had not confirmed any action on the item after seeing the counter-offer. I recently purchased a Futon on eBay from a seller. Unfortunately, upon using it for the first time, a screw popped out that was originally installed at the factory, causing damage to the futon. I contacted the seller, who initially agreed to replace the item and send a shipping label. However, there were delays in receiving the label and difficulties in printing it out. The seller also mentioned providing a box for return shipping but did not include arrangements for pickup by FedEx. Despite sending pictures of the damaged futon, the seller eventually claimed the return period had expired and refused to provide a refund or replacement, leaving me out of $[redacted].00. Despite promptly paying for the item, I had difficulty trying to arrange a local pick up with the seller. After multiple attempts to communicate through eBay messages, we finally connected via text. I inquired about the possibility of meeting halfway for the exchange, but the seller unexpectedly canceled my order. I feel frustrated and believe this action was unjustified. I never requested the cancellation and was interested in purchasing the item. I am willing to go to the seller's home for pick up if necessary. I purchased 3 items for my daughter's birthday, but they were mistakenly shipped to me in Florida instead of her. I tried to cancel the orders, and one company was able to help, but the other said it was already shipped. I am frustrated as I cannot speak to a representative directly about this issue. I contacted seller angdea25 about a dress listed as size small to inquire about the measurements on the bust and waist. Despite my polite request, the initial response was rude, accusing me of sending my measurements for tailoring purposes, which was not the case. Subsequent messages from the seller have been disrespectful and harassing, even after I asked them to stop. I am looking to block further messages from this seller and believe eBay should enforce consequences for such behavior. I have been a loyal eBay customer, but encounters like this are disappointing. I purchased a 24-inch girls' bicycle through eBay but received a tracking number that isn't for my address. The United States Postal Service stated they do not deliver bikes and the tracking number was for another address. eBay mentioned they couldn't help since the tracking number was issued.
