Unfortunately, one of my freelancers listed items from Sam's Club as in stock, but upon trying to ship them, they were shown as out of stock, leading to numerous cancellations and refunds. Moreover, I noticed that DSM Tool is unable to update the available item quantity, which is crucial for managing inventory. As a result, I am unable to fulfill recent orders and worry this might impact my seller rating. I am taking steps to rectify the situation by addressing the issue with my freelancers and am eager to resolve all pending sales, returns, and refunds to improve my seller status. I am confident that with better oversight and communication, we can work towards becoming top sellers.

Hello eBay Customer Services team, I placed an order on June 24, [redacted] for a [redacted] BMW 5-Series with item number [redacted]32 from seller kojack for 17,[redacted] USD. However, I discovered a similar car at a lower price locally the next day. I contacted kojack regarding this and mentioned that I couldn't locate the retract bid option on my eBay account after winning the bid. I informed kojack that I wouldn't be able to proceed with the purchase due to finding a better deal in Baku, Azerbaijan, and suggested that they relist the car for someone else. Additionally, the product's quality is poor with mismatched white stitching that looks likely to unravel upon use. This discrepancy in quality is not reflective of eBay standards, and I have faced similar issues with Chinese items in the past. I demand either the correct item as per my specifications with UK/US standard quality or a full refund, not the partial refund being offered. I am greatly disappointed with this experience and will escalate the matter to consumer protection authorities if not resolved promptly.

The quality is poor with white seams on burgundy material. I am requesting a full refund from eBay instead of the usual partial refund they offer. I received an item that was advertised as "Used but Good Working Condition," but unfortunately, it arrived with significant undisclosed damage, making it unusable. Despite purchasing new cables and accessories, the item is beyond repair. The seller politely declined my return request, referring to the "sold as is" condition of the listing. I believe a return should still be granted due to the item not matching the advertised condition. After requesting a return on eBay, it was eventually accepted. However, when trying to print the return label, I encountered an error. Researching online, I found information suggesting this error could be a tactic to prevent returns. It advised contacting eBay promptly for a resolution and possible refund.

Hello everyone, I wanted to share my experience with starting my eBay seller's account named univizllc. I encountered some payment issues because I mistakenly associated it with my PayPal account [redacted] without the "llc". Therefore, the payments were not reaching my account correctly. In an attempt to fix this, I created another PayPal account without the "llc", but the issue persisted. I also faced challenges with keeping track of inventory using DSM Tool and missed some messages from buyers. Additionally, I no longer source items from Sam's Club, which caused some out-of-stock items in my store. I had to cancel orders and issue refunds to buyers due to these issues. When eBay suspended my account, I initially misunderstood the process and thought I could not resolve the problems. Hello, I purchased two 28" Aerobic steps on June 9, [redacted], for a total of $[redacted].38 paid via PayPal with my debit card. After waiting for delivery, I only received one step. When I contacted customer service through chat, although the first two representatives were not able to assist me effectively, the final person reached out to the seller. Unfortunately, there was miscommunication, and the seller suggested I return the item for a refund, which was not my intention. I attempted to explain that I wished to keep the received item and receive a refund for the missing one. The seller mentioned they taped the boxes together during shipping, leading to the confusion. Despite my lack of a cell phone to capture a picture as requested, I am requesting a refund of $74.19 for the missing aerobic step and four risers. I purchased a Senseo coffee maker from Tech Queen. Unfortunately, the item I received was not only dirty but also broken. Despite initially accepting a partial refund, as I was unaware I could request a full refund, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the situation. The seller then sent me a replacement machine but deducted the shipping cost from my refund. This second machine also arrived broken and dirty. The seller claimed they were unused and from his mother's house, but this was clearly not the case. Ultimately, I accepted the partial refund as I feared receiving nothing, but I have now lost over $80 on non-functioning machines. I have been a loyal eBay customer, making thousands of purchases without issue, but this experience has left me reluctant to deal with this seller in the future. I did not intend to deceive anyone; I simply wanted a working coffee maker.

