I recently sold a Webkinz cat with Order number: 24-05[redacted]0. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the item after the buyer paid for it. In the midst of dealing with my Dad's dementia, I refunded the buyer through Zelle. I also refunded another customer in a similar situation. It's been a tough period with my daughter's cystic fibrosis and concerns about Covid-19, adding to my stress. I have documentation of both refunds, including shipping fees. I want to make sure that eBay is aware of the situation and doesn't charge me for these sales, that I'm not taxed on these transactions, and that I'm reimbursed any fees paid to eBay/PayPal for these two transactions. I'm also checking my listed items to confirm nothing else is missing and that all items for sale are indeed in my possession.

Dear eBay Manager, I would like to address a concerning issue regarding my account and the inadequate customer service I have received from your company. Last November, I requested to close my seller account due to my business shutting down, but encountered difficulties. After an eBay representative intervened and supposedly closed the account, I later discovered in January [redacted] that I was still being charged. Despite assurances that the issue was resolved and a refund was processed, I was shocked to find more charges on my account in May/June [redacted]. Since then, I have been in constant communication with eBay, seeking a refund. However, the process has been frustrating and unproductive, with conflicting information from representatives and unfulfilled promises of callbacks. This ongoing situation has caused me significant stress and financial strain amidst the current pandemic. I am seeking a full refund of £[redacted], confirmation of permanent account closure, and improved communication from eBay. I am already in contact with Trading Standards and will escalate this matter further if not resolved promptly. I received a Total Wireless LG Rebel 4 4G LTE Prepaid Cell Phone (Refurbished) from an eBay seller. The phone has minor scratches, including one deep scratch on the screen. I contacted the seller, requesting a partial refund of $10.00 due to the damages. The seller replied that they couldn't issue a partial refund but offered to extend service days once the phone is activated. However, as I don't plan to activate the phone immediately, I declined the service day extension. I requested to purchase the phone at the lower price it was sold for in May, but the seller declined. They insisted on compensating me for keeping the device instead of returning it. I inquired about the form of compensation and the seller replied, reiterating their offer to extend service days upon activation. I then asked an eBay rep to contact me to discuss the situation further.

Hello, I am seeking assistance regarding my recent sale of USPS forever stamps, case numbers [redacted]. The buyer has claimed they are counterfeit, but I verified their authenticity at the post office before listing them on Ebay. I have used these stamps personally since [redacted] without issue. I have had multiple negative experiences trying to purchase Bose headphones. Initially, the seller's account was hacked, and my order never arrived. The second attempt using a 10% coupon was unsuccessful as well. Subsequently, when the third order finally arrived, the item had a strong cologne scent that triggered my nausea. Due to my health concerns and the current pandemic situation, I am hesitant to go to the post office. I believe the best course of action is to request a refund for the item. I have been a loyal customer for years and hope for a resolution without having to return the item. Options like arranging a UPS pickup from my doorstep or receiving a coupon for the item's value would be greatly appreciated, as I am hesitant to reorder the product for the fourth time given the frustrating experiences I have encountered.

Hello, I’m Carol Graydon. I want to address my recent purchase experience with Order Number 17-05[redacted]0 and item ID: [redacted]78. I bought a Gold & Cream Vintage 80s Glomesh Lady’s Handbag Purse. My disappointment stems from the fact that upon arrival on July 7th at 18:42 AEST via Australia Post, the bag was in poor condition. It was not communicated that the bag was second-hand. The bag was filled with sand, the lining was stained, it was broken at the end, and overall filthy. I had hoped to gift it to a friend in Tasmania for her birthday on August 12, [redacted], but it's not presentable. Despite my efforts to clean the sand, the condition remains unsatisfactory. I recently registered for an eBay seller account to sell my phone and upgrade to a new model. I listed my item as "buy now" with no auction and accepted an offer from a buyer. When I refused to send additional pictures via text and tried to relist the item after the buyer's request, I found out I had reached my listing limit. This is frustrating because this was the first item I listed, and now I'm unable to proceed. I had hoped to sell the phone quickly to fund my new device. Hello, On July 6, [redacted], I transferred USD [redacted].99 for a Gibson SG Standard [redacted] Pelham Blue Japan electric guitar on eBay. Unfortunately, the seller, Japanese-treasurebox, informed me on July 7, [redacted], that the guitar was already sold in Japan, even though I had already paid. I was offered a different Gibson guitar which I am not interested in. To my dismay, the same seller relisted the original guitar at a higher price on eBay the next day. I found it concerning that the seller had multiple copies of the same guitar. My payment is still pending in my bank for the seller. I need urgent assistance to resolve this situation. I encountered a scam when trying to buy a vehicle on what I believed was eBay Motors. The scammer now wants me to send more eBay cards for insurance delivery, requesting $[redacted]. They reached out asking for the additional cards, but I explained I would do so after work. Today, I apologized for the delay and assured the seller I would purchase the cards. A supposed eBay Motors number (which is not actually eBay) called inquiring about the cards, and I informed them I would send them after work. They are currently waiting for the cards. I have all relevant information and hope that authorities can intervene to apprehend the scammer.

Hello, my name is Graeme Kidd, and I am having trouble with a leather jacket I purchased from the seller Reflections. My order number is 23-05[redacted]3. Initially, I believed the jacket had a bat winged design, but upon further inspection, I realized it is two sizes too big. I had requested a jacket with a 50" chest size based on my measurements of a 46" chest. Unfortunately, the seller did not provide a size chart for me to choose my size accurately. I am seeking assistance with a recent purchase issue. I bought a vape in June, and it arrived missing a small stopper that prevents liquid leakage. After contacting the seller and sending pictures of the tank, no progress has been made. The seller requested I return the plastic tank before sending a replacement, but due to being 67 years old and still shielding, I am unable to visit a post office. My eBay account has been getting hacked every week by someone in South America, and eBay has been unhelpful in resolving the issue promptly. Their customer service is not readily available to address such critical security concerns. I have tried contacting them by phone, but I only receive messages directing me to visit their help page for more information. It's frustrating that despite acknowledging the problem and being aware of the hacker's email address used for password resets, eBay has not taken appropriate actions. Considering legal action if eBay fails to protect my account is on my mind. eBay's lack of security measures is alarming, especially when unauthorized purchases are being attempted using my account. I am contemplating using Amazon instead for a more secure selling service.
