I wanted to buy a pair of slippers. There was no size listed so I asked the seller what size it was. It was size * - *. I told him that I wore a size * and he said that the size that he had was a European size and that size * European was a US size * and that they would fit me. I tried to use a $* coupon but kept getting the message that the code was not valid. I called and spoke to one of your reps who told me that I had * accounts (???) and that I needed to use the account that I never knew existed since the coupon was on that account. He suggested that I delete the old account (Username phoenix***h) and use the one that had the offer. I think that account is *****@***.com.**Anyway, I bought the slippers with the new account, used the $* coupon and received the slippers yesterday. No way is it a size *. I took a picture of the slippers with one of my size * shoes, which I sent to the seller, and you can readily see that my shoe is much longer. I put in for a return and the instructions say that I have to pay for the postage. It was the vendor's error -- that the size * would fit so I do not feel that I should pay anything.**I'm not even sure now which account I am on now since it shows me no purchases or summary or purchase history. But the messages show a message from the vendor. And I can't figure out how to log out and try to sign on the second account. I thought the userid of the second account was *****@***.com but on the email that contained the seller's acceptance of the return, it says lensny**. On the address label, It says Customer Reference *******. I hope that is helpful to you because with all of the names and numbers, I am completely lost.**Anyway, I expect to hear from someone as to how I should return the slippers at no charge to me.