Seller glvand_0 listed a [redacted] Evinrude outboard 3Hp motor for $[redacted] CAD on eBay as 'Pickup Only.' After clicking Buy it Now for more details and getting no response, I tried contacting the seller multiple times without luck. Despite feeling uneasy about the lack of communication and the seller's zero rating, I ended up paying for the item to avoid an eBay case being opened against me. Now, I urgently need the pickup information to proceed with shipping arrangements. My frustration with eBay's customer support and the difficulties in resolving this issue have led me to question their commitment to customer care. The auction abruptly ended, and the item was sold without warning. I was in the lead, and the seller terminated the auction earlier than scheduled, which seems unjust. The auction was not "Buy It Now," and there was no opportunity to increase my bid. I find this unfair. The auction was supposed to conclude at 10:00 pm, but it ended at 10:30 am, catching me off guard. I was surprised because even after the timer expired, it still displayed that I was winning. This experience has disappointed me, and I have decided not to engage with this seller again. I believe this practice shouldn't be allowed, as it can upset potential buyers, even though it's deemed acceptable. I am disheartened by this incident and feel strongly that this rule needs to be reconsidered.

I placed an order for a bike box on Monday, but it arrived on Tuesday looking different from what was shown on the website. After contacting the seller, they mentioned that was all they had. I reached out to eBay, and they provided a return label since the seller accepted a refund. Despite packaging it in its original box, the post office rejected it as it was oversized and heavy for them to handle, and they instructed it should be returned via parcelforce. Following a live chat with an eBay representative last night, I messaged the seller, who clarified that they did not send the return label, and it was eBay who arranged for it to be collected. As we paid for the delivery, I hope there will be no additional charges for the return. With a trip planned in a week, resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated. I purchased a few electric bikes from private owners without receipts as they were second-hand. I believe your site should support users like me who rely on selling items for income. I have always been a responsible seller, paying my bills promptly. I feel this suspension is unfair, as I've tried my best to handle everything correctly. Unfortunately, eBay is holding the payment from the customer, preventing me from refunding the amount through PayPal. PayPal advised me to contact eBay to release the payment. I am unable to contact eBay by phone due to language barriers, and I could not locate an email address for customer support. I made five separate orders on March 21, [redacted], from the same seller (beyv8818) on eBay. Unfortunately, I have not received any of the items, and the seller is now unavailable on the platform. I reached out to eBay for assistance, but their system only recognized one of the five orders. They attempted to refund $25 for that order and did not address the other four. Each order needs to be refunded individually, totaling $[redacted] plus $6.54 in tax, making it $[redacted].54 in total. I need eBay to step in and refund this amount to me. Thank you.

I am disappointed with my recent order from Ebay. The item I received, which was vastly different from what was pictured, was of poor quality. I have resolved the issue with the seller, but I believe Ebay needs to do a better job of monitoring the quality of items listed on their platform. I am reaching out because I wanted to purchase two Fire TV Stick 4K devices at a great price, along with a guarantee. However, upon trying to make the payment, I was only charged for the guarantees and then informed that the fire sticks were out of stock. I was disappointed to encounter this situation on eBay, as it seemed like they were primarily selling guarantees rather than the actual product. I promptly canceled the order and received a cancellation ID. Now I have been notified that the order cannot be canceled as the product has already been dispatched. Though it's only a $4.00 issue, it's not right to treat customers this way. Dear Sir, I recently received an account suspension email from eBay informing me that my account has been suspended due to concerns with my recent activity that pose a risk to the community. The email listed the items that were removed from my account and mentioned that any outstanding fees for selling activities will be charged to the billing method on file. The email also stated that while suspended, I won't be able to use eBay and creating a new account may hinder my ability to appeal the suspension. I was advised to verify my account information and eBay activity directly with them in order to appeal the suspension.
