I just placed an order for Lipton Iced Green Tea with Citrus. Upon delivery, I would be grateful if the 24 bottles could be delivered to my door. Lately, the deliveries are dropped off in the building mailroom. I am 82 years old and can't carry them to the elevator to my apartment. Could the driver please deliver them to my apartment door? I need assistance with my account suspension issue. My husband's account was suspended, and now, my separate account has been suspended as well. Even though we share the same household, we were informed by eBay that multiple individuals can have their own accounts if they live together. I want clarification on why my account was suspended since I am not linked to my husband's account. Thank you.

On May 29, [redacted], I purchased an American Express gift card for a family member. Unfortunately, they couldn't activate it, so I tried but faced issues. When I requested a refund, the seller declined and closed the return. Now, the transaction is missing from my eBay account, leaving me unable to address it. It's concerning how sellers are handling customer issues on eBay. I am a frequent eBay shopper and troubled by this experience. I hope for a resolution to avoid feeling taken advantage of.

I bought a cell phone case from eBay seller DAYLOR, but received the wrong item. After trying for months to get help with printing a return label due to a technical error, neither eBay nor the seller assisted me. eBay reopened the case, but then informed me I had to pay for the return shipping. I complied, but am unsure if the seller will send the correct item or refund my money. I am frustrated by the lack of resolution after five months and hope eBay will step in to resolve this issue promptly. It is disappointing to experience such poor business practices.

I recently ordered a pool, but it was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address at my local Lowe's store. Despite attempts to retrieve it, they were unable to accept the delivery. The tracking number for the package is 1ZXA[redacted][redacted]. The correct address for delivery should have been [redacted] S. Magnolia St., Lincolnton, NC [redacted], however, it was sent to [redacted] E. Main St., Lincolnton, NC [redacted]. I paid $[redacted] for the pool and I am eager to locate it. Today I plan to visit the UPS store to address the issue directly. UPS indicated that it was delivered to [redacted] E. Main St., but Lowe's did not have it. I possess all the tracking information and a PayPal receipt as proof of payment. I am hopeful for assistance in locating the pool promptly.

Hello, my name is Roy Askew. I purchased a boat motor from mocam_22 on eBay and paid cash. I traveled to Florida over a holiday weekend to pick it up. The item number is [redacted]49. Upon installing the motor on my boat and having my mechanic inspect it for a break-in, it was discovered that there are two different serial numbers on the upper and lower sections of the motor. My mechanic provided a diagnostic report indicating the motor cannot run smoothly due to mismatched parts. I notified the seller, who accused me of damaging the motor and discredited my mechanic's expertise. I plan to ship the motor back to the seller but do not wish to make any further purchases from them. If anyone can assist, I am willing to share the mechanic's report.

I placed an order with the seller who advertised free shipping and returns, but now they refuse to cover the return shipping cost. Despite reaching out, they haven't provided me with the shipping fees. An eBay representative informed me that since the seller advertised free returns, they are responsible for the return shipping fees. The item in question is the New Embroidery NIKE Hip Hop Sports Golf Baseball Cap Snapback Camo Comfy Sun Hat, sold by seller morkolime. The item total was $8.99 with a quantity of 2. The item was shipped using Economy Shipping from San Jose, California. It's disappointing that after purchasing under the impression of free returns, I am now stuck with the cost to return it without a label provided by the seller.

I purchased an Xbox One S from the seller, but he canceled the transaction since it was paid through PayPal, as he claimed he didn't have access to that account. He then requested payment via CashApp. The seller, chance_8, has not been in touch with me since he received the payment on July 2, [redacted]. I suspect he breached payment policies and defrauded me. I haven't received the Xbox One S, and he refuses to refund the money through CashApp. eBay, known for its safety and reliability, has disappointed me with their lackluster customer service. I am distressed by this situation. I demand eBay's money-back guarantee to reimburse my $[redacted]. I can substantiate my claims with eBay messages and CashApp records. It's unjust that fraudulent sellers can exploit the system without consequences, especially deceiving inexperienced buyers like myself. All I seek is either the Xbox One S or a refund. On July 13, I received an email from eBay stating that my account was suspended indefinitely due to security issues related to recent activities. It mentions that some or all of my listings may have been removed. The email also informs me that I cannot use eBay in any way, create a new account, or dispute any fees that are due to be paid immediately. eBay claims they took this action to protect users and maintain the community's integrity. I am confused by this email as I have always followed the rules and been satisfied with eBay's services. I would appreciate some clarity on the reason behind this situation. Thank you.

I have been attempting to contact eBay, unfortunately, without success. The alternate number I spoke with, claiming to be affiliated with eBay, has blocked my phone number. Our aim is to personally collect the trailer we purchased, as having it shipped would incur significant additional costs. We reside in the neighboring town to where the trailer is located. The situation appears suspicious to us. Our only request is to receive assistance in arranging for the trailer we have already purchased to be delivered to us. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

I need a return label sent to me as I don't have a label printer or regular printer, as previously discussed in an email. It's not possible for me to process the return without a printer. The item I received was a fake and not as described. I'm expecting a refund through eBay's protection policy since the seller provided a false item. I attempted to resolve it on the site, but it's asking me to print a label, which I can't do. eBay has already taken down the item, as it seems to be a scam based on the seller's recent negative feedback for similar issues. I would like my money refunded and will return the fake controller once the seller sends a return shipping label via mail.
